本发明涉及医疗器械设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种带金属公扣的针电极,包括尾端无缠绕金属丝或其它附加手柄装置的针灸针,所述针灸针的手持端设置有金属公扣,所述金属公扣的横截面呈“Ω”形状,所述金属公扣外部套扣有与其电气连接的金属母扣,所述金属母扣通过线缆与肌电‑神经桥式电针肢动仪连接,解决现有技术传统针灸针刺入深度难以把控,夹在针灸针上的夹子由于肌肉的颤动会来回晃动影响甚至中断治疗的问题,本发明在各种电针治疗领域有良好的前景。

一种带金属公扣的针电极
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种带金属公扣的针电极。
背景技术
当前各种医疗电子器件在诊疗领域得到了广泛的应用,尤其是在神经/经络功能调控应用方面,特别是瘫痪肢体运动功能重建中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在这些功能调控应用中,具有微创特点的针状电极是最具优选潜力的电极。然而目前所有用于经络调控的电针仪是直接将常规针灸针拿来作为针状电极使用,其电信号则是通过与线缆连接的金属夹子施加到针灸针上的。其缺点是:1)针刺深度难以把控,2)加在针灸针上的夹子由于本身以及连线的重量和刺激时肌肉的颤动而带着露在体外的针体来回晃动,既给病人带来感觉的不适,也会影响了治疗的效果。此外,用金属夹子夹常规针灸针的方法甚至完全无法应用于通过我们发明的肌电-神经桥式电针肢动仪开展的瘫痪肢体运动功能重建治疗,因为在这种治疗过程中受刺激的肢体是要反复地做大幅度动作的。所以,本方案提出如下更适合于人体神经/经络微创功能性电刺激的带Ω形状金属公扣的针电极。这种电极不仅适合于利用肌电-神经桥式电针肢动仪开展瘫痪肢体运动功能重建治疗,同样也适合于利用现有的电针仪开展经络功能调控。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明提供一种带金属公扣的针电极,解决现有技术传统针灸针刺入深度难以把控和夹在针灸针上的夹子由于肌肉的颤动会来回晃动影响甚至中断治疗的问题。
其技术方案是,一种带金属公扣的针电极,包括尾端无缠绕金属丝或其它附加手柄装置的针灸针,所述针灸针的尾端设置有金属公扣,所述金属公扣的横截面呈“Ω”形状,所述金属公扣上设置有直径略大于针灸针尾端的圆槽。
优选的,所述针灸针的材质为不锈钢。
优选的,所述针灸针尾端置入金属公扣的圆槽内后采用焊锡作为导体与其焊接固定,形成适用于鲁棒性强的肌肉神经电刺激的结构。
优选的,所述金属公扣靠近针灸针的一面粘贴有圆片状双面涂胶的绝缘膜,形成用于常规的肌肉神经电针刺激的结构。
优选的,所述金属公扣圆槽外的针灸针表面的部分涂覆绝缘薄膜后仅暴露针尖金属,形成用于经络/神经信号的点状精准刺激诱发的结构。
优选的,所述金属公扣外部套扣有与其电气连接的金属母扣,所述金属母扣表面罩有设定颜色的外罩塑料,所述金属母扣通过线缆与肌电-神经桥式电针肢动仪连接。
优选的,所述外罩塑料靠近金属母扣帽沿状边沿的位置设置有呈斜坡结构的凹陷槽,所述凹陷槽的深度为2-3mm,形成带金属公扣的针灸针使用完毕后便于从金属母扣中取出的结构。
本发明的有益效果是在针灸针尾部设置金属公扣,结合市场上现有不同规格针灸针的长度,实现针灸针刺入肢体的深度得到精确把控,套扣在金属公扣上的金属母扣的设置,保证治疗过程中即使肌肉颤动或肢体大幅移动也能保证肌电信号的稳定探测与传输,不影响治疗效果;
针灸针采用带金属母扣的线缆与现有各类电针仪和实现瘫痪肢体运动功能重建的微电子肌电桥式“肢动仪”连接,具有操作简单、针刺深度精准,电刺激过程中安全稳定可靠的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图,对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详细说明。
实施例一:根据说明书附图所示,一种带金属公扣12的针11电极,包括尾端无缠绕金属丝或其它附加手柄装置、材质为不锈钢的针灸针11,针灸针11的针头刺入肢体皮下,作为刺激信号传输的电极使用。参照现有针灸针11规格,针灸针11长度分为1/2、1、1.5、2、2.5和3寸等,直径分为0.2、0.25、0.30和0.35毫米等。针灸针11的手持端设置有金属公扣12,金属公扣12的横截面呈“Ω”形状,金属公扣12内设置有与针灸针11配合使用的圆槽,针灸针11插入圆槽后留下的缝隙用焊锡13填充,实现二者的导电性连接。金属公扣12外部套扣有与其电气连接、呈半圆球壳结构的金属母扣16,金属母扣16表面罩有设定颜色的外罩塑料17,金属母扣12通过线缆18与肌电-神经桥式电针肢动仪连接。由此构成带“Ω”型金属公扣的针电极结构的第一种类型,用于鲁棒性强的肌肉神经电刺激。金属母扣16套扣在金属公扣12上,避免了常规的加在针灸针上的夹子由于本身以及连线的重量和刺激时肌肉的颤动而带着露在体外的针体来回晃动,给病人带来感觉的不适且影响治疗效果的情况出现,同时保证信号的稳定探测与传递。第二种类型以第一种结构为基础,在金属公扣12靠近针灸针11的一面粘贴有圆片状双面涂胶的绝缘膜14,用作常规的肌肉神经电针刺激。第三种类型以第二种结构为基础,将嵌套入“Ω”形状金属公扣12的外露不锈钢材质针灸针11表面涂覆绝缘薄膜15后再裸露出针尖金属,用于经络/神经信号的点状精准刺激诱发。外罩塑料17靠近金属母扣16帽沿状边沿的位置设置有呈斜坡结构的凹陷槽19,凹陷槽19的深度为2-3mm,形成带金属公扣12的针灸针11使用完毕后便于从金属母扣17中取出的结构。
本发明在针灸针一端部设置金属公扣,结合市场上现有不同规格针灸针的长度,实现针灸针刺入肢体的深度得到精确把控,套扣在金属公扣上的金属母扣的设置,保证治疗过程中即使肌肉颤动或肢体大幅移动也能保证肌电信号的正常传输,不影响治疗效果;针灸针采用带金属母扣的线缆与现有各类电针仪和实现瘫痪肢体运动功能重建的微电子肌电桥式“肢动仪”连接,具有操作简单、针刺深度精准,电刺激过程中安全稳定可靠的优点。

