In order to prevent the surgical instruments from being lost during the operation and automatically register the lost surgical instruments for convenient and quick replenishment under the condition of loss, further, the surgical instrument box special for field emergency rescue of the embodiment is used for accommodating the surgical instruments with electronic identification tags, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the surgical instrument box for field emergency rescue of the present embodiment further includes an electronic tag identification device 120, a processor 130, a display 140 and a communication unit 150, wherein the electronic tag identification device 120 and the display 140 are disposed on an outer wall of the box body 10, the processor 130 and the communication unit 150 are both disposed in the box body 10, the electronic tag identification device 120 is configured to sense and identify an electronic identification tag on a surgical instrument to determine identification information of the surgical instrument and send the identification information of the surgical instrument to the processor 130, and the identification information of the surgical instrument at least includes a name and a number of the surgical instrument; the processor 130 is connected with the electronic tag identification device 120, and the processor 130 stores the identification information of all the surgical instruments corresponding to the field emergency rescue special surgical instrument box; the processor 130 matches the internally stored identification information of all surgical instruments with the identification information of the surgical instruments sent by the electronic tag identification device 120 to determine that the surgical instruments are not lost, i.e., the state is normal; and determining that the unfinished and matched surgical instrument is in a lost state; both the display 140 and the communication unit 150 are connected to the processor 130, and the display 140 is used for displaying the identification information of the surgical instrument being matched and the identification information of the surgical instrument finally determined to be in the lost state; the communication unit 150 is configured to send identification information of the surgical instrument in the lost state to the background terminal device 160, the background terminal device 160 may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a desktop computer, and the logistics worker may accurately know the lost surgical instrument through the background terminal device 160, so as to supplement the lost surgical instrument in time.
In practical application, the electronic Identification tag may be an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) electronic tag, and accordingly, the electronic tag Identification device 120 is an RFID reader-writer, when the surgical instrument is checked after the surgery is completed, the RFID electronic tag of the surgical instrument is close to the RFID reader-writer, so that the information of the surgical instrument can be automatically read, and then the surgical instrument is placed in a corresponding position in the instrument box, the information of the surgical instrument, which is not read by the information, is displayed on the display 140, and the doctor confirms whether the surgical instrument is lost again, so that the doctor can finally confirm whether the surgical instrument is lost through key operation. In addition, the electronic identification label can also adopt a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and when the bar code or the two-dimensional code is adopted, if the size of the surgical instrument is smaller, the bar code or the two-dimensional code of the surgical instrument can be printed on the label by hanging the corresponding label plate on the surgical instrument. The corresponding electronic tag identification means 120 is an electronic code reading device.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, in order to prevent the whole surgical instrument box from being lost in a battlefield environment, further, a positioning chip 170 is further disposed in the box body 10, the positioning chip 170 is connected to the processor 130, and the positioning chip 170 can acquire the position information of the surgical instrument box in real time, process the position information through the processor 130, and then send the position information to the background terminal device 160 through the communication unit 150; when the surgical instrument box is lost, the surgical instrument box can be found back in time through the positioning information.

when the plurality of third storage cassettes (30) and the plurality of fourth storage cassettes (50) are moved to the first position, the plurality of third storage cassettes (30) are vertically overlapped with each other, the plurality of fourth storage cassettes (50) are vertically overlapped with each other, and the plurality of third storage cassettes (30) and the plurality of fourth storage cassettes (50) are abutted against each other and positioned above the first storage cassette (11);
when a plurality of the third storage box (30) and a plurality of the fourth storage box (50) move to the second position, the third storage box (30) is vertically scattered, the fourth storage box (50) is vertically scattered, and the third storage box (30) and the fourth storage box (50) are located above two opposite sides of the box (10).
