Description

Document screen projection method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of screen projection, in particular to a document screen projection method and a document screen projection system.
Background
In a conference scene, document screen projection is a screen projection function to be used frequently. At present, most of documents are projected to a display end in a mirror image mode for displaying, when displayed contents need to be switched, the displayed contents can be switched only through the operation of a user at the projection end, and the contents displayed at the display end are switched synchronously along with the operation of the projection end.
In such a manner, the screen-projected document is displayed through the display end, and the switching of the document contents needs to be performed at the screen-projected end, so that the switching and the explanation of the document contents often need to be performed between the screen-projected end and the display end in the process of explaining and demonstrating the document contents at the display end by a user, or the document contents are specially switched by other users, thereby causing poor experience of the document screen projection. And when the document content is large, the document transmission time is long, and the document content can be synchronized to the display end only by long waiting time when the screen projection is started, so that the use experience of a user is further influenced.
Therefore, how to provide an effective solution to ensure a good user experience when projecting a screen to a document has become an urgent problem in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the screen projection using experience is poor when a document is projected, the invention aims to provide a document screen projection method and a document screen projection system to ensure that a user has good using experience in the process of projecting the document.

when screen projection connection is established with a display end, the screen projection end converts a first page displayed currently in a screen projection document and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures to obtain a picture sequence, and the pictures in the picture sequence are numbered in sequence according to the page sequence;
the screen projection end sends the picture sequence and the sequence number corresponding to each picture in the picture sequence to the display end;
the display end displays a picture corresponding to the first page;
the display end responds to the display switching operation of a user to switch the displayed pictures;
if a target serial number which is not matched with the serial number received by the display terminal exists in the adjacent serial numbers of the serial numbers corresponding to the currently displayed pictures, the display terminal initiates a request to the screen projection terminal, wherein the request carries the target serial number;
the screen projection end converts a third page with the arrangement sequence number matched with the target sequence number in the screen projection document into a picture according to the target sequence number to obtain a target picture;
and the screen projection end numbers the target pictures and sends the target pictures and the serial numbers corresponding to the target pictures to the display end.
Through the design, the currently displayed page and the adjacent pages of the document are converted into the pictures and are numbered in sequence, the converted pictures and the corresponding sequence numbers of the converted pictures are sent to the display end so that the display end can display the pictures, and when the display end responds to the display switching operation of a user to switch the displayed pictures, if the adjacent sequence numbers of the sequence numbers corresponding to the currently displayed pictures have the target sequence numbers which are not matched with the received sequence numbers, the display end initiates a request carrying the target sequence numbers to the screen projection end so that the screen projection end converts the corresponding pages of the document into the pictures according to the target sequence numbers and sends the pictures to the display end. Therefore, when the document is projected to the display end, the content projected by the display end can be directly switched, and the screen projection experience of a user is improved. Meanwhile, when the document content of the screen-projected document is large, long-time waiting is not needed when the screen projection is started, and the use experience of a user is further improved. In one possible design, after the display terminal switches the displayed picture in response to a display switching operation of a user, the method further includes:
the display terminal sends the serial number corresponding to the current display picture to the screen projection terminal;
and the screen projection end displays a page with the same sequence number as the sequence number corresponding to the current display picture in the screen projection document according to the sequence number corresponding to the current display picture.
Based on the above disclosure, when the content of the screen projection is switched on the display side, the content can be synchronously displayed on the screen projection side.
In one possible design, the method further includes:
the display end responds to the marking operation of the user to mark on the current display picture;
and the display end generates a labeled version file according to all the labeled pictures.
Based on the above disclosure, the displayed picture can be labeled on the display end and a labeled version file can be generated according to the labeled picture for subsequent use.
