The anti-rust mechanism 30 further comprises a micro blower 317 located inside the mounting box 306 and used for ventilating the interior of the valve body 101, an air inlet branch pipe 318 is formed on the top side of the water outlet pipe 307 and located inside the mounting box 306, and the air inlet branch pipe 318 is connected with an air outlet of the micro blower 317; that is, the micro blower 317 allows air to be introduced into the valve body 101 to keep the inner wall of the valve body 101 dry, thereby further preventing the valve body 101 from rusting.

Claims (8)

1. A water heating valve with moisture-proof and rust-proof functions is characterized in that: comprises a valve body (10), a moisture-proof mechanism (20) positioned above the valve body (1) and an antirust mechanism (30) positioned at the bottom of the valve body (10);
the valve body (10) comprises a valve body (101), a valve plate (102) which is located on the inner side of the valve body (101) and can lift up and down, and a forming part (103) located in the center of the top of the valve body (101), wherein a valve cover (104) is arranged at the top end of the forming part (103), a valve rod (105) is rotatably connected to the top end of the valve plate (102), the valve rod (105) penetrates through the valve cover (104), the valve rod (105) is in threaded connection with the valve cover (104), and a handle (106) is arranged at the top end of the valve rod (105);
the damp-proof mechanism (20) comprises positioning parts (201) positioned on two sides of the top of the valve body (101) and a first waterproof cover (205) sleeved on the outer side of the handle (106), and a covering part (202) used for protecting the end part of the valve body (101) is arranged on one surface, back to the forming part (103), of the positioning part (201);
the anti-rust mechanism (30) comprises water collecting tanks (303) arranged on two sides of the inner bottom surface of the valve body (101), collecting boxes (305) arranged on two sides of the bottom of the valve body (101) and a mounting box (306) arranged in the center of the bottom of the valve body (101), water outlet holes (304) are formed in the bottom ends of the water collecting tanks (303) in a penetrating manner, the water outlet holes (304) are all positioned above the collecting box (305), the bottom of the mounting box (306) is provided with a U-shaped water outlet pipe (307) in a penetrating way, the bottom end of the mounting box (306) is provided with a detachable water outlet plug (316) in a penetrating way, two ends of the water outlet pipe (307) are respectively communicated with the two collecting boxes (305), a water outlet branch pipe (315) for draining water is formed at the bottom side of the water outlet pipe (307) and positioned in the mounting box (306), the bottom end of the water outlet branch pipe (315) is tightly attached to the top surface of the water outlet plug (316).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the cover part (202) is of an L-shaped plate-shaped structure, the cover part (202) is hinged to the positioning part (201), a water storage tank (2021) used for collecting rainwater is formed in the top surface of the cover part (202), drainage ditches (2022) used for draining rainwater are formed in the two sides of the cover part (202), and the drainage ditches (2022) are communicated with the water storage tank (2021); an opening (2023) with the width larger than the diameter of the valve body (101) is formed at the bottom of the covering part (202) and between the two drainage ditches (2022).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the covering part (202) is composed of two semi-annular shielding rings (2024) and a positioning shaft (2025), the positioning shaft (2025) is vertically fixed on the positioning part (201), and the two shielding rings (2024) are hinged with the positioning shaft (2025).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the damp-proof mechanism (20) further comprises an installation part (203) sleeved on the outer side of the forming part (103), a limiting groove (204) is formed in the periphery of the top surface of the installation part (203), the bottom of the first waterproof cover (205) is inserted into the limiting groove (204), and the periphery of the bottom of the first waterproof cover (205) is sleeved with a second waterproof cover (206) for protecting the forming part (103).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the rust-proof mechanism (30) further comprises a first water drainage groove (301) and a second water drainage groove (302), wherein the first water drainage groove (301) is formed in the valve body (101) and is distributed along the horizontal direction, the second water drainage groove (302) is formed in the vertical direction, the first water drainage groove (301) is communicated with the second water drainage groove (302), and the bottom of the second water drainage groove (302) extends into the water collecting groove (303).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the rust-proof mechanism (30) further comprises a cover sheet (308) which is connected to the inner bottom surface of the collection box (305) in a sliding manner, and a through hole (309) for draining water is formed in the cover sheet (308) in a penetrating manner; the inner bottom surface of the collecting box (305) is formed with a sliding rail (311), the bottom surface of the covering sheet (308) is provided with a corresponding sliding groove (312), and the sliding rails (311) are embedded in the sliding grooves (312).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 6, wherein: a pulling rod (313) penetrates through one side of the collection box (305), a bearing (314) used for being connected with the pulling rod (313) is arranged on one side of the covering sheet (308), and the pulling rod (313) is in threaded connection with the collection box (305); and a sealing ring (310) which is used for being attached to the collection box (305) is attached to the bottom surface of the covering sheet (308) and is positioned on the outer side of the through hole (309).

The water heating valve with the moisture-proof and corrosion-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the anti-rust mechanism (30) further comprises a micro blower (317) located on the inner side of the mounting box (306) and used for ventilating the interior of the valve body (101), an air inlet branch pipe (318) is formed on the top side of the water outlet pipe (307) and located inside the mounting box (306), and the air inlet branch pipe (318) is connected with an air outlet of the micro blower (317).
