本发明属于天鹅绒领域,尤其是一种抗菌除臭天鹅绒,针对现有的天鹅绒中的棉为普通棉花纺纱而成,不具有抗菌除臭的功能的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括毛圈纱和地纱,所述毛圈纱和地纱各自弯曲成圆圈状互相串套连接,圆圈状的毛圈纱和地纱形成绒圈,最上层绒圈组成绒面,最下层绒圈下侧的平滑面组成蒂面,所述绒圈由大绒圈和小绒圈组成,大绒圈由毛圈纱形成,小绒圈由毛圈纱和地纱形成,所述大绒圈和地纱形成的小绒圈交替,地纱形成的小绒圈套于大绒圈下侧,毛圈纱形成的小绒圈套于地纱形成的小绒圈下侧,本发明可以有效地避免病菌的滋生,且对人体无害,使用时间长,不会出现抗菌能力下降的情况。

本发明涉及天鹅绒技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌除臭天鹅绒。
背景技术
天鹅绒是绒径在表面构成绒圈或绒毛的一种织物,目前市面上的天鹅绒中的棉为普通棉花纺纱而成,不具有抗菌除臭的功能,而且棉产品非常容易在穿着和存储过程中因为潮湿而滋生细菌,天鹅绒广泛使用在童装、家纺产品以及内衣裤的领域中间,病菌的滋生就会侵害人体,通过皮肤、呼吸道、消化道等进入人体,从而对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在天鹅绒中的棉为普通棉花纺纱而成,不具有抗菌除臭的功能的缺点,而提出的一种抗菌除臭天鹅绒。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗菌除臭天鹅绒,包括毛圈纱和地纱,所述毛圈纱和地纱各自弯曲成圆圈状互相串套连接,圆圈状的毛圈纱和地纱形成绒圈,最上层绒圈组成绒面,最下层绒圈下侧的平滑面组成蒂面。
优选的,所述绒圈由大绒圈和小绒圈组成,大绒圈由毛圈纱形成,小绒圈由毛圈纱和地纱涤丝形成。
优选的,所述大绒圈和地纱涤丝形成的小绒圈交替,地纱形成的小绒圈套于大绒圈下侧,毛圈纱形成的小绒圈套于地纱形成的小绒圈下侧,大绒圈套于毛圈纱形成的小绒圈下侧。
优选的,所述毛圈纱为单线,地纱涤丝为单线。
优选的,所述毛圈纱和地纱由棉线和锌纤维组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
毛圈纱和地纱由棉线和锌纤维组成,棉线占比60%,锌纤维占比40%,锌纤维具有良好的抗菌作用,锌抗菌天鹅绒面料对金黄色葡萄球菌菌的抑菌率≥95%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率≥95%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率≥90%,且在清洗时不会掉落,使用时间长,不会降低产品的使用性;
本发明可以有效地避免病菌的滋生,且对人体无害,使用时间长,不会出现抗菌能力下降的情况。
