Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the examples provided herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. In addition, the following examples are provided as partial examples for implementing the present application, not all examples for implementing the present application, and the technical solutions described in the examples of the present application may be implemented in any combination without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner is provided with N outdoor fans, N is 2 or more. In the related art, a plurality of outdoor fans in the N outdoor fans adopt an operation mode of being turned on and off simultaneously, and only one outdoor fan adopts a single-turn-on operation mode. However, when one outdoor fan is operated for a long time, the service life of the fan and a corresponding relay of the fan is reduced, and when some outdoor fans are not operated for a long time, devices are aged.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an air conditioner control method, including the steps of:
step A201: temperature information of a condenser and fan operation time information are acquired, and the fan operation time information includes accumulated operation time of each outdoor fan of the plurality of outdoor fans.
Illustratively, the air conditioner is provided with a temperature detection module, and the temperature detection module is used for detecting the temperature of the condenser in real time to obtain the temperature information of the condenser.
Illustratively, the air conditioner is provided with a timing function module, and the timing function module is used for collecting the accumulated running time of each outdoor fan in the N outdoor fans to obtain fan running time information.
Illustratively, the information { t } of the running time of the wind turbine1、t2、……、tnIn (v), t1The accumulated running time t of the 1 st fan in the N outdoor fans2For 2 nd fan of N outdoor fansCumulative running time, tnThe accumulated operation time of the nth fan in the N outdoor fans is obtained.
Step A202: and controlling the outdoor fans to switch among a plurality of operation modes according to the temperature information of the condenser and the running time information of the fans.
For example, a plurality of operation modes can be set, the plurality of operation modes comprise a first operation mode and a second operation mode, and the operation mode of the fan can be switched between the first operation mode and the second operation mode.
The first operation mode represents a mode in which all of the plurality of outdoor fans are in an off state or all of the plurality of outdoor fans are in an on state, and the second operation mode represents a mode in which a target fan among the plurality of outdoor fans is in an on state and other fans are in an off state, where the target fan represents at least one fan among the plurality of outdoor fans and the other fans represent fans other than the target fan among the plurality of outdoor fans; for example, information of the target wind turbine may be determined according to the wind turbine operation time information.
In practical applications, the steps a201 to a202 may be implemented by a Processor in the air conditioner, where the Processor may be at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, and a microprocessor.
In the related art, the operation modes of a plurality of outdoor fans of an outdoor unit are controlled according to temperature information of a condenser. And most outdoor fans adopt the operation mode of being switched on and off simultaneously, and only one outdoor fan adopts the single-switch operation mode. However, operating a certain outdoor fan for a long time results in a reduction in the life of the fan and the corresponding relay of the fan, and some outdoor fans do not operate for a long time, resulting in aging of devices. Therefore, in the related art, the mode of controlling the outdoor fan is single, which easily causes the situations of fan aging, fan service life and relay service life reduction, and therefore, the flexibility and the control effect of controlling the outdoor fan are poor.
In the embodiment of the application, the fan operation time information reflects the accumulated operation time of each outdoor fan in the outdoor fans, the outdoor fans are controlled to switch and operate in a plurality of operation modes according to the temperature information of the condenser and the fan operation time information, and whether the outdoor fans are in operation states in different operation modes can be flexibly controlled based on the accumulated operation time of the outdoor fans, so that the operation time difference of the outdoor fans is reduced, the situations of fan aging, fan service life and relay service life reduction are avoided, correspondingly, the flexibility and the control effect of controlling the outdoor fans are improved, and the operation stability of the outdoor fans is improved.
In one implementation, in step a202, controlling the plurality of outdoor fans to switch between the plurality of operation modes according to the temperature information of the condenser and the fan operation time information, referring to fig. 3, may include the following steps:
step A2021: and determining that the temperature value of the condenser meets a first preset condition when the outdoor fans are in the first operation mode, and generating a first switching instruction.
Here, the first switching instruction is used to instruct the plurality of outdoor fans to switch from the first operation mode to the second operation mode.
For example, when the first operation mode indicates a mode in which all of the plurality of outdoor fans are in an operation state, when it is determined that the plurality of outdoor fans are in the first operation mode, it may be determined whether a temperature value of the condenser is less than a first preset value fandangtemp 1, if the temperature value of the condenser is less than the first preset value fandangtemp 1, a first switch instruction may be generated, and if the temperature value of the condenser is greater than or equal to the first preset value fandangtemp 1, it may be continuously determined whether the temperature value of the condenser is less than the first preset value fandangtemp 1.