Claims (7)

1.一种带金属公扣的针电极,包括尾端无缠绕金属丝或其它附加手柄装置的针灸针(11),其特征在于,所述针灸针(11)的尾端设置有金属公扣(12),所述金属公扣(12)的横截面呈“Ω”形状,所述金属公扣(12)上设置有直径略大于针灸针(11)尾端的圆槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带金属公扣的针电极,其特征在于,所述针灸针(11)的材质为不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带金属公扣的针电极,其特征在于,所述针灸针(11)尾端置入金属公扣(12)的圆槽内后采用焊锡作为导体与其焊接固定,形成适用于鲁棒性强的肌肉神经电刺激的结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带金属公扣的针电极,其特征在于,所述金属公扣(12)靠近针灸针(11)的一面粘贴有圆片状双面涂胶的绝缘膜(14),形成用于常规的肌肉神经电针刺激的结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带金属公扣的针电极,其特征在于,所述金属公扣(12)圆槽外的针灸针(11)表面的部分涂覆上绝缘薄膜(15)后仅暴露针尖金属,形成用于经络/神经信号的点状精准刺激诱发的结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带金属公扣的针电极,其特征在于,所述金属公扣(12)外部套扣有与其电气连接的金属母扣(16),所述金属母扣(16)表面罩有设定颜色的外罩塑料(17),所述金属母扣(16)通过线缆(18)与肌电-神经桥式电针肢动仪连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的金属母扣(16),其特征在于,所述外罩塑料(17)靠近金属母扣(16)帽沿状边沿的位置设置有呈斜坡结构的凹陷槽(19),所述凹陷槽(19)的深度为2-3mm,形成带金属公扣的针灸针(11)使用完毕后便于从金属母扣(16)中取出的结构。
