The embodiment of the invention discloses a system performance monitoring method and a system performance monitoring platform, which are used for completing overall performance monitoring and analysis of an information system or an information platform so as to perform early warning in abnormal conditions and improve operation and maintenance effects.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a system performance monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the system performance monitoring method may include:
101. and starting a target performance acquisition thread to acquire real-time performance indexes of the monitored module, wherein the real-time performance indexes comprise basic performance indexes and/or process performance indexes of the system.
The basic performance indexes of the system can include CPU utilization rate, hard disk occupancy rate, flow and the like; process performance indicators may include CPU usage, disk I/O rates, etc. for a process. It can be understood that the CPU utilization of the process may reflect the running condition of the process to a great extent, and therefore, the CPU utilization of the process may be used as a performance index for monitoring the running condition of the process.
The performance acquisition thread refers to a thread started for acquiring a performance index, and any performance acquisition thread for acquiring a performance index mentioned in the present invention may be used as a target performance acquisition thread, for example, a first performance acquisition thread and a second performance acquisition thread mentioned later, and further description about the first performance acquisition thread and the second performance acquisition thread will be described in detail in embodiments later.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitored module can be a certain module of a certain information system, the certain module of the certain information system can contain a plurality of devices, and the certain information system is divided in a modularization mode, so that the invention provides centralized modularization management for the certain information system and improves the operation and maintenance effect. For example, a certain information system may be a power information system, a nuclear power information system, or a grid information system, etc. For example, if a certain information system is a power information system, a certain module is a plurality of devices in the power information system, the power information system is modularly divided to realize the modularized management of the power information system, and the invention is utilized to realize the performance overall monitoring and analysis of the power information system so as to improve the operation and maintenance effect.
Optionally, after the target performance acquisition thread is started, the real-time performance index may be acquired at a certain interval, for example, at an interval of one minute. And directly adding the acquired real-time performance indexes into a sending queue.
As an optional implementation manner, after the real-time performance index of the performance collection thread collection system is started, the following steps may be further performed:
formatting the acquired real-time performance index according to a preset storage format to obtain a performance index to be stored and storing the performance index to be stored, wherein the preset storage format is as follows: performance index name + network protocol IP address + performance index value + device name + tag.
Wherein, the preset storage format is as follows: performance index name + IP address + performance index value + device name + tag, where the performance index name is the name of the performance index, e.g., the performance index name is CPU utilization; the device name is the name of the device related to the monitored module; the performance index value is a specific parameter of the performance index, for example, 60%, that is, the utilization rate of the CPU is 60%; the tag is typically used to indicate that it is used differently when one performance indicator has multiple different copies of data, e.g., the value of the tag is not empty when there are multiple hard disk regions in the hard disk occupancy, and the tag is empty in other cases.
Through the embodiment, the performance index storage with a unified format can be realized, and the management is convenient.
As an optional implementation manner, after the real-time performance index of the performance collection thread collection system is started, the following steps may be further performed:
and displaying the real-time performance index and the corresponding module on the user use page in a related manner.
The collected real-time performance indexes can be displayed in a sub-module mode on a user use page, so that the user can check the performance indexes according to the module, and checking, monitoring and analyzing are facilitated.
Further optionally, the real-time performance index may be displayed in a graphical display manner according to the module, and a viewing manner of the single-machine service performance or the overall service performance generated by superimposing all data is provided for the user to view.
In another optional implementation, after the performance acquisition thread is started to acquire the real-time performance index of the system, the following steps may be further performed:
and displaying the performance index to be stored in a related manner on the user use page.
It can be understood that the performance index to be stored is more visual, the performance index to be stored is directly displayed to a user, and the user can conveniently and visually know the running condition of the monitored module.
102. And comparing the difference value of the real-time performance index and the reference performance index in the same period.
In the embodiment of the invention, a reference performance index for reference is obtained by learning the system performance index in each period in advance, and whether abnormality exists is detected by comparison.
103. And when the difference value exceeds a preset threshold value, carrying out abnormity early warning.
Whether an abnormality (system abnormality or process abnormality or the like) occurs can be monitored by comparing the difference value between the real-time performance index and the reference performance index in the same period and judging whether the difference value exceeds a preset threshold value. For example, the preset threshold may be set to 10% for the CPU utilization of the process, and then when the CPU utilization of the process is 80%, and the reference performance index of the same period is 65%, the difference value is 15%, which exceeds the preset threshold by 10%, which indicates that the running state of the process fluctuates greatly, and the process is very large and may be abnormal, and when the difference value does not exceed 10%, the process may not be abnormal. Of course, the preset threshold may also be set to other values, and the preset threshold is specifically set according to the actual situation to improve the accuracy of determining whether the process is abnormal.
Optionally, the abnormality warning may be a field alarm, and/or notify a manager or user, etc.
