According to the medical femoral head repair pad and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the used chitosan has antibacterial property, can resist microbial infection, induce tissue regeneration and accelerate wound healing, and does not cause any inflammatory reaction in the tissue; the collagen has the functions of hemostasis and repair, bioabsorbability and cell adhesion, promotes the formation of new cells and promotes the repair of femoral head; due to the excellent biocompatibility of the chitosan and the collagen material, the product has low antigenicity and good compatibility with human tissues, is automatically coordinated and absorbed by enzyme and body fluid, has stable absorption period, and is finally completely absorbed by human beings.
The medical femoral head repair pad prepared by the method has the characteristics of uniform texture, good elasticity, high transparency, good air permeability, good biocompatibility, capability of being absorbed by organisms, small toxic and side effects and the like. The repair pad is completely absorbed, has small tissue adverse reaction, is not easy to be infected with bacteria, and can avoid infection.

Claims (6)
1. The preparation method of the medical femoral head repair pad is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) selecting materials: selecting casings qualified by quarantine, and cutting small intestine parts;
(2) removing foreign protein: cleaning the inner wall of the small intestine casing, and separating and dropping intestinal chorion, mucosa and serosa in the casing by using a special tool;
(3) virus inactivation: soaking the casing with foreign protein removed in edible hydrogen peroxide solution and cleaning;
(4) degreasing collagen: cleaning the casing with clear water, soaking the casing in a sodium chloride solution, and then separating and cutting fat in the casing collagen to obtain a relatively pure collagen tissue;
(5) casing extension: cutting the casing into pieces, and then extending the pieces to a set length and width by using extension equipment;
(6) atomizing chitosan: adding excessive chitosan into acetic acid solution, fully stirring to prepare chitosan saturated solution, uniformly spraying the chitosan saturated solution on the surface of the sausage casing, standing, and repeating the spraying and standing operations for multiple times;
(7) dressing shaping: covering the extended casing slice by a flat clamp to shape;
(8) curing the dressing: dehydrating and solidifying the mixture in a temperature control chamber under the conditions of gradually increasing the temperature and gradually reducing the humidity;
(9) cutting and checking: under a microscope operating table, detecting the transparency, the uniformity and the existence of impurities of the dressing, and cutting the casing slice treated by the process into a semi-finished product according to the size and the thickness required by femoral head repair;
(10) packaging and sterilizing: the medical femoral head repair pad is vacuum-packaged in a clean workshop with the grade of not less than 10 ten thousand and then is put into a sterilization room to be sterilized by cobalt-60 gamma ray radiation.

The method for preparing a medical femoral head repair pad according to claim 1, wherein the specific operation of virus inactivation is as follows: soaking the casing with foreign protein removed in 5-7% edible hydrogen peroxide solution at 40-44 deg.C for 13-17 hr, and washing with purified water for 3-5 times.
3. The method for preparing a medical femoral head repair pad according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the sodium chloride solution in the collagen defatting process is 14-16%, and the soaking time is 70-78 minutes.

The method for preparing a medical femoral head repair pad according to claim 1, wherein the chitosan atomization operation comprises: uniformly spraying the chitosan saturated solution with the temperature of 36-48 ℃ on the surface of the sausage casing, standing for 44-56 minutes, then spraying and standing, and repeating the steps for 3-5 times.

The method for preparing a medical femoral head repair pad according to claim 1, wherein the rate of temperature increase in curing the dressing is 0.5-0.9 ℃/h, the humidity is reduced by 4-6% per hour, the temperature is increased to 53% at the maximum, and the humidity is reduced to 8% at the minimum.
6. A medical femoral head repair pad obtained by the method for preparing a medical femoral head repair pad according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