In a possible design, the generating, by the display end, a labeled version file according to all labeled pictures includes:
after receiving a screen projection ending instruction, the display end generates a labeled version file according to all labeled pictures; or
After receiving a screen projection ending instruction, the display end generates a control for indicating whether to generate an annotation file on a display interface;
and after receiving the confirmation operation of the user for the control, the display end generates a labeled version file according to all the labeled pictures.
In one possible design, the screen-projecting end numbers the target picture, including:
the screen projection end numbers the target pictures according to the sequence of the third page in the screen projection document; or
And the screen projection end takes the target serial number as a serial number corresponding to the target picture.
In one possible design, the numbering the pictures in the picture sequence according to a page order includes:
when the first page is the first page in the screen projection document, the screen projection end numbers the pictures in the picture sequence in sequence by taking the picture corresponding to the first page as an initial sequence number;
when the first page is not the first page in the screen projection document, the screen projection end numbers the picture corresponding to the first page and the picture corresponding to the second page according to the sequence of the first page in the screen projection document and the sequence of the second page in the screen projection document.
In one possible design, the number of adjacent serial numbers is plural.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a document screen projection system, which comprises a screen projection end and a display end, wherein the screen projection end is used for converting a first page currently displayed by a screen projection document and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures when screen projection connection is established with the display end, obtaining a picture sequence, and numbering the pictures in the picture sequence according to the page sequence;

Examples
In order to ensure the use experience in the document screen projection process, the embodiment of the application provides a document screen projection method and a document screen projection system, the document screen projection method and the document screen projection system can switch the screen projection content on the display end when a document is projected to the display end, and when the document content of the document to be projected is large, the long waiting time at the start of screen projection is not needed, so that the screen projection use experience of a user is improved.
The document screen projection method provided by the embodiment of the application will be described in detail below.
The document screen projection method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a document screen projection system, and the document screen projection system comprises a screen projection end and a display end which is connected with the screen projection end in a screen projection mode.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a flowchart of a document screen projection method provided in an embodiment of the present application, the document screen projection method may include the following steps:
s101, when screen projection connection is established with a display end, the screen projection end converts a first page displayed currently in a screen projection document and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures to obtain a picture sequence, and the pictures in the picture sequence are numbered in sequence according to the page sequence.
In the embodiment of the application, before the document is projected on the screen, the screen projection end needs to be connected with the display end in a screen projection manner, and the screen projection document needing to be projected on the screen is opened at the screen projection end. At this time, the screen projection end can convert a first page currently displayed by the screen projection document and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures to obtain a picture sequence. Each page of the screen-projected document can be called a page, and the first page currently displayed in the screen-projected document refers to a page currently displayed at the screen-projected end in the screen-projected document.
The first page is adjacent to the second page, and the second page adjacent to the first page is also one or more. When the second page is one, the second page adjacent to the first page may be a page subsequent to the first page in the screen-projected document. When the second page is multiple, the second page adjacent to the first page may include at least one page adjacent to the front and at least one page adjacent to the back of the first page in the screen-projected document, and if the first page is the first page of the screen-projected document, since the first page does not have a previous page, the second page adjacent to the first page may be multiple pages adjacent to the back of the first page in the screen-projected document at this time.
Assuming that the number of the second pages adjacent to the first page is 10, if the first page is page 1 of the screen-projected document, the second page adjacent to the first page may be 10 pages adjacent to the rear of the first page, i.e., pages 2 to 11 of the screen-projected document. If the first page is not the first page of the projected document, the second page adjacent to the first page may be a total of 10 pages adjacent to the first page, and if the first page is the 10 th page of the projected document, the second page adjacent to the first page may be a total of 10 pages adjacent to the first page, such as the 5 th to 9 th pages and 11 th to 15 th pages of the projected document, or the 4 th to 9 th pages and 11 th to 14 th pages of the projected document, and so on.
The screen projection end converts a first page displayed currently in the screen projection document and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures, and after a picture sequence is obtained, the pictures in the picture sequence can be numbered in sequence according to the page sequence, and a sequence number corresponding to each picture in the picture sequence is obtained.
