The winding device for carton packaging according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising a cutting mechanism (8), wherein the cutting mechanism (8) comprises a telescopic spring (81), a sliding plate (82), a handle (83) and a blade (84), the sliding plate (82) is slidably connected to the upper portion of the rear side of the sliding rail plate (511), the telescopic spring (81) is symmetrically connected to the left and right in the upper side of the rear portion of the sliding rail plate (511), the front side of the telescopic spring (81) is connected with the sliding plate (82), the rear side of the telescopic spring (81) is connected with the sliding rail plate (511), the handle (83) is arranged on the outer side of the sliding plate (82), and the blade (84) is arranged on the rear side of the sliding plate (82).