It can be understood that when the temperature value of the condenser is less than the first preset value, the temperature of the condenser is considered to be low, and at this time, by operating only part of the outdoor fans, the power consumption of the air conditioner can be reduced.
For example, when the first operation mode indicates a mode in which all of the plurality of outdoor fans are in an off state, it may be determined whether a temperature value of the condenser is greater than a second preset value fanmptemp 2 when it is determined that the plurality of outdoor fans are in the first operation mode, generate a first switching command if the temperature value of the condenser is greater than the second preset value fanmptemp 2, maintain the current operation mode and time an accumulated operation time of the target fan if the temperature value of the condenser is less than or equal to the second preset value fanmptemp 2, and newly determine whether the temperature value of the condenser is greater than the second preset value fanmptemp 2.
It can understand, all be in under the condition of closed condition at a plurality of outdoor fans, if the temperature value of condenser is greater than the second default, can think that the temperature of condenser rises to certain extent, at this moment, through operation part outdoor fan, is favorable to reducing the temperature of condenser, promotes air conditioner's refrigeration effect.
Step A2022: and determining a target fan in the plurality of outdoor fans according to the fan running time information, wherein the target fan is a fan to be run in the plurality of outdoor fans after the running mode of the target fan is switched.
For example, the fan operation time information includes the accumulated operation time of each of the N outdoor fans, and an average of the accumulated operation times of the N outdoor fans may be obtained and recorded as average { t }1,t2,……,tnThe minimum value of the accumulated running time of the N outdoor fans can be obtained and recorded as min { t }1,t2,……,tnAnd acquiring the maximum value of the accumulated running time in the N outdoor fans, and recording the maximum value as max { t }1,t2,……,tn}。
In the embodiment of the application, the target fan may be a fan whose accumulated running time is less than a time length threshold, or the target fan may be a fan whose accumulated running time is the minimum among the N outdoor fans; the duration threshold is greater than the minimum of the cumulative operating times of the N outdoor fans and less than the maximum of the cumulative operating times of the N outdoor fans, for example, the duration threshold may be an average of the cumulative operating times of the N outdoor fans.
In one example, in a case where the plurality of outdoor fans includes only the first fan and the second fan, the target fan may be a fan having a shorter accumulated operation time among the first fan and the second fan.
It can be understood that by keeping the outdoor fans of shorter cumulative operation time running and turning off the outdoor fans of longer cumulative operation time, the cumulative operation time of each outdoor fan can be equalized, which is beneficial to improving the overall life of the plurality of outdoor fans.
Step a 2023: and switching the plurality of outdoor fans from a first operation mode to a second operation mode according to the first switching instruction.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the temperature value of the condenser meets the first preset condition, the operation modes of the plurality of outdoor fans are switched from the first operation mode to the second operation mode, so that the fan operation mode switching process of the embodiment of the present application can respond to the temperature change of the condenser in time.
In one implementation, after the step a2023, referring to fig. 4, the air conditioner control method further includes the steps of:
step A2024: and determining that the temperature value of the condenser meets a second preset condition when the outdoor fans are in the second operation mode, and generating a second switching instruction.
Here, the second switching instruction is used to instruct the plurality of outdoor fans to switch from the second operation mode to the first operation mode.
For example, when it is determined that the plurality of outdoor fans are in the second operation mode, it is determined whether the temperature value of the condenser is less than a third preset value fandangtemp 2, and if the temperature value of the condenser is less than the third preset value fandangtemp 2, a second switching instruction is generated to switch the mode of the plurality of outdoor fans to a mode in which all the plurality of outdoor fans are in an off state.
Illustratively, if the temperature value of the condenser is greater than or equal to the third preset value fandangemp 2, it is continuously determined whether the temperature value of the condenser is greater than a fourth preset value, and if the temperature value of the condenser is greater than the fourth preset value, a second switching instruction is generated to switch the mode of the plurality of outdoor fans to a mode in which the plurality of outdoor fans are all in an operating state.
Further, if the temperature value of the condenser is smaller than or equal to the fourth preset value, the current operation mode is kept, the accumulated operation time of the target fan is timed, and the step of judging whether the temperature value of the condenser is smaller than the third preset value is returned.
