昂贵的皮衣皮料一般人消费不起，仿制皮革如PVC人造革、PU人造革和PU合成革等人造革，广泛用于制衣、制包和制鞋。但是这样的人造革容易老化破损、不环保、透气性差、吸湿性差，保暖性差，舒适不高。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种空气革，有助于解决皮革容易老化破损、不环保、透气性差、吸湿性差，保暖性差，舒适不高的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用这样的技术方案：
一种空气革，包括由上到下依次设置的防护层、聚氨酯层、第一基布层、第一弹性层、第二基布层、第一加固层、第二弹性层、第二加固层、保健层、吸汗层；所述第一弹性层包括多组第一弹性丝和第二弹性丝，所述第一弹性丝和所述第二弹性丝为纵向设置的波形弹性丝，所述第一弹性丝和所述第二弹性丝对称设置；所述第二弹性层为高弹椰棕纤维编织而成，所述第一基布层设置有第一通气孔，所述第二基布层设置有第二通气孔，所述保健层设置有第三通气孔。

本实施例中，聚氨酯层2为干法聚氨酯层。第一加固层6和第二加固层8为湿法微孔聚氨酯层。聚氨酯合成革工业所用的聚氨酯大都为溶剂型的。溶剂型的聚氨酯的成膜方法分为两种：湿法成膜和干法成膜。干法聚氨酯层就是聚氨酯经过干法成膜之后得到的聚氨酯膜。湿法微孔聚氨酯层就是聚氨酯经过湿法成膜之后，便得到一定厚度的聚氨酯微孔膜。
第一基布层3和第二基布层5包覆第一弹性层4，并复合形成一体式结构，空气革不容易塌陷变形。第一弹性层4包括多组第一弹性丝41和第二弹性丝42，第一弹性丝41和第二弹性丝42为纵向设置的波形弹性丝，第一弹性丝41和第二弹性丝42对称设置，弹性效果佳，缓冲性能好，形成较为稳定的空气层，防止皮革变形，使得空气革具有保暖、透气、透湿、弹性好、舒适的效果。
高弹椰棕纤维编织形成的第二弹性层7，具有柔软、弹性好、透水透气、防螨抑菌的效果。天然乳胶具有透气、防螨防菌、弹性佳的优点。第二弹性层7的内部缝隙填充有天然乳胶，并在外表面形成乳胶层，一方面使得高弹椰棕纤维编织的结构更加牢固和稳定，另一方面，加强第二弹性层7的弹性、透气性和防螨抑菌效果。高弹椰棕纤维和天然乳胶为天然材料，更加环保。