Further optionally, an alarm masking rule may be set for the abnormal warning, for example, the alarm masking rule may be: only performing field alarm within the specified time after the abnormity is determined, and not notifying management personnel or users, so as to avoid harassment to the management personnel or users during maintenance; if the abnormity still exists after the specified time is exceeded, the management personnel or the user is informed, for example, the abnormity early warning information is sent to the communication equipment of the management personnel or the user, such as a mobile phone, and the like, so that the abnormity can be timely solved, and the operation and maintenance efficiency and effect are improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the real-time performance index of the monitored module is acquired through a target performance acquisition thread, wherein the implementation performance index comprises a basic performance index and/or a process performance index of a system, then the difference value of the acquired real-time performance index and the reference performance index in the same period is compared, and when the difference value exceeds a preset threshold value, abnormal early warning is carried out; therefore, the embodiment of the invention can automatically monitor the system performance through the performance acquisition thread, complete the overall performance monitoring and analysis of the system, and perform early warning in abnormal conditions, thereby improving the operation and maintenance effect.

201. and starting a first performance acquisition thread as a target acquisition thread, and acquiring basic performance indexes of the system under the monitored module, wherein the basic performance indexes of the system at least comprise the CPU utilization rate, the hard disk occupancy rate and the flow of the system.
The first performance acquisition thread may be started to exclusively acquire basic performance indexes of the system, including CPU utilization, hard disk occupancy, and traffic of the system.
Optionally, after the first performance collection thread is started, the basic performance index of the system may be collected at a certain interval, for example, at an interval of one minute. And directly adding the acquired basic performance indexes into a sending queue. The first performance acquisition thread is kept in an open state when software or hardware entities of the system run (agent), namely, the first performance acquisition thread is always in a working state and cannot be stopped.
As an optional implementation manner, after the first performance acquisition thread is started as a target acquisition thread and the basic performance index of the system under the monitored module is acquired, the following steps may be further performed:
and formatting the acquired basic performance index of the system according to the preset storage format, and storing the basic performance index of the system after formatting as a performance index to be stored.
Through the embodiment, the performance index storage with a unified format can be realized, and the management is convenient.
202. And starting a second performance acquisition thread as a target acquisition thread aiming at the started process of the monitored module, and acquiring the process performance index of the process.
The process performance indicators include the CPU usage rate, disk I/O rate, etc. of the process.
The first performance acquisition thread and the second performance acquisition thread may perform acquisition simultaneously.
In combination with step 201 and step 202, the target performance acquisition thread may be the first performance acquisition thread, or the first performance acquisition thread and the second performance acquisition thread. It can be understood that the basic performance index of the system needs to be acquired under any condition, so that the target performance acquisition thread may be only the first performance acquisition thread; after the process is started, a second performance acquisition thread needs to be started, so that the target performance acquisition thread comprises a first performance acquisition thread and a second performance acquisition thread.
Optionally, after the second performance collection thread is started, the process performance index of the process may be collected at a certain interval, for example, at an interval of one minute. And directly adding the acquired process performance indexes into a sending queue. When the process is in an open state, the second performance acquisition thread keeps the open state; when the process stops, the acquisition is stopped.
As an optional implementation manner, after the second performance collection thread is started as a target collection thread for the started process of the monitored module and the process performance index of the process is collected, the following steps may be further performed:
and formatting the acquired process performance index according to the preset storage format, and storing the formatted process performance index as a performance index to be stored.
Through the embodiment, the performance index storage with a unified format can be realized, and the management is convenient.
203. And acquiring the real-time performance index of the monitored module according to the basic performance index and/or the process performance index.
After the real-time performance index is obtained, the real-time performance index and the corresponding module can be displayed in a related mode on a user use page. The collected real-time performance indexes can be displayed in a user use page in a sub-module mode, so that the user can check the performance indexes according to the module, and checking, monitoring and analyzing are facilitated.
Further optionally, the real-time performance index may be displayed in a graphical display manner according to the module, and a viewing manner of the single-machine service performance or the overall service performance generated by superimposing all data is provided for the user to view.
204. And comparing the difference value of the real-time performance index and the reference performance index in the same period.
As an optional implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention may further perform the following steps:
acquiring performance index samples of a monitored module in appointed monitoring time, wherein the performance index samples are acquired by a target performance acquisition thread and comprise basic performance index samples and/or process performance index samples of a system;
training the performance index sample by utilizing a VAE algorithm to obtain a plurality of periods and storing each period in association with a corresponding reference performance index.
The historical performance index of the monitored module within the appointed monitoring time can be obtained as a performance index sample, for example, the historical performance index of a continuous year is obtained as the performance index sample; then, training the performance index samples by utilizing a VAE algorithm, and extracting time trends, namely extracting periods corresponding to different running states, so as to obtain a plurality of periods corresponding to different running states, wherein one running state corresponds to one period; and storing each cycle in association with a corresponding reference performance indicator for use in subsequent analysis, such as anomaly analysis.
205. And when the difference value exceeds a preset threshold value, carrying out abnormity early warning.
Accordingly, when the difference value does not exceed the preset threshold value, no processing is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, a first performance acquisition thread acquires basic performance indexes of a system of a monitored module, a second performance acquisition thread acquires process performance indexes, real-time performance indexes are obtained by combining the basic performance indexes and the process performance indexes of the system, then the difference value of the acquired real-time performance indexes and the reference performance indexes in the same period is compared, and when the difference value exceeds a preset threshold value, abnormity early warning is carried out; therefore, the embodiment of the invention can automatically monitor the system performance through the performance acquisition thread, complete the overall performance monitoring and analysis of the system, and perform early warning in abnormal conditions, thereby improving the operation and maintenance effect.
