Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of blockchain, in particular to a blockchain-based seal use management method, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
Blockchain technology is a de-centralized ledger, and no mechanism or individual can implement control over global data. Consensus algorithms in blockchain technology also ensure that data registered onto the blockchain is non-tamper-evident. The data on the blockchain is public and transparent and can be traced back to any historical transaction. At present, many enterprises have the defects of lack of standardization and confusion in use, and the service condition of the seals is difficult to trace, so that risks and adverse effects are brought to the enterprises. The occurrence of the turnip chapters can cause huge economic loss for companies.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the difficult problem of seal management and strengthening the supervision of seal use, the invention provides a seal use management method, electronic equipment and storage medium based on a blockchain, which are used for solving the mess of seal management and use existing in most enterprises at present, enabling the seal management and use to be normalized, and realizing the post-examination and responsibility following of seal use.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a blockchain-based stamp use management method, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) The stamp user first needs to apply a key pair to the stamp management system. The seal management system carries out face recognition on the user, compares the face information of the user with the photos in the staff information table through collecting the face information of the user, and automatically generates a key pair file after face verification is completed. The seal user downloads the key pair file and stores the key pair file in a certain physical medium.
(2) The seal user registers an account number in the seal management system by using a key pair, the seal user inputs detailed identity information into the seal management system, the system compares the input identity information of the seal user with staff information in the system, and the corresponding seal use authority is matched according to staff grades of the seal user. After registration is completed, the system encrypts the detailed identity information of the seal user through a public key and registers the encrypted detailed identity information to the blockchain platform.
(3) The seal user uses the registration account to log in the seal management system, the system inquires the identity encryption data of the registrant in the blockchain according to the account, and decrypts the encryption data through the private key of the registrant, and if the decryption is successful, the authentication is passed. And the system automatically registers the login information, such as login time, login time and the like of the user to the blockchain platform.
(4) The seal user applies for seal use, firstly, the authenticity of the contract is verified through the contract number, then the validity of the contract is verified, after the verification is completed, the seal user registers information such as seal use starting time, return time, seal use, key elements in the contract and the like to the blockchain platform, and after the registration is successful, the blockchain platform can generate a transaction hash value of a blockchain registration result under the user of the user.
(5) The seal manager inquires the detailed information of seal use through the transaction hash value of the registration result. After the verification is passed, the stamp user can acquire and use the stamp, and the stamp state of the using period of the user application is modified into the in-use state. When the stamp user finishes the use of the stamp and returns the stamp to the stamp manager, the stamp manager modifies the state of the stamp in the time period to be returned on time. If the stamp is not returned after the use time is exceeded, the system automatically reminds the administrator that the stamp is used after the borrowing time is exceeded, and marks the corresponding contract number as abnormal (namely, invalid). The manager can cancel the abnormality and restore the validity of the contract according to the specific actual situation.
(6) The seal auditor is responsible for auditing the seal use standard, and checks the seal use condition, the abnormal condition and whether the illegal use condition exists or not through the seal management system. If the illegal use stamp condition is found, the stamp supervisor has the right to freeze the use of the account number, marks the corresponding unfinished contract number as abnormal, and carries out audit validity and authenticity on the finished contract.
(7) The contract partner can inquire the use condition of the seal through the contract number at the external open interface of the seal management system, inquire the authenticity of the seal and the validity of the contract, and prevent the occurrence of the radish seal and the yin-yang contract.
In the step (1), the key pair is a public key and a private key which meet the asymmetric encryption technology, the private key is held by a user for decrypting the public key to encrypt data, and the public key can be published to other people for encrypting data.
Further, in the step (1), the key pair file needs to be stored by the user, and the user cannot retrieve the key pair file after losing the key, so that the key pair file can be stored on a private physical medium.
In the step (2), the seal user registers the identity detailed information into the system, encrypts the identity detailed information by using the public key and sends the encrypted identity detailed information to the blockchain platform, and the blockchain platform returns an identity information registration result after the identity information is registered.
