Abstract
The invention relates to a shot blasting cleaning method for processing castings, which comprises the following steps: degreasing, washing and drying a processed casting to be subjected to shot blasting; selecting shot blasting abrasive, cleaning, drying and putting into shot blasting line equipment; placing the casting in a shot blasting chamber of shot blasting line equipment, and performing shot blasting treatment on the casting; brushing off the pellets adhered to the casting; and (5) inspecting the castings after shot blasting treatment and making inspection and acceptance records. Compared with the prior art, the shot blasting machine has the advantages that the processed casting is subjected to pre-cleaning treatment, the mixed abrasive is used as the shot blasting abrasive, the problem of dark color is solved, the treatment effect of shot blasting on the casting is improved, reasonable shot blasting parameters of the shot blasting gun are set, and subsequent cleaning is carried out in the shot blasting chamber, so that the roughness of the surface of the casting is effectively reduced, the appearance performance and the mechanical performance of the casting are improved, and the functional requirements of the casting are further ensured.