Illustratively, the first preset value, the second preset value, the third preset value and the fourth preset value can be predetermined according to actual conditions, and the fourth preset value can be the same as the second preset value or different from the second preset value; the first preset value, the second preset value and the fourth preset value are all larger than the third preset value.
It can be understood that when the temperature value of the condenser is less than the third preset value, the temperature of the condenser can be considered to be low, and at this time, the power consumption of the air conditioner can be reduced by turning off all the fans; under the condition that partial fan in a plurality of outdoor fans is in the closed condition, when the temperature value of condenser is greater than the fourth default, can think that the temperature of condenser rises to the certain degree, at this moment, through the whole fans of operation, be favorable to reducing the temperature of condenser, promote air conditioner's refrigeration effect.
Step A2025: and switching the plurality of outdoor fans from the second operation mode to the first operation mode according to the second switching instruction.
In one implementation mode, under the condition that the operation mode of the outdoor fans is the second operation mode, whether a target fan is an upper fan is judged, and when the target fan is the upper fan, the wind speed of the target fan is a first wind speed value; when the target fan is not the upper fan, the wind speed of the target fan is set to be a second wind speed value; the first wind speed value is greater than the second wind speed value.
Exemplarily, the first wind speed value is Pr c 2 and the second wind speed value is Pr d 2, where Pr represents the wind speed of the target fan in the first operation mode (all fans are in operation), c and d are set coefficient values, and c is larger than d; the value range of c may be empirically set to 0.5 to 1, and the value range of d may be empirically set to 0.4 to 0.8, for example, c is 0.8 and d is 0.7.
It can be understood that, the number of the refrigerants at the upper fan position is relatively small, and the number of the refrigerants at the other fan positions except the upper fan is relatively large, and the refrigerants can determine the heat exchange efficiency, so that a high air speed is set at the upper fan position, which is beneficial to balancing the heat exchange efficiency at each fan position.
In summary, in the case that the plurality of outdoor fans are ac fans, each outdoor fan needs to switch the operating state using a relay, and compared with a scheme in which fans are switched between a full operating state and a full off state in the related art, in the embodiment of the present application, when the plurality of outdoor fans are in the full operating state or the full off state, the switching of the operating modes can be realized by switching the states of some outdoor fans, so that the switching times of the relays are reduced to a certain extent, and the service life of the relays is favorably prolonged.
Based on the same technical concept as the previous embodiment, referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides another air conditioner control method, including the following steps:
step A501: when the plurality of outdoor fans are operated in the operation mode M1, temperature information of the condenser and fan operation time information are acquired.
Here, the operation mode M1 indicates a mode in which the plurality of outdoor fans are all in an operating state, and when the plurality of outdoor fans are in the operation mode M1, the accumulated operation time of the plurality of outdoor fans is timed, so that the accumulated operation time of each of the plurality of outdoor fans is updated in real time.
Regarding the implementation process of step a501, refer to step a201 described above, which is not described herein again.
Step A502: judging whether the temperature T of the condenser is smaller than a first preset value or not, and executing the step A503 when the temperature T of the condenser is smaller than the first preset value or not; and returning to the step A501 when the temperature T of the condenser is more than or equal to a first preset value.
Step A503: and controlling the operation mode of the plurality of outdoor fans to be switched into the operation mode M2.
Here, the operation mode M2 represents the above-described second operation mode; when the plurality of outdoor fans are in the operation mode M2, the accumulated operation time of the plurality of outdoor fans needs to be timed, so that the accumulated operation time is updated.
Step A504: and judging whether the temperature of the condenser is less than a third preset value or not.
Illustratively, if the temperature T of the condenser is less than a third preset value, step a505 is executed; if the temperature T of the condenser is greater than or equal to the third preset value, the step A506 is executed.
Step A505: and controlling the operation mode of the plurality of outdoor fans to be switched into the operation mode M3.
Here, the operation mode M3 indicates a mode in which all of the plurality of outdoor fans are in an off state, and when the plurality of outdoor fans are in the operation mode M3, it is necessary to time the accumulated operation time of the plurality of outdoor fans to update the accumulated operation time.
Step A506: and judging whether the temperature of the condenser is greater than a fourth preset value or not.