Further, in the step (3), since the blockchain data adopts an asymmetric encryption algorithm, the user detailed information can be obtained only by holding the correct private key. The registrant needs to pass the password verification of the account number and also needs to obtain the identity information registered on the blockchain through the private key so as to pass the login verification.
Further, in the step (4), each contract of the enterprise is recorded on a contract management page of the system, and the contract without recording belongs to a false contract. When a stamp user applies for the use of the stamp, the user needs to first inquire whether the contract is recorded. If there is no recorded contract, the application is invalid.
Further, in the step (6), the seal auditor is mainly responsible for auditing the seal service conditions, has larger authority in the system, can inquire all seal service records of a certain seal user, and can also inquire the seal service conditions in a certain time period. When a user is found to be abnormal, the account can be frozen, the frozen account cannot log into the seal management system, and a contract which is possibly abnormal is marked for further auditing.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device comprising: a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; the processor executes the executable instructions to realize the seal use management method based on the block chain.
According to a third aspect of the present invention there is provided a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions which when executed by a processor perform the steps of the above blockchain-based seal use management method.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the method of the invention ensures that the use of the seal is more transparent and traceable. The management of the seal is convenient, the use of the seal is standardized, the authenticity of the seal is ensured, and the rights and interests of both parties of signing the contract are ensured.

(1) The stamp user first needs to apply a key pair to the stamp management system. The seal management system performs face recognition on a user by abutting against the face recognition system, compares the face information of the user with the photos in the staff information table, and automatically generates a key pair file after face verification is completed. The seal user downloads the key pair file and stores the key pair file in a certain physical medium.
In one embodiment, the key pair is a public-private key that satisfies the asymmetric encryption technique, the private key is held by the user for decrypting the public key encrypted data, and the public key can be published to others for data encryption. The key pair file needs to be stored by the user himself and cannot be retrieved after the key is lost, so the key pair file can be stored on a private physical medium, such as a private u-disc.
(2) The seal user registers an account number in the seal management system by using a key pair, the seal user inputs detailed identity information into the seal management system, the system compares the input identity information of the seal user with staff information in the system, and the corresponding seal use authority is matched according to staff grades of the seal user. After registration is completed, the system encrypts detailed identity information of the seal user through a public key and registers the detailed identity information to the blockchain platform, and after the blockchain platform registers the identity information, an identity information registration result is returned, for example, a status code 000000 is returned to indicate that the identity registration is successful.
In one embodiment, because the blockchain data employs an asymmetric encryption algorithm, only the correct private key is held to obtain the user's detailed information. The registrant needs to pass the password verification of the account number and also needs to obtain the identity information registered on the blockchain through the private key so as to pass the login verification.
(4) The stamp user applies for the use of the stamp, and firstly, the authenticity of the contract number is verified in the contract recording system through the contract number. And then verifying the validity of the contract, after the contract is verified, registering information such as the starting time, the returning time, the seal use, key elements in the contract and the like of the seal to the blockchain platform by a seal user, and generating a transaction hash value of a blockchain registration result under the user after the blockchain platform is successfully registered.
In one embodiment, each contract of the enterprise is documented on a contract management page of the system, and the contract without the documented contract belongs to a false contract. When a stamp user applies for the use of the stamp, the user needs to first inquire whether the contract is recorded. If there is no recorded contract, the application is invalid.
(6) The seal auditor is responsible for auditing the seal use standard, has larger authority in the system, checks the seal use condition through the seal management system, checks abnormal conditions, and checks whether the use condition is illegal or not. If the illegal use seal condition is found, the seal supervisor is authorized to freeze the use of the account, the frozen account cannot log into the seal management system any more, the corresponding incomplete contract number is marked as abnormal, and the completed contract is checked for validity and authenticity, and further checking is performed.
(7) The contract partner can inquire the use condition of the seal through the contract number at the external open interface of the seal management system, inquire the authenticity of the seal and the validity of the contract, and prevent the occurrence of the radish seal and the yin-yang contract.
In one embodiment, an electronic device is provided that includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps in the blockchain-based stamp use management method in the embodiments described above.
