To further understand the above embodiments, the following provides a schematic structural diagram of another online auction system as shown in fig. 5, where the system includes a proposal node (corresponding to the above scenario initiating endpoint), a billing node, an operation node (corresponding to the above auction operation endpoint), a supervision node, a notarization node (corresponding to the above notarization endpoint), and multiple auction nodes (corresponding to the above auction endpoints), and these nodes belong to the same block chain network; the consensus mechanism of the auction chain is a consensus mechanism of Proof of bid (pop c), each node except the supervision node in the auction chain needs to execute an algorithm corresponding to the consensus mechanism, and the consensus results of the nodes are the same.
As shown in fig. 5, the proposal node is a node in the auction chain that has qualification for initiating the trade proposal of taking part in auction, and each auction needs to be signed by its own private key; the accounting node is a node which is only used as a synchronous account book in the auction chain; the operation node is a node of an auction chain system operator, and the operation node can determine payment conditions; the supervision node is a service supervisor node of the auction chain, the function of the supervision node is reserved for the supervision node of a relevant supervision organization, and the supervision node can obtain various information related in the transaction but does not participate in the transaction process; the notarization node is a service notarization party node of the auction chain, and each auction needs to be signed by a private key of the node; the auction nodes are nodes qualified for auction in the auction chain, and each auction needs to be signed by a private key of the auction node. The signatures of the proposal node, the auction node and the notarization node need to be checked every auction to determine the validity of the auction transaction, if the accounting right node (corresponding to the accounting right endpoint) pays the money corresponding to the price data to the operation node, the operation node signature is needed to confirm the payment condition before final block dropping; if the accounting right node pays the money corresponding to the price data to the proposal node, the signature of the proposal node is needed to confirm the payment condition before the final block falling.
In an online auction transaction scenario based on the blockchain technology, when a certain commodity is auctioned, for example, a limited version of an aerospace model is auctioned, an auction participation trade scheme is generated by a proposal node and is broadcast to each node in the blockchain network; after receiving the auction trading scheme, each auction node bids in effective auction time to generate price data for the auction trading scheme, and the price data are broadcast to each node in the block chain network; executing a preset consensus algorithm, determining an auction node with the highest price according to price data, determining the auction node with the highest price as a billing right node, paying money corresponding to the price data of the billing right node to an operation node or a proposal node by the billing right node, and obtaining a bid after payment is completed by the billing right node. If the auction node with the highest bid price comprises a plurality of auction nodes, comparing the bid time of the auction nodes with the same highest price, obtaining the block accounting right of the auction transaction at the earliest bid time by the auction node with the highest bid price, and if no auction node bids, invalidating the transaction and not writing the block account book.
In the traditional on-line auction system, a reliable mechanism is lacked to realize data tamper resistance, a block chain network is introduced into the on-line auction system to make up for the lacked, the on-line auction system based on the block chain network can be realized, the block chain network used for auction scenes can determine the accounting right node through a preset consensus algorithm, the consensus efficiency can be improved through the consensus algorithm, and the resource consumption and the attacked risk in the consensus process are reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device includes a processor 130 and a memory 131, the memory 131 stores machine executable instructions that can be executed by the processor 130, and the processor 130 executes the machine executable instructions to implement the method for determining the accounting right or operate the on-line auction system.
Further, the electronic device shown in fig. 6 further includes a bus 132 and a communication interface 133, and the processor 130, the communication interface 133, and the memory 131 are connected through the bus 132.
The Memory 131 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 133 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, and the like can be used. The bus 132 may be an ISA bus, PCI bus, EISA bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 6, but that does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The processor 130 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 130. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 131, and the processor 130 reads the information in the memory 131 and completes the steps of the method of the foregoing embodiment in combination with the hardware thereof.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a machine-readable storage medium, where the machine-readable storage medium stores machine-executable instructions, and when the machine-executable instructions are called and executed by a processor, the machine-executable instructions cause the processor to implement the method for determining the billing right or operate the online auction system.
The method and apparatus for determining the billing right and the computer program product of the online auction system provided by the embodiments of the present invention include a computer-readable storage medium storing program codes, where instructions included in the program codes may be used to execute the methods described in the foregoing method embodiments, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiments, and will not be described herein again.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. A method for determining the accounting right is characterized in that the method is applied to an endpoint device in a block chain network; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring price data aiming at the participated trade scheme; wherein the participating trading scheme is generated by a scheme initiating endpoint in the blockchain network; the price data is generated by a participated endpoint in the block chain network;
executing a preset consensus algorithm to determine a billing right endpoint from the participating endpoints based on the price data; the accounting rights endpoint is to: generating a trade block based on the participation trade scheme and the price data; and carrying out accounting processing on the trade blocks through the block chain network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a billing authority endpoint from the participating endpoints based on the price data comprises: determining a photographing endpoint with the highest price according to the price data; and determining the participating endpoint with the highest bid as a billing right endpoint.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the number of the participating endpoints with the highest bidding price is more than one, determining the participating endpoint with the earliest bidding time from the participating endpoints with the highest bidding price;
and determining the participating terminal point with the earliest bidding time as a final accounting right terminal point.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the blockchain network comprises a federation chain network; each endpoint in the alliance chain network has real name information corresponding to the endpoint.
5. An apparatus for determining an accounting right, wherein the apparatus is disposed at an endpoint device in a blockchain network; the device comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring price data aiming at the participated trade scheme; wherein the participating trading scheme is generated by a scheme initiating endpoint in the blockchain network; the price data is generated by a participated endpoint in the block chain network;
the execution module is used for executing a preset consensus algorithm so as to determine a billing right endpoint from the participating endpoints based on the price data; the accounting rights endpoint is to: generating a trade block based on the participation trade scheme and the price data; and carrying out accounting processing on the trade blocks through the block chain network.
6. An on-line auction system, characterized in that the system comprises a scenario initiating end point and a participating end point; the scheme initiating end point and the photographing end point belong to the same block chain network;
the scheme initiating end point is used for generating an auction participation trading scheme and broadcasting the auction participation trading scheme to each end point in the block chain network;
the participating terminal is used for generating price data of the participating trading scheme after receiving the participating trading scheme and broadcasting the price data to each terminal in the block chain network; executing a preset consensus algorithm to determine a billing right endpoint from the participating endpoints based on price data in the blockchain network; the accounting rights endpoint is to: generating a trade block based on the participation trade scheme and the price data; and carrying out accounting processing on the trade blocks through the block chain network.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the billing authority endpoint is further configured to:
paying a payment corresponding to the price data of the accounting right endpoint to a designated endpoint in the blockchain network, generating payment information, and broadcasting the payment information to each endpoint in the blockchain network; wherein the designated endpoint comprises the scheme initiation endpoint or an auction operation endpoint in the blockchain network.
8. The system of claim 6, further comprising a notarization endpoint; the notarization endpoint belongs to the block chain network; the notarization endpoint is configured to:
before carrying out accounting processing on the trade block, carrying out signature processing on the trade block based on a private key of the notarization endpoint to obtain a signature result; the signature result is used for indicating that the transaction process of the participation trade scheme is notarized.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing machine executable instructions executable by the processor, the processor executing the machine executable instructions to implement the method of determining billing rights of any of claims 1-4 or to run the on-line auction system of any of claims 6-8.
10. A machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon machine-executable instructions which, when invoked and executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out a method of determining billing rights according to any of claims 1 to 4 or to run an online auction system according to any of claims 6 to 8.
