Description

Medical femoral head repair pad and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a medical femoral head repair pad and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Femoral head necrosis is a common and difficult bone disease and a common cause of disability in young and strong years. The number of patients with femoral head necrosis in the United states is reported to be 30-60 ten thousand, the number of new femoral head necrosis in China is 15-30 ten thousand every year, and the total number of patients needing treatment is 500-750 ten thousand. The domestic method for treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head includes weight control, core decompression, various osteotomies, bone grafting with vascular anastomosis, bone grafting without vascular anastomosis, artificial joint replacement, etc. The article of Chenjiaping et al, finite element analysis of the effect of the cavity generated after the medullary decompression operation on the stress of the femoral head, shows that the shape of the cavity caused by the medullary decompression operation has a great effect on the stress concentration, and the analysis result provides a certain reference basis for the medullary decompression operation. The elasto-plastic finite element analysis result of the polyethylene lining stress after the total hip joint replacement by the strict precious people and the like shows that the polyethylene lining in the total hip joint prosthesis can be damaged after the operation, and high-load activities such as going upstairs and the like are avoided or reduced after the operation. The other treatment scheme is that the ischemic necrosis of the femoral head is treated by strengthening the bone bolt, and the three-dimensional finite element analysis is carried out on the treatment scheme by people like Zhongchang, and the results show that the implantation of the bone bolt can improve the bone strength of the femoral necrosis area, but the effect can be optimal only when the bone bolt is placed in the direction of the pressure bone trabecula.
The invention takes casing collagen line as raw material, is a pure biological product, and the medical femoral head repair pad prepared by extracting collagen as raw material can be completely absorbed by human body, has no toxic or side effect, easy absorption, good biological safety, good air permeability, uniform dressing thickness, white and transparent material, rapid healing of femoral head tissue of a patient, and the wound surface can be basically recovered as before, thus being a green and safe wound repair pad. The development of a novel, safer and more clinically-required medical femoral head repair pad meets the national encouragement of bio-industry guidance and bio-industry upgrading trend. The produced medical femoral head repair pad taking casing collagen as a raw material has originality in the global scope, and has profound economic and social benefits for the aspects of promoting the industrial upgrading of the medical appliance industry in China, improving the clinical repair safety of patients, enlarging exports and earning foreign exchange, and the like.
