本发明提供了一种低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,包括:设置在配电柜内的PLC控制器、第一环境监控模块、存储模块、无线通信模块、微控制器以及设置在所述配电柜外部的第二环境监控模块,远程监控端;其中,所述微控制器分别电连接至所述PLC控制器、所述第一环境监控模块、所述存储模块,所述远程监控端基于所述无线通信模块与所述微控制器建立通信连接,所述微控制器向所述远程监控端上传所述PLC控制器中的配电柜电气元件运行数据、存储模块中存储的配电柜标识信息、第一环境监控模块采集到的数据以及第二环境监控模块采集到的数据。通过本发明的技术方案,可远程对低压配电柜进行监控及调控,省时省力。

Description

一种低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统
技术领域
本发明涉及配电柜技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统。
背景技术
低压配电柜是供电系统中的一个重要的设施,低压配电柜的额定电流是交流50Hz,额定电压380v的配电系统作为动力,照明及配电的电能转换及控制之用。该产品具有分断能力强,动热稳定性好,电气方案引灵活,组合方便,系列性、实用性强,结构新颖等特点。
目前,低压配电柜直接设置在户外比较普遍,设置在户外的低压配电柜为保证安全,通常采用钢板式密封性结构,其工作环境相对苛刻,为保证低压配电柜的正常运行,需要检修人员定时进行现场巡检并进行现场调试,不仅耗时耗力,且不易及时发现问题,整个过程效率较低。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,可远程对低压配电柜进行监控及调控,省时省力。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种新的一种低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,包括:设置在配电柜内的PLC控制器、第一环境监控模块、存储模块、无线通信模块、微控制器以及设置在所述配电柜外部的第二环境监控模块,远程监控端;其中,所述微控制器分别电连接至所述PLC控制器、所述第一环境监控模块、所述存储模块,所述远程监控端基于所述无线通信模块与所述微控制器建立通信连接,所述微控制器向所述远程监控端上传所述PLC控制器中的配电柜电气元件运行数据、存储模块中存储的配电柜标识信息、第一环境监控模块采集到的数据以及第二环境监控模块采集到的数据。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:报警模块,设置在所述配电柜的外部,电连接至所述微控制器,所述微控制器接收到所述远程监控端的指令控制所述报警模块报警。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述第一环境监控模块包括温湿度传感器以及烟雾传感器。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述第二环境监控模块包括摄像头。
所述报警模块包括声光报警器。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:移动端,连接至所述远程监控端,所述远程监控端判定所述微控制器上传的数据异常时,向所述移动端发送告警指令。
通过以上技术方案,配电柜中的电气元件工作过程中,管控其的PLC控制器中会生成电气元件的运行代码,微控制器调取这些运行代码并上传远程监控端,以实现对电气元件的远程监控,另外还设置有监测配电柜柜内环境(温度、湿度、烟雾)的第一环境监控模块,监控配电柜外部环境的第二环境监控模块,实现在配电柜全方位的远程监控,一旦有异常,则通过报警模块经报警,另外远程监控端在判定异常时,还可调取存储模块中的配电柜标识信息(包括配电柜安装位置、配电柜型号等),并向移动端发送告警指令(可包括故障代码及配电柜标识信息等),使得维修人员能够及时进行跟进检修,大大提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1所示,低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统包括:设置在配电柜内的PLC控制器10、第一环境监控模块11、存储模块12、无线通信模块13、微控制器14以及设置在配电柜外部的第二环境监控模块15,远程监控端16。
其中,微控制器14分别电连接至PLC控制器10、第一环境监控模块11、存储模块12,远程监控端16基于无线通信模块13与微控制器14建立通信连接,微控制器14向远程监控端16上传PLC控制器10中的配电柜电气元件运行数据、存储模块中存储的配电柜标识信息、第一环境监控模块采集到的数据(温湿度数据、烟雾浓度数据等)以及第二环境监控模块采集到的数据(可以是摄像头采集的图片或视频流等),进一步,系统还包括:报警模块,设置在配电柜的外部,电连接至微控制器,微控制器接收到远程监控端的指令控制报警模块报警,如声光报警器,通过配电柜柜体外的声光报警器进行报警,以便处于配电柜周围的人员第一时间发现异常,及时进行后续处理,再一步,系统还包括:移动端17,连接至远程监控端16,远程监控端17判定微控制器14上传的数据异常时,向移动端16发送告警指令,具体地,远程监控端判断电气元件运行数据是否有异常数据、判断第一环境监控模块采集到的数据是否在预定范围内、判断第二环境监控模块采集到的数据是否异常,在判定任一数据出现异常或超过预定范围时,均控制报警模块进行报警,或数据异常时,将异常数据以及配电柜标识信息统一下发至移动端。
配电柜中的电气元件工作过程中,管控其的PLC控制器中会生成电气元件的运行代码,微控制器调取这些运行代码并上传远程监控端,以实现对电气元件的远程监控,另外还设置有监测配电柜柜内环境(温度、湿度、烟雾)的第一环境监控模块,监控配电柜外部环境的第二环境监控模块,实现在配电柜全方位的远程监控,一旦有异常,则通过报警模块经报警,另外远程监控端在判定异常时,还可调取存储模块中的配电柜标识信息(包括配电柜安装位置、配电柜型号等),并向移动端发送告警指令(可包括故障代码及配电柜标识信息等),使得维修人员能够及时进行跟进检修,大大提高工作效率。

1.一种低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
设置在配电柜内的PLC控制器、第一环境监控模块、存储模块、无线通信模块、微控制器以及设置在所述配电柜外部的第二环境监控模块,远程监控端;
其中,所述微控制器分别电连接至所述PLC控制器、所述第一环境监控模块、所述存储模块,所述远程监控端基于所述无线通信模块与所述微控制器建立通信连接,所述微控制器向所述远程监控端上传所述PLC控制器中的配电柜电气元件运行数据、存储模块中存储的配电柜标识信息、第一环境监控模块采集到的数据以及第二环境监控模块采集到的数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,其特征在于,还包括:
报警模块,设置在所述配电柜的外部,电连接至所述微控制器,所述微控制器接收到所述远程监控端的指令控制所述报警模块报警。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,其特征在于,所述第一环境监控模块包括温湿度传感器以及烟雾传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,其特征在于,所述第二环境监控模块包括摄像头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,其特征在于,所述报警模块包括声光报警器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低压配电柜连锁远程控制系统,其特征在于,还包括:
移动端,连接至所述远程监控端,所述远程监控端判定所述微控制器上传的数据异常时,向所述移动端发送告警指令。
