A multi-track piano ribbon gluing device as defined in claim 4, wherein a cutting module is arranged in front of the cooling air box, the cutting module comprises a cutter holder and a cutter head, the cutter head is fixed on the cutter holder, the cutter holder is fixed on the frame, and the cutter head is aligned with the 14mm wide ribbon.

A multi-track piano strip gluing device as defined in claim 4, wherein a material receiving module is provided in front of the cutting module, the material receiving module comprises a material winding disk, the material winding disk is mounted on the frame, and a rotation shaft of the material winding disk is connected with an output shaft of the magnetic powder clutch.
7. A multi-track piano felt rubber coating apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein the friction feed wheel is provided with a clutch device:
the clutch device comprises a driving shaft, the driving shaft is arranged on the rack through a driving shaft seat, and one end of the driving shaft is connected with the motor; the middle working part of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a first clutch wheel and a second clutch wheel, and the clutch surfaces of the two clutch wheels are opposite; the clutch wheel comprises a shaft sleeve fixed on the driving shaft, and an electromagnetic coil is fixed on the shaft sleeve through a bearing; the first and second driving wheels are movably arranged on the driving shaft through a bearing and are arranged between the first and second clutch wheels, the clutch end faces of the first and second driving wheels are respectively opposite to the end faces of the first and second clutch wheels, and the peripheral surfaces of the first and second driving wheels are respectively provided with a slot corresponding to the widths of the large and small bands; the glue spreader is driven by the cylinder and is used for driving the outlet of the glue spreading head to align with one of the two widths of the nylon tapes.
8. A rubber coating apparatus for multi-track piano bands as claimed in claim 4, wherein a guide groove is provided between the friction feed wheel and the tension wheel, and the bands are inserted into the guide groove.
9. A multi-track piano ribbon gluing device as defined in claim 8, wherein the two guide grooves are arranged in front and back, and the outlet of the gluing head is aligned with the ribbon in the middle of the two guide grooves.
