However, the strength of the Beidou signal is greatly influenced by the environment, the Beidou antenna can acquire the Beidou satellite signal only in the open without shielding objects and under the condition that the direction of the antenna faces south, and the Beidou signal is interfered by severe weather, clutter, buildings and the like, so that the receiving and sending success rate of the Beidou short message is reduced. The Beidou satellite has no information feedback mechanism for the short message, and after the Beidou equipment sends the short message, whether the short message is sent successfully or not cannot be judged through the satellite, so that information is easily lost under the condition that the strength of the Beidou signal is low. Because there is a speed limit in the sending of the big dipper short message, the sending interval of every two short messages cannot be less than 60 seconds, so when a plurality of short message information needs to be sent, the information is lost due to untimely sending.

In the aspect of software, the invention is provided with a Linux operating system and a MySQL database (the type of the database can be changed according to requirements), and is provided with a WEB middleware program which is independently developed by people, so that a user can directly connect a computer through a network cable or log in a WEB interface of equipment through a local area network for operation.

When the WEB middleware detects that the content exists in a to-be-sent list of the database, each short message is automatically recoded, a 4-byte unique ID number is added at the beginning, then an instruction is sent to the Beidou module, the short message is sent to the Beidou satellite and then sent to the Beidou equipment of a receiver, each short message can be automatically and repeatedly sent five times, the sending time interval of each time is determined by the time in the system setting, the sending success rate of the short message can be ensured by the repeated five-time sending, and the problem that the information is lost due to the fact that the Beidou signal is not good is solved.
When detecting that a plurality of short messages wait to be sent in a list to be sent, the system can sort the short messages according to the order of submission and send the short messages in sequence, so that short messages which are not sent in time are not lost due to frequency limitation, and the reliability of Beidou short message information transmission is improved. After the short message is repeatedly sent for five times, the WEB middleware stores the content, sending time, receiving number and other information of the short message into a sent list of the database, so that the subsequent check is facilitated.
The Beidou terminal all-in-one machine of the receiver receives the short message, firstly obtains the ID number of the short message code, then compares the ID number with the ID number in the database receiving list, discards the short message if the ID number is the same, and stores the received short message in a warehouse if the ID number is not the same in the database receiving list, so that the receiving of repeated short messages, the content of the received short message, the number of the sender, the receiving time and other information are prevented from being stored in the receiving list of the database, and the follow-up viewing is facilitated.