When the screen projection terminal numbers the pictures in the picture sequence in sequence, the following numbering modes can be adopted, but are not limited to.
The first method is as follows: when the first page is the first page in the screen projection document, the screen projection end numbers the pictures in the picture sequence in sequence by taking the picture corresponding to the first page as the starting sequence number.
The second method comprises the following steps: when the first page is not the first page in the screen projection document, the screen projection end numbers the picture corresponding to the first page and the picture corresponding to the second page according to the sequence of the first page in the screen projection document and the sequence of the second page in the screen projection document.
For example, if the first page is page 1 of the screen-shot document, the second page includes pages 2 to 5 of the screen-shot document, the image sequence obtained after the conversion includes 5 pictures, at this time, the 5 pictures can be numbered according to the sequence of the pages corresponding to the 5 pictures in the screen-shot document, and the sequence numbers corresponding to the 5 pictures are sequence numbers 1 to 5 in sequence.
And S102, the screen projection end sends the picture sequence and the sequence number corresponding to each picture in the picture sequence to the display end.
And S103, displaying the picture corresponding to the first page by the display end.
And after receiving the picture sequence sent by the screen projection end and the sequence number corresponding to each picture in the picture sequence, the display end stores the received picture sequence and the sequence number corresponding to each picture in the picture sequence. Meanwhile, the display end displays the picture corresponding to the first page. The content of the page currently displayed by the screen projection end can be synchronized to the display end to be displayed because the screen projection end currently displays the first page, the display end displays the picture converted from the first page, and the first page and the corresponding picture have the same content.
The screen projection end converts a first page displayed currently and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures and numbers, then sends the converted pictures and the serial numbers of the pictures to the display end, and displays the pictures corresponding to the first page on the display end. In the process, the whole screen projection document does not need to be sent to the display end, particularly the screen projection document with the overlarge file size, the problem of the waiting time process when the screen projection starts due to the fact that the document transmission time is too long in the screen projection process can be effectively solved, and therefore screen projection experience of a user is improved.
And S104, the display end responds to the display switching operation of the user to switch the displayed pictures.
The display end is provided with an input unit, and for example, the display end can be, but is not limited to, a smart television which can be controlled by a remote control panel, a liquid crystal display with a touch function, a display connected with a host computer, and the like.
When a user needs the display end to display other contents except the currently displayed contents, the display switching operation can be performed through the input unit, and at the moment, the display end responds to the display switching operation of the user to switch the displayed pictures. For example, the displayed picture can be switched to a picture previous to or next to the currently displayed picture by sliding the display end on the liquid crystal display screen with the touch function along a specified direction or scrolling the display end up and down through a mouse wheel.
The last picture of the currently displayed picture means that the corresponding serial number is the previous serial number of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture. The next picture of the currently displayed picture refers to the sequence number corresponding to the next sequence number of the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture. For example, if the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture is 5, the sequence number corresponding to the previous picture of the currently displayed picture is 4, and the sequence number corresponding to the next picture of the currently displayed picture is 6.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, after the display end switches the displayed pictures in response to the display switching operation of the user, the display end may further send the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture to the screen projecting end, and after receiving the sequence number sent by the display end, the screen projecting end displays, according to the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture, a page with a sequence number in the screen projecting document that is the same as the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture. For example, if the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture is 6, the screen-casting end may display a page with sequence number 6 in the screen-casting document, that is, the 6 th page in the screen-casting document. Therefore, when the screen-projected content is switched on the display end, the same content can be synchronously displayed on the screen-projected end, so that the content of the screen-projected end can be kept consistent with that of the display end.
Step S105, the display end judges whether a target sequence number which is not matched with the sequence number received by the display end exists in the adjacent sequence numbers of the sequence number corresponding to the current display picture, if so, step S106 is executed.
