Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention relates to a wearable product, which can be various wearable products needing tightness adjustment, such as shoes, backpacks, hats, bras, winddresses, kneepads and the like.
The wearable article includes a flexible substrate for wearing and a tensioning mechanism disposed on the flexible substrate. The tensioning mechanism is provided with a plurality of supporting tubes arranged on the flexible base body at intervals and a tensioning rope which is continuously arranged on the supporting tubes in a penetrating mode so that the flexible base body can be adjusted between a tightening state and a loosening state. And a contractible area is formed between the adjacent support pipes, the tension ropes penetrate through the contractible area, and the contraction amount of the contractible area is limited by the opposite ends of the adjacent support pipes when the tension ropes are tightened.
The supporting tube is used for providing fixed support for the flexible substrate, and the contraction position is limited by the supporting tube; on the other hand, set up through adjacent stay tube interval and form the collapsible district that is located between the two for tensioning rope passes collapsible district, when tightening up the operation, can realize corresponding the restriction of the shrinkage of the collapsible district of this position department through the terminal surface of adjacent stay tube opposite side, and then can match the demand of tightening up of the different positions of flexible base member, matches the setting according to the shrinkage position to stay tube and tensioning rope.
In a relaxed state, at least two of the collapsible regions have different extension lengths in the extension direction of the tensile cord. When the elasticity of the forming material of the flexible substrate is basically similar, for areas with different shrinkage requirements, the extending length of the shrinkable area in the extending direction of the tensioning rope is correspondingly matched in the positive direction according to the shrinkage requirement, namely when the shrinkage requirement is small, the extending length of the shrinkable area is set to be relatively small; when the shrinkage requirement is relatively large, the extension length of the corresponding shrinkable region is set relatively large. And when the flexible substrate is formed by adopting a plurality of materials with larger elasticity, the supporting tube and the contractible area are matched according to the material property and the required contraction quantity.
In addition, the supporting pipes are matched according to the extending mode, the shrinkage requirement, the human engineering and the like of the flexible matrix around the position, so that the shrinkage position is limited, the length of at least two supporting pipes is different, and the shape of at least two supporting pipes is different.
The supporting tube can adopt a flexible plastic hose, and can be fixed on the flexible substrate by adopting sewing, hot pressing and other processes; the flexible substrate can be arranged in a one-layer or multi-layer structure, and the tensioning mechanism can be embedded in the flexible substrate or woven in the flexible substrate or directly arranged on the outer surface of the flexible substrate. The supporting tube can be bent and deformed along with the flexible base body or is adaptively designed according to the shape of the flexible base body, but the hardness of the supporting tube is higher than that of the flexible base body, so that when the flexible base body in the contraction area is contracted and deformed in the extension direction of the supporting tube, the supporting tube can keep the shape of the flexible base body at the fixed part of the supporting tube and cannot be contracted and deformed in the extension direction of the supporting tube, and the contraction position is controlled.
The supporting tube can be directly formed into a circular tube or flat tube structure, and also can be formed by a pipeline main body and fixing parts extending outwards from one side or two sides of the pipeline main body along the radial direction, and at the moment, sewing or hot pressing operation can be carried out on the fixing parts and the flexible matrix.
The plurality of supporting tubes are arranged at intervals, and a contractible area is formed between the adjacent supporting tubes, when in actual manufacturing, a continuously extending strip-shaped flexible plastic hose can be arranged along the position of the flexible substrate, which needs to be supported and contracted, in an extending way, and then the flexible substrate is disconnected according to the supporting and contracting needs of the flexible substrate, so that the contractible area is formed at the disconnected position, and the supporting tubes are formed at two sides of the disconnected position; and above-mentioned tensioning rope wears to establish in succession can corresponding explanation be, before carrying out the disconnection setting, makes the tensioning rope of a continuous extension wear to locate among the microscler flexible plastic hose, when microscler flexible plastic hose carries out the disconnection operation, the tensioning rope still keeps its relation of connection, even makes the tensioning rope run through collapsible district, and then when tightening up the operation to the tensioning rope, can match the operation of tightening up of tensioning rope through the change in collapsible district, and then realize carrying out the tensioning to flexible base member and adjust.
Further, the support tube may be made of a material having a low coefficient of friction to facilitate movement of the tension cord therein; of course, it is also possible to use a low friction material, such as a lubricious polymer (e.g., Tef l on tm), lining or coating the inner wall of the support tube to facilitate movement of the tension cords therein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 10, a description is given below of a preferred embodiment of the wearable article as a shoe article 100.
The article of footwear 100 includes a sole (not shown), an upper 1 attached to the sole, and a tensioning mechanism 2. The upper 1 corresponds to the flexible substrate, and the tightening mechanism 2 is disposed on the upper 1 and is operable to move the upper 1 between a tightened state and a loosened state.
The upper 1 comprises a forefoot portion 11, a midfoot portion 12 and a heel portion 13. The forefoot portion 11 may correspond to the toes and the joints connecting the metatarsals with the phalanges of the foot. The midfoot portion 12 may correspond with the arch area of the foot and the heel portion 13 may correspond with a rear portion of the foot including the calcaneus bone. The upper 1 also comprises a lateral side 14 and a medial side 15, the lateral side 14 and the medial side 15 corresponding respectively to opposite sides of the article of footwear 100 and extending from front to back through the various portions 11, 12, 13 of the article of footwear 100.
