Abstract
The invention provides a multi-layer container, which is mainly characterized in that a sleeve body is sleeved on the outer side of a cup body, and the sleeve body and the cup body enclose a closed space, so that the heat insulation effect can be exerted through the closed space, and the heat energy is effectively prevented from overflowing and dispersing outwards due to the heat radiation or heat conduction of high-temperature liquid in the cup body, therefore, when the high-temperature liquid is contained in the cup body, the closed space has the heat insulation effect, and a human body is not easy to scald hands when holding the cup body. Meanwhile, the sleeve body defines the annular supporting wall from the joint of the bottom edge of the cup body to the lower part, and when the heat insulation container is placed on a table surface, the bottom wall of the cup body and the table surface have a certain distance without mutual contact, so that the heat energy in the cup body is isolated from being conducted to the table surface.

Technical Field

Background
Please refer to taiwan patent document No. M572179, "heat-insulated beverage container", which discloses: the cup is provided with an inner cup inserted into the cup mouth of an outer cup, and the volume of the outer cup is larger than that of the inner cup, so that a heat insulation space is formed between the inner cup and the outer cup. The cup mouth of the outer cup is provided with a bearing part extending outwards, a step-shaped rib part is arranged on the inner side of the bearing part, the cup mouth of the inner cup is provided with an installation part extending outwards, and an inclined cone part is arranged on the inner side of the installation part. Therefore, the inner cup can be firmly positioned in the outer cup, and air in the heat insulation space is used as an insulation medium, so that a good heat insulation effect is provided.
This patent does not show the above-mentioned effects. However, because the inner cup and the outer cup are easy to disassemble and replace, when high-temperature liquid is contained, water vapor is easy to generate in the heat insulation space; moreover, when the size of the inner cup and the size of the outer cup have errors, a gap is easily formed between the inner cup and the outer cup, so that the dirt is more easily stored, and the overall heat insulation effect is greatly reduced. In addition, the outer cup is easy to lose due to use, so that the heat insulation effect is insufficient.
Therefore, the present inventors have considered that the conventional heat-insulating beverage container needs to be improved, and have made an initial thought to solve the problem.

The invention mainly plays a role in heat insulation through the closed space, can effectively prevent high-temperature liquid in the cup body from overflowing and dispersing heat energy through heat radiation or heat conduction, and can be matched with a cover body to cover the cup body when in use, so that the cup body has a good heat insulation effect; meanwhile, when the cup body is filled with high-temperature liquid, the closed space has a heat insulation effect, so that a human body is not easy to scald hands when holding the cup.
In addition, the annular supporting wall is used for preventing the bottom wall of the cup body and the table top from touching each other by a certain distance when the heat insulation container is placed on the table top, so that heat energy in the cup body is isolated from being conducted to the table top.

Further, with the structure of the present invention, when the inside of the cup body 1 contains the high temperature liquid, since the closed space 11 is in a closed state, it is difficult to generate the mist.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to avoid the influence of the smooth surface of the sleeve body 2 on the human grip, the present invention can further increase the surface friction through the grooves to facilitate the grip, and the specific embodiment thereof can be as follows: the direction towards the cup body 1 is defined as inner, a section of the outer ring side of the sleeve body 2 is recessed inwards to form an annular groove 22, so that the inner side of the sleeve body 2 is raised inwards to form an annular convex rib 23 to form the connecting part 21.