The number of the sequence numbers adjacent to the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture may be one or more. In the embodiment of the application, the number of the adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture is multiple, and the multiple adjacent serial numbers are at least one adjacent serial number before and at least one adjacent serial number after the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture. For example, if the number of the adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture is 10, the plurality of adjacent serial numbers may be the first 5 adjacent serial numbers and the last 5 adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture, may also be the first 4 adjacent serial numbers and the last 6 adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture, and may also be the first 3 adjacent serial numbers and the last 7 adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture.
Assume that the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture is 5, and the adjacent sequence numbers of the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture are 3, 4, 6, and 7. And the serial numbers received by the display end are 1 to 6, and a target serial number 7 which is not matched with the serial number received by the display end exists in the adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the current display picture.
And S106, the display end initiates a request to the screen projection end, wherein the request carries the target serial number.
If the target serial number which is not matched with the serial number received by the display terminal exists in the adjacent serial numbers of the serial number corresponding to the currently displayed picture, the display terminal initiates a request to the screen projection terminal to request the picture of the page corresponding to the target serial number, so that the picture can be directly displayed on the display terminal when the displayed picture is switched by the subsequent display terminal.
Still based on the example in step S105, when the display terminal initiates a request to the screen projection terminal, the target sequence number 7 may be carried in the request.
And S107, converting a third page with the arrangement sequence number matched with the target sequence number in the screen projection document into a picture by the screen projection end according to the target sequence number to obtain the target picture.
Still based on the example in step S106, if the request carries the target sequence number 7, the screen-projecting end may convert the third page with the arrangement sequence number of 7 in the screen-projecting document into a picture, so as to obtain the target picture. And converting the page 7 in the screen projection document into a picture to obtain a target picture.
It should be noted that, if the value of the target sequence number exceeds the total number of pages of the screen-shot document, the screen-shot terminal does not respond to the request initiated by the display terminal at this time. Still based on the above example, the request carries the target sequence number 7, and if the screen-casting document has only 6 pages in total, that is, there is no third page with the arrangement sequence number matching the target sequence number, at this time, the screen-casting end does not respond to the request initiated by the display end.
And S108, numbering the target pictures by the screen throwing end and sending the target pictures and the serial numbers corresponding to the target pictures to the display end.
In the embodiment of the application, the target pictures are numbered by the screen projection end according to the sequence of the third page in the screen projection document, and the target sequence number can also be used as the sequence number corresponding to the target pictures.
And after receiving the target picture and the serial number corresponding to the target picture, the screen projection end stores the target picture and the serial number corresponding to the target picture. Therefore, the pictures stored by the screen projection end at least comprise a plurality of pictures with the sequence numbers adjacent to the sequence numbers of the current pictures in the front and back directions, when the content of the current page in the screen projection document is projected to the display end in the form of the pictures, the pictures of the plurality of adjacent pages in the front and back directions of the current page are always stored by the display end, and can be directly displayed at the display end when the displayed pictures are switched at the subsequent display end, and the request is not required when the displayed content needs to be switched, so that the displayed content can be timely switched at the display end, the display delay is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Therefore, by the document screen projection method described in the foregoing steps S101 to S108, the currently displayed first page and the second page adjacent to the first page are converted into pictures and numbered by the screen projection terminal, then the converted pictures and the serial numbers of the pictures are sent to the display terminal, and the pictures corresponding to the first page are displayed on the display terminal. Meanwhile, if a target sequence number which is not matched with the received sequence number exists in adjacent sequence numbers of the sequence number corresponding to the currently displayed picture, the display end initiates a request carrying the target sequence number to the screen projecting end so that the screen projecting end converts the corresponding page in the document into the picture according to the target sequence number and sends the picture to the display end, so that the display end always stores the pictures of a plurality of adjacent pages in front of and behind the current page, the pictures can be directly displayed on the display end when the displayed pictures are switched on the subsequent display end, the request is not needed when the displayed contents need to be switched, the displayed contents can be timely switched on the display end, the display delay is not generated, and the use experience of a user is improved. In addition, when the screen-projecting content is switched on the display end, the switching operation of the content displayed on the display end can be realized without installing related software for opening the screen-projecting document on the display end, so that the document screen-projecting scheme provided by the application can be widely applied to various scenes.
