申请号为201410272335.9发明提出了一种乳液及其制备方法,具有预防出现肌肤老化问题等有益效果,同时目前中国市场上乳液制作方式大多以乳化剂均质形成O/W或是W/O类型为主,而D相乳化法具有乳化粒径小,易吸收之特性,但制备方法较为困难,故而提出了一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,具备制作简单等优点,解决了目前中国市场上乳液制作方式大多以乳化剂均质形成O/W或是W/O类型为主,而D相乳化法具有乳化粒径小,易吸收之特性,但制备方法较为困难的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述制作简单的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将枯草菌脂肽钠和甘油分散混合均匀,并在混合的过程中加热至75度并保持温度稳定,等到混合均匀之后,向混合后的溶液中加入橄榄油,形成油凝胶;
2)将角鲨烷、荷荷芭油和生育酚依次缓慢的加入到油凝胶中,并且在加入的过程中缓慢搅拌,在搅拌的过程中降温至50度并保持温度稳定,最后搅拌均匀即可;
3)将丙二醇、甜菜碱、咯烷酮羧酸钠、柠檬酸钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、[o-伞花烃-5-醇、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇]和水混合并且搅拌均匀,其中水的含量为总含量的20.75%,然后缓慢的将混合搅拌后的混合液加入到温度为50度的油凝胶中,并且在加入的过程中慢速搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,降温至40度并保持温度稳定;
4)将黄原胶、酸豆籽胶和水搅拌分散,其中水的含量为总含量的45%,搅拌分散均匀后,将搅拌分散均匀的混合液加入到保温40度的乳液中,并在加入的过程中慢速搅拌直至均匀;
5)将混合均匀的乳液自然冷却,然后提取乳液装入容器。
优选的,所述枯草菌脂肽钠占比0.19%-0.2%,甘油占比3.5%-4%,橄榄油占比7.5%-8%,角鲨烷占比1.9%-2%,荷荷芭油占比9.6%-10%,丙二醇占比4.8%-5%,甜菜碱占比0.9%-1%,咯烷酮羧酸钠占比0.10%-0.15%,柠檬酸钠占比1.0%-1.2%,磷酸二氢钠占比0.22%-0.25%,磷酸氢二钠占比0.70%-0.75%,生育酚占比0.05%-0.09%,黄原胶占比0.45%-0.49%,酸豆籽胶占比0.15-0.16%,[o-伞花烃-5-醇、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇]占比0.96%-1%,水占比65%-65.75%。
优选的,所述混合、搅拌和添加的过程均在室温为50度的环境下进行,并在进行混合之前,进行室内除尘和空气净化处理。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该D相乳化乳液的制备方法,通过将枯草菌脂肽钠和甘油分散混合均匀,并在混合的过程中加热至75度并保持温度稳定,等到混合均匀之后,向混合后的溶液中加入橄榄油,形成油凝胶;将角鲨烷、荷荷芭油和生育酚依次缓慢的加入到油凝胶中,并且在加入的过程中缓慢搅拌,在搅拌的过程中降温至50度并保持温度稳定,最后搅拌均匀即可;将丙二醇、甜菜碱、咯烷酮羧酸钠、柠檬酸钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、[o-伞花烃-5-醇、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇]和水混合并且搅拌均匀,其中水的含量为总含量的20.75%,然后缓慢的将混合搅拌后的混合液加入到温度为50度的油凝胶中,并且在加入的过程中慢速搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,降温至40度并保持温度稳定;将黄原胶、酸豆籽胶和水搅拌分散,其中水的含量为总含量的45%,搅拌分散均匀后,将搅拌分散均匀的混合液加入到保温40度的乳液中,并在加入的过程中慢速搅拌直至均匀;将混合均匀的乳液自然冷却,然后提取乳液装入容器,整个过程操作简单,可有效降低生产的工艺难度,使用更简便的生产方法进行生产,采用D相乳化法,有着更好的质量,。
2、该D相乳化乳液的制备方法,通过枯草菌脂肽钠占比0.19%-0.2%,甘油占比3.5%-4%,橄榄油占比7.5%-8%,角鲨烷占比1.9%-2%,荷荷芭油占比9.6%-10%,丙二醇占比4.8%-5%,甜菜碱占比0.9%-1%,咯烷酮羧酸钠占比0.10%-0.15%,柠檬酸钠占比1.0%-1.2%,磷酸二氢钠占比0.22%-0.25%,磷酸氢二钠占比0.70%-0.75%,生育酚占比0.05%-0.09%,黄原胶占比0.45%-0.49%,酸豆籽胶占比0.15-0.16%,[o-伞花烃-5-醇、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇]占比0.96%-1%,水占比65%-65.75%,混合、搅拌和添加的过程均在室温为50度的环境下进行,并在进行混合之前,进行室内除尘和空气净化处理,采用科学的原料配比,保证了乳液的质量,并且在严格的环境下进行生产,保证了生产过程的稳定性,并且保证了生产出的乳液的质量。
具体实施方式

实施例一:一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

混合、搅拌和添加的过程均在室温为50度的环境下进行,并在进行混合之前,进行室内除尘和空气净化处理。
实施例二:一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

Claims (3)
1.一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将枯草菌脂肽钠和甘油分散混合均匀,并在混合的过程中加热至75度并保持温度稳定,等到混合均匀之后,向混合后的溶液中加入橄榄油,形成油凝胶;
2)将角鲨烷、荷荷芭油和生育酚依次缓慢的加入到油凝胶中,并且在加入的过程中缓慢搅拌,在搅拌的过程中降温至50度并保持温度稳定,最后搅拌均匀即可;
3)将丙二醇、甜菜碱、咯烷酮羧酸钠、柠檬酸钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、[o-伞花烃-5-醇、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇]和水混合并且搅拌均匀,其中水的含量为总含量的20.75%,然后缓慢的将混合搅拌后的混合液加入到温度为50度的油凝胶中,并且在加入的过程中慢速搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,降温至40度并保持温度稳定;
4)将黄原胶、酸豆籽胶和水搅拌分散,其中水的含量为总含量的45%,搅拌分散均匀后,将搅拌分散均匀的混合液加入到保温40度的乳液中,并在加入的过程中慢速搅拌直至均匀;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种D相乳化乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合、搅拌和添加的过程均在室温为50度的环境下进行,并在进行混合之前,进行室内除尘和空气净化处理。
