Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Because medical personnel probably delay to lead to the fact for a long time in prior art the ankle pump action training of this patient can't monitor and count by patient's side because other work, and whether the patient oneself also does not know the training volume that will accomplish on the same day and whether still need go on, therefore be difficult to guarantee among the prior art whether ankle pump action training is up to standard. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a non-contact ankle pump action standard reaching reminding method, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining target setting data of ankle pump action, wherein the target setting data is used for reflecting a target task of the ankle pump action; then acquiring actual training data of the ankle pump action, wherein the actual training data is used for reflecting effective data of the ankle pump action in the actual training process; and finally, determining whether the training of the ankle pump action reaches the standard or not according to the target setting data and the actual training data, and reminding. Therefore, the ankle pump action training device has the advantages that the target setting data and the actual training data of the ankle pump action are obtained, whether the ankle pump action training is up to the standard is determined according to the target setting data and the actual training data, and then real-time reminding is carried out according to the up-to-standard condition, so that patients and medical staff can know whether the ankle pump action training is up to the standard in time, the traditional manual counting and manual reminding mode is abandoned, the labor cost is saved, and the rehabilitation condition of the patients can be monitored conveniently in real time.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
and S100, acquiring target setting data of the ankle pump action, wherein the target setting data is used for reflecting a target task of the ankle pump action.
In specific implementation, the target setting data in this embodiment is a target task of the ankle pump action set by the medical staff according to the physical condition of the patient, and the target task is in the order. Therefore, in the embodiment, medical advice data is obtained, and rehabilitation task data is obtained according to the medical advice data; and extracting target setting data of the ankle pump action from the rehabilitation task data. For example, the doctor orders data includes "50 groups of ankle pump rehabilitation training amount per day", so that the target setting data of the ankle pump action of the patient can be obtained as 50 groups of ankle pump action per day. The patient can perform daily ankle pump motion training based on the target set data.
In an implementation manner, the medical order data in this embodiment is synchronized on a data platform of a hospital, mobile terminals (such as mobile phones) of the patient and the medical care personnel are interconnected with the data platform of the hospital, and the data, such as the medical order data, can be acquired from the data platform. The patient can obtain the medical order data from the data platform, and the doctor can also obtain the medical order data from the data platform. In this embodiment, after obtaining the order data, the patient performs the ankle pump movement training on the current day according to the order data. Since the order data of the doctor is updated in real time according to the physical condition of the patient in the rehabilitation stage, the order data is also updated. When the medical advice data is updated, the updated medical advice data is obtained, and the medical advice data is synchronized to a preset data platform, so that a patient and medical personnel can know the latest medical advice data in time, and then ankle pump action training is executed according to the latest medical advice data.
And step S200, acquiring actual training data of the ankle pump action.
In this embodiment, in order to know in time whether the ankle pump action training of patient is up to standard, need acquire the patient and carry out real time monitoring and count when actually carrying out the ankle pump action. In order to realize full-automatic monitoring and counting of the ankle pump action of the patient, and because some patients need to be bedridden for a long time to carry out daily rehabilitation ankle pump action. Thus, this embodiment may provide a sensor under the mattress that is directly under the patient's foot. The mattress of current bed sign monitoring is based on micro-vibration or optic fibre pressure monitoring technique, realizes the real-time supervision to physical movements condition, rhythm of the heart of the human body, signs such as breathing, and after the vibrations conduction of breathing and rhythm of the heart was given the sensor, through the waveform observation analysis to the stress point, reachs corresponding sign data. Thus, the present embodiment is based on the provision of a fibre optic sensor beneath the mattress to detect ankle pump action by the user. During specific implementation, the optical sensor can work all the time, and whether the ankle pump action is carried out by a patient on the mattress in real time, the ankle pump action is detected by acquiring action data of the ankle of the patient in real time through the optical fiber sensor.
