Firstly, starting a driving motor, a vibrating motor 49 and a blower, then pouring seeds into the hopper 17, driving the driving gear 23 to rotate by the driving motor, driving the driven gear 21 by the driving gear 23, and driving the scattering roller to rotate by the driven gear 21, so as to drive the scattering blades 48 to scatter the seeds, thereby improving the subsequent impurity removal effect; then, the seeds enter the box body 1, under the action of a blower, fine dust and impurities in the seeds can pass through the dust discharging net 11 and fall onto the L-shaped support plate 10, then the seeds can fall onto the surface of the first-stage sieve plate 26, the first-stage sieve plate 26 can continuously vibrate under the action of the vibration motor 49, the large sieve holes formed in the surface of the first-stage sieve plate 26 are larger than the seeds, so that the seeds can smoothly pass through the large sieve holes, and the impurities with the volume larger than the seeds, such as large-volume sand stones, cannot pass through the large-volume sand stones and can be discharged from the first impurity discharging port along the first-stage sieve plate 26; then, the seeds fall onto the surface of the secondary sieve plate 27, the secondary sieve plate 27 continuously vibrates under the action of the vibration motor 49, the small sieve holes formed on the surface of the secondary sieve plate 27 are smaller than the seeds, so that the seeds cannot pass through the small sieve holes, the seeds can be discharged from the discharge hole 50 along the secondary sieve plate 27, the impurities with the volume smaller than the seeds can smoothly pass through the small sieve holes and fall onto the impurity discharging inclined plate 39, and the impurity discharging inclined plate 39 continuously vibrates under the action of the vibration motor 49, so that the impurities with the small volume are discharged from the second impurity discharging hole along the impurity discharging inclined plate 39; before the seeds are subjected to impurity removal, all the drying plates 45 are taken down from the device, then one drying plate 45 is inserted into the fixed rail 44 below the discharge port 50, then impurity removal operation is carried out on the seeds, then the seeds after impurity removal are discharged from the discharge port 50 and fall onto the drying plates 45, when the number of the seeds on the drying plates 45 is enough, the seeds are stopped being put into the fixed rail 44 from the feed hopper 17, then the drying plates 45 with the seeds are taken down from the fixed rail 44 and inserted into other fixed rails 44, then the unused drying plates 45 are inserted into the fixed rail 44 below the discharge port 50, and then the seeds are continuously put into the feed hopper 17, so that the operation is repeated, all the drying plates 45 are fully filled with the seeds, and the drying plates 45 are sequentially inserted into the fixed rails 44, the seeds on the drying plates 45 are spread, and then the impurity removal and drying are completed; after a lot of dust is accumulated on the surface of the L-shaped support plate 10, the pulling plate is moved outwards firstly to enable the clamping plate 8 to move outwards, then the blocking door 3 is moved upwards, then the pulling plate is loosened to enable the clamping plate 8 to fix the blocking door 3, then the auxiliary motor is started, the auxiliary motor drives the first threaded screw rod 14 to rotate, the first threaded screw rod 14 drives the moving plate 15 to move, the moving plate 15 drives the dust removing plate 16 to move, and therefore dust and impurities are discharged from the box body 1; after the device uses a period, with device pause edulcoration operation, start the rotating electrical machines afterwards, the rotating electrical machines drives second screw lead screw 33 and rotates, second screw lead screw 33 drives sliding seat 34 and removes, sliding seat 34 drives slewing gear 35 and removes, because of slewing gear 35 and the meshing of pinion rack 36, thereby slewing gear 35 can be in the rotation when removing, and then can drive cleaning roller 37 rotation when removing, cleaning roller 37 can drive clean brush hair and clear up the big sieve mesh of one-level sieve 26 and the little sieve mesh on the second grade sieve 27, thereby avoid big sieve mesh and the jam of little sieve mesh.