On the basis of the technical solution of the first aspect, the present embodiment further specifically proposes a first possible design for generating a markup version file, which includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S201 to S202.
And S201, the display end responds to the marking operation of the user to mark the current display picture.
And S202, generating a labeled version file by the display end according to all the labeled pictures.
In the embodiment of the application, the display end can generate the labeled version file according to all labeled pictures after receiving the screen projection ending instruction. Or after receiving a screen-casting ending instruction and according to all labels, generating a control for indicating whether to generate the annotation file on an interface of the display end, and if the user performs a confirmation operation on the control, generating the annotation version file by the display end according to all labeled pictures.
By the first possible design, the labeled version file can be generated according to all labeled pictures as required for subsequent use, such as for summarizing after meeting or adjusting the content of the corresponding position of the screen-shot document according to the annotated version file.
In a second aspect, please refer to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a document screen projection system, which includes a screen projection terminal and a display terminal. The screen projection end is used for converting a first page displayed currently in a screen projection document and a second page adjacent to the first page into pictures when screen projection connection is established with the display end, obtaining a picture sequence, and numbering the pictures in the picture sequence according to the page sequence;
the screen projection end is also used for sending the picture sequence and the sequence number corresponding to each picture in the picture sequence to the display end;
the display end is used for displaying the picture corresponding to the first page;
the display end is also used for responding to the display switching operation of the user to switch the displayed pictures;
the display terminal is further used for initiating a request to the screen projection terminal if a target serial number which is not matched with the serial number received by the display terminal exists in the adjacent serial numbers of the serial numbers corresponding to the currently displayed pictures, wherein the request carries the target serial number;
the screen projection end is further used for converting a third page with the arrangement sequence number matched with the target sequence number in the screen projection document into a picture according to the target sequence number to obtain a target picture;
the screen projection end is further used for numbering the target pictures and sending the target pictures and the serial numbers corresponding to the target pictures to the display end.
In one possible design, the display terminal is further configured to send a serial number corresponding to a currently displayed picture to the screen projection terminal after the display terminal is configured to switch the displayed picture in response to a display switching operation of a user;
and the screen projection end is also used for displaying the page with the same sequence number as the sequence number corresponding to the current display picture in the screen projection document according to the sequence number corresponding to the current display picture.
In one possible design, the display end is further configured to perform labeling on a currently displayed image in response to a labeling operation of a user;
and the display end is also used for generating a labeled version file according to all the labeled pictures.

after receiving a screen projection ending instruction, generating a labeled version file according to all labeled pictures; or
After receiving a screen casting ending instruction, generating a control for indicating whether to generate an annotation file on a display interface;
and after receiving the confirmation operation of the user for the control, generating a labeled version file according to all the labeled pictures.
In one possible design, when the screen projection end is used for numbering the target picture, the screen projection end is specifically used for:
numbering the target pictures according to the sequence of the third page in the screen projection document; or
And taking the target sequence number as a sequence number corresponding to the target picture.
In one possible design, when the screen projection end is used for numbering the pictures in the picture sequence according to the page sequence, the screen projection end is specifically used for:
when the first page is the first page in the screen projection document, numbering the pictures in the picture sequence in sequence by taking the picture corresponding to the first page as an initial sequence number;
when the first page is not the first page in the screen projection document, numbering the pictures corresponding to the first page and the pictures corresponding to the second page according to the sequence of the first page in the screen projection document and the sequence of the second page in the screen projection document.
In one possible design, the number of the second pages is multiple, and the number of the adjacent sequence numbers is multiple.