In an implementation mode, after the sensor collects sensor data every time, the sensor sends the sensor to an intelligent terminal (namely, an upper computer), the intelligent terminal can analyze the sensor data and analyze whether ankle pump action data and ankle pump action reach the standard or not and whether the ankle pump action is effective or not based on the sensor data, and therefore counting of effective ankle pump actions is achieved. In specific application, the intelligent terminal can be a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone and an intelligent portable device) or a computer and other devices. In the embodiment, the sensor is arranged under the mattress and is used for sensing the action and physical sign data of the user. Therefore, the sensor data acquired by the sensor is not necessarily all data related to the motion of the ankle pump, and therefore, in this embodiment, after the intelligent terminal acquires the sensor data acquired by the sensor, the sensor data needs to be analyzed to obtain the motion parameters of the ankle pump. In this embodiment, the ankle pump motion parameters include: the high-order parameter of the foot-hooking times, the low-order parameter of the foot-hooking times, the high-order parameter of the foot-hooking amplitude, the low-order parameter of the foot-hooking amplitude, the high-order parameter of the foot-hooking duration and the low-order parameter of the foot-hooking duration. That is, the present embodiment screens out, from the sensor data after acquiring the sensor data, ankle pump movement parameters related to ankle pump movement, which are parameters generated after the sensor senses the ankle movement of the patient on the mattress.
After the ankle pump motion parameter is obtained, in the embodiment of the present invention, the ankle pump motion data is determined according to the ankle pump motion parameter, where the ankle pump motion data includes: the foot hooking accumulated times, the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration. Specifically, in this embodiment, the total number of times of hooking the foot can be calculated according to the high-level parameter of the number of times of hooking the foot and the low-level parameter of the number of times of hooking the foot; calculating the foot hooking amplitude according to the high-order parameter of the foot hooking amplitude and the low-order parameter of the foot hooking amplitude; and calculating the foot hooking time length according to the high-order parameter of the foot hooking time length and the low-order parameter of the foot hooking time length. When judging whether the ankle pump action reaches the standard, this embodiment accessible is judged whether the duration meets the requirements by judging the amplitude of colluding the foot and colluding the foot.
In one implementation, the present embodiment is provided with preset rule data for determining which of the ankle pump action data are valid, i.e. which ankle pump actions are satisfactory. The preset rule data in this embodiment is the amplitude and duration of the standard ankle pump motion, and therefore, in this embodiment, the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration in the ankle pump motion data are matched with the preset rule data, and it can be determined whether the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration meet the requirements. If the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration meet the requirements, recording the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration, and taking the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration as effective data. If the hooking amplitude and the hooking duration do not meet the requirement, the embodiment discards the hooking amplitude and the hooking duration, and waits for the next hooking amplitude and the next hooking duration. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, only the foot-hooking amplitude and the foot-hooking duration of the patient meet a certain range can be determined as valid, otherwise, the result is determined as invalid. For example, if the patient's foot-hooking range is insufficient or the time duration of the foot-hooking is over time, it indicates that the ankle pump action is invalid.
In addition, because the patient often can take place the shake when carrying out ankle pump action, the collude foot amplitude of being worth detecting can be inaccurate, has the change of fluctuation on the data, occasionally can make because of the shake collude foot amplitude up to standard. Therefore, the embodiment can also perform median filtering processing on the motion parameters of the ankle pump, eliminate abnormal values and reduce interference. In addition, in order to ensure that the effective ankle pump actions of the patient are counted, in this embodiment, after obtaining effective data according to the foot hooking amplitude and the foot hooking duration, it is further determined whether there are two consecutive effective data, that is, whether there are two consecutive ankle pump actions, and if there are two consecutive ankle pump actions (that is, two consecutive ankle pump actions), an effective ankle pump action is recorded, and 1 is added to the effective times. Therefore, the condition of accidental standard reaching caused by shaking can be eliminated, the counting accuracy is guaranteed, and effective ankle pump action is recorded only after two continuous standard reaching times. Of course, if there are three consecutive standard ankle pump actions, two valid ankle pump actions are recorded, the number of valid times being increased by 2. It can be seen that, as long as there are ankle pump actions that reach standard twice in succession in this embodiment, can add 1 on the effective number of times to realize the accurate count to effectual ankle pump action. Similarly, if the two valid data are not consecutive, this indicates that the occasional achievement event caused by the ankle trembling of the patient is not satisfactory, and therefore the present embodiment discards the two valid data.
