The specific assembling and disassembling operation process is as follows, referring to fig. 4, firstly, a rotary cross arm and a supporting insulator are arranged at a position one meter above a lead wire connected to the drop-out fuse, the lead wire is cut off to be divided into an upper lead wire 2 and a lower lead wire 4 still connected to the drop-out fuse, a fixed hoop 12 is arranged on the supporting insulator, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the upper lead wire 2 is connected with a second connecting part 121 on a fixed part 2, the lower lead wire 4 is connected with a first connecting part 32 on a connecting part 3, then an adjusting rod 6 is hooked on an operating ring 34, the position of the connecting part 3 is moved to realize that a hooking part 33 is hooked on a fixed buckle 11, the adjusting rod 6 is taken off from the operating ring 34, the adjusting rod 6 is further hooked on a handle ring 52, the adjusting rod 6 is rotated clockwise, the movable rod 5 moves towards the hooking part 33, the fixed part 1 is locked and connected with the connecting part 3, go up lead wire 2 and lead wire 4 intercommunication realization circuit intercommunication down, anticlockwise rotation regulating rod 6, movable rod 5 deviates from hook portion 33 and moves, follows regulating rod 6 and takes off ring 52, and with regulating rod 6 hook on operation ring 34, and then removes the position of connecting piece 3 and takes off hook portion 33 from fixed buckle 11, realizes that mounting 1 and connecting piece 3 break away from, and then goes up lead wire 2 and lead wire 4 breaks away from realization circuit disconnection down.

1. A live-wire device for removing a wire clamp, comprising:

the movable rod (5), the movable rod (5) adjustably connect in connecting portion (31), when the movable rod (5) is adjusted for connecting piece (3), can with connecting piece (3) detachably connect in mounting (1).
