two adjusting rods (93) are arranged on the inner side of the adjusting ring (91) in a sliding mode, and the adjusting rods (93) are matched with the adjusting holes (92);
the adjusting block (94), one side of the rotating shaft (31) is rotatably provided with the adjusting block (94), and the adjusting block (94) is matched with the adjusting rod (93);
