Detailed Description
The following examples illustrate the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Modifications to the embodiments of the invention or equivalent substitutions of parts of technical features without departing from the spirit of the invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the claims of the invention.
The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a distributor structure is used for a sink dish-washing machine, and comprises a distributor main body 1 and a distributor upper cover assembly 2, wherein the distributor main body 1 is installed on a sink, a liquid inlet 3 is arranged on the distributor main body 1, the distributor upper cover assembly 2 is installed at the position of the liquid inlet 3, and air holes 4 are formed in the distributor upper cover assembly 2. A liquid storage cavity 5 is arranged in the distributor body 1, a floating block member 6 is rotationally connected in the liquid storage cavity 5, and the density of the floating block member 6 is greater than that of the washing liquid added into the liquid storage cavity 5, so that the floating block member 6 can float out of the liquid level of the washing liquid in the liquid storage cavity 5. In addition, the floating block component 6 can be driven to rotate by the distributor upper cover component 2, so that at least part of the floating block component 6 is exposed out of the cleaning solution, the floating of the floating block component 6 is accelerated by mechanical action, and the effect of timely exhausting is achieved. Meanwhile, due to the floating of the floating block component 6, the liquid level of the liquid inlet 3 and the liquid storage cavity 5 can be lowered, and the cleaning liquid cannot overflow from the air holes 4 even if the cleaning liquid expands due to heating, so that the cleaning liquid cannot be wasted.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the floating block member 6 includes a floating block body 60 and a driving block 61 connected together, one end of the driving block 61 near the floating block body 60 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity 5 through a rotating shaft 62, and the driving block 61 and the dispenser upper cover assembly 2 cooperate, that is, when the dispenser upper cover assembly 2 is covered, the driving block 61 is first pressed downwards, and the floating block body 60 is rotated upwards under the action of the rotating shaft 62, so that the floating block body floats on the liquid level of the washing liquid. When the distributor upper cover assembly 2 is not covered on the liquid inlet 3, the weight of the floating block body 60 is greater than that of the driving block 61, so that the floating block body 60 rotates downwards, the driving block 61 resets and moves upwards, and the floating block body 60 returns to the original position. Of course, when a small amount of the washing liquid is stored in the liquid storage chamber 5, the floating block body 60 can float on the liquid level of the washing liquid partially due to the fact that the density of the floating block body 60 is greater than that of the washing liquid, and the air exhaust effect is achieved. Since the rotating shaft 62 is eccentrically disposed, the floating block body 60 can be obliquely disposed, as will be understood by those skilled in the art.
In this embodiment, the floating block body 60 is block-shaped, the driving block 61 is strip-shaped, and the block-shaped floating block body 60 is provided.
Preferably, a return spring 63 is arranged on the floating block body 60, and the floating block body 60 is matched with the top wall of the liquid storage cavity 5 through the return spring 63, so that the floating block body 60 is reset more rapidly, and the stability of the floating block body is enhanced.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the dispenser upper cover assembly 2 includes a dispenser cover 20, a dispenser cover screw 21, a dispenser cover gasket 22, a dispenser cover liner 23, and a dispenser cover liner gasket 24, the dispenser cover liner 23 is sealingly mounted on the water tank by the dispenser cover screw 21 and the dispenser cover liner gasket 24, the dispenser cover 20 is threadedly connected to the dispenser cover liner 23, the dispenser cover gasket 22 is disposed between the dispenser cover 20 and the dispenser cover liner 23, and a top portion of the driving block 61 passes through the dispenser cover liner 23 upward and abuts against the dispenser cover 20. The design is such that the dispenser cover 20 drives the driving block 61 to move downwards when the dispenser cover liner 23 is screwed clockwise, so that the floating block body 60 can rotate upwards and float out of the liquid level of the washing liquid, as shown in fig. 4. When the dispenser cap 20 is unscrewed counterclockwise in the dispenser cap liner 23 (i.e., the dispenser cap 20 is removed), it is rotated downward by the gravity of the floating block body 60 while the driving block 61 is moved upward and reset, as shown in fig. 5.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