In one implementation, the present embodiment also monitors the time information for each ankle pump action to be completed. If the time interval between two adjacent ankle pump actions exceeds the preset time length, it indicates that the time interval between the two ankle pump actions is overtime, and it indicates that the patient is resting or busy with other affairs at this time, and in order to ensure the strength of the rehabilitation training, the embodiment performs zero clearing processing on the counted effective times to restart counting the effective times of the ankle pump actions. That is, in this embodiment, the patient needs to be controlled to complete a certain number of valid ankle pump actions in a predetermined time, and if the duration of the intermediate interval is over, the rehabilitation training effect cannot be achieved, so the counted valid times need to be cleared, and when the patient performs ankle pump actions again, the count is performed again.
After the counting is completed, the recorded effective times and each time information of the ankle pump action are used as the actual training data in this embodiment, that is, the effective times and each time information of the ankle pump action of the patient during the actual training of the ankle pump action are recorded in the actual training data, so that whether the training of the ankle pump action reaches the standard can be determined according to the actual training data.
And step S300, determining whether the training of the ankle pump action reaches the standard or not according to the target setting data and the actual training data, and reminding.
In specific implementation, the target setting data in this embodiment is obtained according to order data, and the order data is determined by the doctor based on the physical condition of the patient, for example, the order data includes "50 groups of ankle pump rehabilitation training amount per day". Therefore, the present embodiment can determine whether the training of the ankle pump action is up to standard according to the target setting data and the actual training data. Specifically, since the effective number of times of the ankle pump action performed by the patient exists in the actual training data, the present embodiment compares the actual data with the target setting data to determine the remaining number of times of the ankle pump action, that is, to determine whether the number of times of the ankle pump action currently performed by the patient matches the number of times required by the doctor in the target setting data. And judging whether the training of the motion of the ankle pump reaches the standard or not according to the residual times to obtain a standard reaching situation signal. For example, if the remaining number of times is less than or equal to 0, the patient is judged to have completed the exercise task of the ankle pump action on the same day when the training of the ankle pump action is judged to have reached the standard, and then the information of the standard is generated. If the remaining times are more than 0, judging that the ankle pump action training does not reach the standard, indicating that the patient does not finish the ankle pump action training task on the same day, and generating information of not reaching the standard.
In one implementation manner, the present embodiment obtains target setting data and actual training data of the ankle pump action, and determines whether the training of the ankle pump action is up to standard according to the target setting data and the actual training data, which can be obtained at a fixed time point every day, for example, the time when the patient performs the ankle pump action training every day is 10 am to 11 am, so the present embodiment can set the time point of 11 pm 10 minutes every day to obtain the target setting data and the actual training data of the ankle pump action, and then the target setting data and the actual training data determine whether the training of the ankle pump action is up to standard so as to know the training condition of the ankle pump action of the patient in time. In this embodiment, whether the compliance information or the non-compliance information is generated, the patient and the medical staff are reminded.
In an implementation manner, in the embodiment, the standard information or the non-standard information is sent to the mobile terminal of the patient and the doctor, and the standard information or the non-standard information is synchronized to the data platform, so that the patient and the medical staff can timely know the exercise condition of the ankle pump action on the same day. Moreover, when reminding the patient and the medical staff, the present embodiment can send the detail information of the ankle pump action on the same day, such as: total time spent, efficiency of action, etc. For example, the present embodiment may send the compliance information to the mobile terminal of the patient when the training of the ankle pump action of the patient is compliant: the number of times of current ankle pump action training is 75 groups in total, wherein the effective times are 52 times, the action effective rate is 69.3%, and today's ankle pump action training reaches the standard. Of course, the mobile terminal of the medical staff can receive the reminding information of a plurality of patients, so that the medical staff can monitor the ankle pump movement of the patients at the same time. In addition, in this embodiment, if the ankle pump action of patient is not in time accomplished, will carry out the SMS suggestion equally, guarantee the timely effectual completion of training on the same day.
