A tumor containing and crushing device for transurethral cystectomy is characterized by comprising a cutting mechanism entering a bladder through the urethra, an operation rod body is further arranged in the cutting mechanism, a communicating mechanism used for being externally connected with a water source is arranged inside the operation rod body, a tumor containing mechanism is arranged at the end part of the operation rod body and communicated with the communicating mechanism, a tissue crushing operation channel is arranged between the communicating mechanisms, the tumor containing and crushing device further comprises a tissue crushing mechanism acting on tumors, the tissue crushing mechanism is positioned in the operation rod body and comprises a tissue crushing driving wire, the operation rod body is provided with a tissue crushing operation channel, the tissue crushing driving wire and the tissue crushing operation channel move relatively, and a plurality of protrusions with uniform intervals are arranged on the surface of the tissue crushing driving wire along the axial direction, the inner wall of the operation rod body is embedded with a plurality of elastic layers, the elastic layers are abutted to the communicating mechanism, a plurality of cutting wires are arranged at the end part of the tissue crushing driving wire, a water filling mechanism is arranged at the other end of the operation rod body, and the water filling mechanism is communicated with the tumor accommodating mechanism through the communicating mechanism.

The tumor receiving and pulverizing device for transurethral cystectomy according to claim 1, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises an operator, a first operating channel, a second operating channel, a third operating channel, a scope, and a laser fiber, the first operating channel, the second operating channel, and the third operating channel are all located on the operator, the scope is located in the first operating channel, the laser fiber is located in the second operating channel, and the operating rod body is located in the third operating channel.

The tumor receiving and pulverizing device of claim 1, wherein the communicating means comprises a first water delivery channel, a second water delivery channel and a third water delivery channel, and the first water delivery channel, the second water delivery channel and the third water delivery channel are all communicated with the tumor receiving means.

The device of claim 3, wherein the tumor receiving mechanism comprises two first hollow hemispherical balloons, the first balloon is connected to the end of the operation rod, the edge of the first balloon is provided with a second balloon, the bottom of the first balloon is provided with a notch, the bottom of the first balloon is provided with a third balloon, the third balloon is distributed along the notch, the first water delivery channel is connected to the first balloon, the second balloon is connected to the second water delivery channel, the third balloon is connected to the third water delivery channel, the edge of the second balloon is provided with an adhesive layer, and the edge of the third balloon is also provided with the adhesive layer.