The upper 1 has an interior surface 16 that defines an interior void 10 configured to receive and secure a foot to support the foot on the sole structure. An ankle opening 130 in heel portion 13 may provide access to interior space 10. For example, the ankle opening 130 may receive the foot to secure the foot within the interior space 10 and facilitate entry and removal of the foot from the interior space 10.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the tensioning means 2 are distributed on the medial and lateral sides 14, 15 of the forefoot 11, midfoot 12 and heel 13 and comprise a front portion 24 arranged on the forefoot 11, a medial portion 25 arranged on the midfoot 12 and a rear portion 26 arranged on the heel 13. The two free ends of the tension cord 23 are disposed in the heel 13 area, either on the front side of the ankle opening 130 or on the rear side of the ankle opening 130.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, said front portion 24 is arranged in the lateral direction of the upper 1, extending through said medial side 14 and lateral side 15. At least some of the collapsible regions 22 of the front portion 24 extend in the lateral direction of the upper 1 or are inclined rearwardly relative to the lateral direction, as is typically required for lateral adjustment of the forefoot portion 11.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the front portion 24 has a continuous middle support tube 241 penetrating the inner side 14 and the outer side 15 in the lateral direction of the upper 1, and side support tubes 242 spaced apart from each other on both sides of the middle support tube 241 and connecting the middle portion 25. At least a portion of the collapsible region 22 is disposed between the middle support tube 241 and the side support tubes 242, and the tension cords 23 are continuously threaded through the middle support tube 241 and the side support tubes 242 and connect the middle portion 25. Thereby achieving matching control of the support position, the retracted position, and the amount of retraction of the front side section 24. In this embodiment, the whole tensioning rope 23 is movably arranged; as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the middle position of the tension rope 23 may be fixedly disposed in the upper 1 or the support tube 22.
The intermediate portion 25 has an inboard portion 251 disposed on the medial side 14 and an outboard portion 252 disposed on the lateral side 15. Preferably, the medial portion 251 and the lateral portion 252 are separated and spaced apart in the transverse direction of the upper 1 and are connected between the two free ends of the tension cords 23 of the front portion 24 and the rear portion 26, respectively, so as to control the contraction position on the two sides of the upper 1, thereby facilitating the corresponding control of the contraction position and the contraction amount on the two sides according to the foot shape.
The intermediate portion 25 is generally used to adjust the radial extent of the space 10 inside the intermediate portion 25, so that the collapsible regions 22 of the midfoot portion 12 are each preferably arranged to extend obliquely rearwardly in or relative to the lateral direction of the upper 1. At this time, the intermediate portion 25 is provided to extend in a laterally-disposed S-shaped curve; wherein the support tube 21 in the intermediate section 25 is in the shape of an arc opening outwards or inwards.
The rear portion 26 is also divided into two parts, spaced apart and apart from each other, corresponding to the intermediate portion 25, and is disposed in the inner side 14 and the outer side 15, respectively. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, when the free end of the tension cord 23 is disposed at the rear side of the ankle opening 130, the contractible regions 22 in the rear side portion 26 at both sides and the rear side of the ankle opening 130 are disposed to extend in the front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 5 to 10, when the free end of the tension rope 23 is disposed at the front side of the ankle opening 130, at least a part of the support tube 21 in the rear portion 26 extends to the rear side of the tension rope 23, and then extends from the rear side forward and upward toward the front side of the ankle opening 130, so that the collapsible region 22 in the portion extends obliquely from the rear to the front and from the bottom to the top.
As mentioned above, it is preferred that the collapsible regions 22 are disposed on both sides of the centerline of the article of footwear 1 in the length direction, i.e., both in the medial side 14 and the lateral side 15. In addition, in order to avoid interference or restriction of the inner and outer tension mechanisms 2 during the tightening operation, the tension mechanisms 2 of the present invention do not have a crossing or overlapping portion.
In addition, in relation to the arrangement of the contraction position and the contraction amount in each part of the upper 1, in relation to the material from which the upper 1 is made, the contraction amount requirement of the forefoot portion 11 is smaller than the contraction amount of the midfoot portion 12 and the heel portion 13, on the premise that the material from which the upper 1 is made is more flexible, so that the extension length of the contractible zone 22 provided between the support tubes 21 of the forefoot portion 11 is smaller than the extension length of the contractible zone 22 between the adjacent support tubes 21 at the midfoot portion 12 and the heel portion 13.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, as one embodiment of the present invention, the upper 1 is integrally formed by using a knitted member. The knitted component may be formed as a unitary, one-piece element during the knitting process. Alternatively, two or more portions of the knitted component may be separately formed as a unitary, one-piece element and the respective elements subsequently attached. Of course, the knit upper may also be selected for a particular single layer or multi-layer knit construction, and may also provide desirable aesthetic characteristics by incorporating yarns having different colors, textures, or other visual characteristics arranged in a particular pattern.
In this case, the forefoot portion 11 becomes looser and the interior 10 becomes larger and less comfortable after a long period of use, and with this footwear 100, the amount of contraction required of the midfoot portion 12 near the forefoot portion 11 is larger, so that the contractible region 22 between adjacent support tubes 21 in the middle portion 25 near the forefoot portion 24 is largest and the extension length of the other contractible regions 22 in the middle portion 25 is gradually reduced from the front to the rear.
In addition, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the upper 1 is additionally provided with a reinforcing material at the position of the heel 13; at this time, a higher contraction amount is required at a position closer to the heel 13, and therefore, in the area of the heel 13 and the midfoot portion 12 closer to the heel 13, the extension of the contractible zone 22 between the adjacent support tubes 21 is set larger.
Furthermore, in other shoe uppers 1 made of various materials, the support tube 21 and the tension cord 23 can be matched according to the contraction position and contraction amount of the materials in different areas.
In addition, fig. 1 to 10 show two different forms of support tubes, wherein fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 8 to 10 are independent circular tubes or flat tubes, and fig. 5 to 7 are flat tubes with a main body and a fixing portion, both of which can achieve the object of the present invention.
