Description

Device for removing oxide skin on two end surfaces of hot bar
Technical Field
The invention relates to a new technology for removing oxide skins on two end faces of a hot bar material in an automatic forging production line so as to improve the quality of a forged piece and applying the new technology to the field of forging.
Background
With the deepening of industry transfer and the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China, a part of forging enterprises in China strengthen research and development cooperation and technology accumulation by absorbing and introducing technologies, and great progress is made on a forging technology process, a forging equipment level and forging capacity, but the processing of a certain station in a forging production line influences the quality of a forging piece, particularly, a layer of oxide skin is generated on the surface of the forging piece after medium-frequency heating, and the oxide skin is not easy to remove in a subsequent process and is easy to press and embed into the surface of the forging piece in the forging process, and pits are formed on the surface of the forging piece after shot blasting processing, so that the surface quality of the forging piece is seriously influenced. Although most of forgings can remove oxide skin on the circumferential surface of the bar during upsetting, the oxide skin on the end surfaces of two ends of the hot bar cannot be removed, so that the quality of the product is still affected by the residue of the oxide skin on the two end surfaces in subsequent processing of the upset forgings.
The traditional method for removing the oxide scale mainly comprises a mechanical vibration type, a steel brush type and a high-pressure water spraying type, but the methods have obvious defects. In addition, the convex-concave surface of the mechanical roller also provides a certain auxiliary function for removing the oxide skin, but the mode can only remove about 80 percent of the oxide skin, and the vibration impacts the mechanical structure of the device, so the device is easy to damage, and the maintenance and repair cost is very high; because the oxide skin has certain viscosity, the steel brush type removal effect is limited; the high-pressure water spraying type is the most common descaling mode abroad, the mode has high clearance, but the traditional high-pressure water descaling device adopts a water pump with the pressure as high as 30MPa, the water outlet pressure of a spray head reaches about 25MPa, the pump and the spray head are extremely easy to damage due to frequent starting and stopping, and the popularization and the use of the descaling device are limited due to high cost.
The existing descaling technology is mainly used for removing scale scales around forgings, and no descaling device special for removing the scale scales on the end faces of two ends of the forgings is provided.
The method adopts the high-pressure low-flow pressure water to remove the oxide skin, does not need a high-pressure water pump, has low cost, stable sprayed water pressure, easily controlled pressure and flow, convenient maintenance and oxide skin removal rate of over 95 percent, solves the problems of low efficiency, high oxide skin residue and high failure rate of mechanical oxide skin removal, and also reduces the problem of high maintenance cost of the high-pressure water pump type oxide skin removing device. The invention sprays the end face of the bar with a certain angle through the pressure water, and specifically removes the oxide skin on the end face of the bar, thereby solving the problem that the prior de-descaling device can only remove the circumferential face of the bar and can not remove the oxide skin on the end face.
