5. The quick-dismantling modular house according to claim 4, characterized in that a plurality of blocking grooves (16) are formed in each of the two pairs of side guard plates (3), and a window and a door are respectively installed in each of the plurality of blocking grooves (16).
6. A modular house according to claim 3, characterised in that said cover plates are blocks of a table-type structure and internally fitted with insulating layers (401) and acoustic insulating layers (402) parallel to the ground.
7. A quick-release modular house, as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that said base (1) is provided with two pairs of anti-leakage ramps (17) on the outside of the fixing grooves (10).
8. A readily demountable modular building according to claim 3, wherein each of said pair of locating bolts (15) is a socket head cap bolt.
9. A quickly disassembled and assembled modular house according to claim 1, characterized in that the said base (1) consists of several seamless steel tubes (101) welded at the bottom transversely and steel plates (102) welded at the top of the steel tube rows.
10. A quickly disassembled modular house according to claim 1, characterized in that said two pairs of side-guards (3) are connected to form a frame of rectangular configuration, the floor area of said cover plate being greater than the horizontal area of the frame formed by the side-guards (3).
