Abstract
The invention provides a unified payment gateway system based on intelligent payment routing, which solves the problems of very complicated routing rule maintenance and poor effect in anticipation by providing various routing modes, manual routing, rule routing and automatic routing; routing to an optimal channel for payment according to a preset rule, carrying out classification processing according to error categories after payment fails, automatically carrying out rerouting operation on part of orders, and automatically switching available channels to continue payment; when all available channels fail, the order is marked as failed, and the rerouting process can improve the payment success rate. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The uniform payment gateway system based on the intelligent payment routing can be applied to application environments of various network payments, the business system and the internal business system mentioned in the application are the same concept, namely the application environment, business personnel use the system provided by the application when a merchant pays a certain business, and a payment request is initiated by the internal business system.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, there is provided a unified payment gateway system 100 based on intelligent payment routing, the apparatus comprising a merchant module 110, a channel module 120, an interface module 130, a routing module 140 and an accounting module 150, wherein:
the merchant module 110 is divided into an external merchant module 111 and an internal merchant module 112, the external merchant module 111 includes an external account, a balance and external security information, and the internal merchant module 112 includes an internal account and internal security information; the external account is specifically an account of the external payment channel; the internal account is specifically an account used by the internal business system for accessing the system.
The channel module 120 includes a plurality of payment channels and channel information of each payment channel. The channel information at least includes subscription information, authentication information, channel grade and rate information.
An interface module 130, which includes an external payment interface 131 for external channels and an internal payment interface 132 for providing a unified internal service system, and when there are multiple payment products that can be supported, the payment gateway can be used to allow the service party to interface without considering the problem of multiple product selection;

Routing module 140 includes manual route 141, regular route 142, and automatic route 143; the manual route 141 specifies a mapping relationship between payment channels, products, or special customers for operators; the rule routing 142 is specifically a relatively simple automatic routing design, and is to set various routing rules in the background according to the service needs; the automatic routing 143 is embodied by scoring each channel and selecting the priority use with the highest score.
The accounting module 150 is configured to record transaction running water, pull a statement of the three-party payment channel, perform a statement checking operation on the transaction running water, and generate a gateway statement for a business system to use.

The channels are divided into various types, such as quick payment, collection, payment, agreement payment and the like; the channel contains information of card type support, contract signing requirement, secondary verification requirement, charge rate (single stroke and ladder), channel grade (interface stability, TPS, rate of dropping orders), marketing correlation (discount, discount and activity time) and the like.
The interface module 130: the system comprises an external payment interface 131 for an external channel and an internal payment interface 132 for providing a uniform internal service system, and when a plurality of payment products can provide support, the payment gateway can be used for the service party to be connected without considering the problem of multi-product selection; and the integration of all payment services is preposed, and interfaces provided by different payment channels are presented to a business party in a uniform mode. The interface module 130 further includes an asynchronous notification module 133, which performs asynchronous processing on the payment order, and uses a message queue based on distributed cache (REDIS) to improve the throughput of the gateway system and facilitate service expansion; the method reduces the active query operation of the service system by using an asynchronous notification mode, delays the retry of notification for the notification failure, further improves the performance of the payment gateway, reduces the payment waiting time and improves the payment experience of users.
The routing module 140: routing rules are the core of payment routing, including manual routing 141, regular routing 142, and automatic routing 143. Wherein: a) artificial route 141: the operator specifies the mapping relation among payment channels, products or special customers, and has the advantages of high performance, controllable routing result, easy problem troubleshooting when the problem is generated, and suitability for a small number of special customers. b) Rule routing 142: relatively simple automatic routing design sets up various routing rules in the background, e.g., according to business needs. In case of an increased routing factor, the maintenance of routing rules is very cumbersome. c) Automatic routing 143: the highest-score priority usage is achieved by scoring each channel. The system scores the relevant points of rate (proportion 40%), channel grade (proportion 40%) and marketing (proportion 20%), updates the scoring information of the relevant channels after counting the relevant data when each order is finished, and automatically and continuously adjusts the system in the running process.
The accounting module 150: every transaction is recorded as a running stream, and statistics and analysis also need to update relevant data according to the transaction running stream. a) After daily transaction is finished, the reconciliation sheet of the three-party payment channel is pulled to carry out reconciliation operation on the system flow, and a gateway reconciliation bill is generated to provide service system reconciliation for use. b) Abnormal data found in the reconciliation process is preprocessed, and after inconsistency caused by time reasons is eliminated, relevant personnel are notified by mails to process abnormal orders.
The above-described embodiments provide a complete payment gateway solution by providing a complete payment function interfacing to a payment-to-reconciliation. Meanwhile, a large number of asynchronization modes are adopted to improve the gateway performance and the system stability, support distributed services and have corresponding service protection capability, and the problem of performance bottleneck of the payment gateway is solved. Furthermore, various routing modes, such as manual routing, regular routing and automatic routing, are provided, and the problems that the routing rule maintenance is very complicated and the effect is not as expected are solved. The three-party payment channel is externally packaged, a uniform payment interface is internally provided, the payment complexity of a service system is reduced, and the payment experience is improved; the problem of payment access is complicated and difficult to manage is solved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and optionally they may be implemented in program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored on a computer storage medium (ROM/RAM, magnetic disks, optical disks) and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module.
