Furthermore, a plurality of suckers 3 are arranged on one sides of the two flexible belts 1 far away from the sliding groove 2, and when the flexible belts 1 are attached to the outer wall of the plastic pipe, the suckers 3 can be firmly attached to the outer wall of the pipe, so that the two flexible belts 1 can be positioned, and the two flexible belts 1 can be firmly attached to the pipe even if not held by hands during scribing.
