The camera exogenous dynamic calibration method according to claim 5, wherein when the vehicle speed is less than a preset vehicle speed and/or the steering wheel angle is greater than or equal to a preset angle, the lane line detection module judges that the vehicle is not in a straight running state, and stops sending the lane line information to the storage module;
and when the vehicle speed is greater than or equal to a preset vehicle speed and the steering wheel angle is smaller than a preset angle, the lane line detection module judges that the vehicle is in a straight running state.
7. The camera exogenous dynamic calibration method according to claim 1, wherein after the lane line detection module sends the lane line information to a storage module, the dynamic calibration method further comprises:
