Referring to fig. 3, a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the stylus of fig. 2 is shown. The stylus may specifically include: a pen point 10 and a pen holder 20; the pen head 10 is arranged at a first end of the pen holder 20, an accommodating groove 201 is formed in the end face of a second end of the pen holder 20, the accommodating groove 201 is used for accommodating the pen 10 head, a first limiting structure 202 is arranged on the side wall of the accommodating groove 201, and the second end and the first end are distributed in a back-to-back mode; the pen point 10 is provided with a second limiting structure 101, and the second limiting structure 101 can be in limiting fit with the first limiting structure 202; the touch control pen has a closed loop state and an unfolding state; when the stylus is in the closed-loop state, the pen point 10 is at least partially positioned in the accommodating groove 201, the second limiting structure 101 is in limiting fit with the first limiting structure 202, and the pen point 10 and the pen holder 20 are enclosed to form an annular structure; in the unfolded state of the stylus, the pen tip 10 is located outside the accommodation groove 201.
In the embodiment of the application, the touch pen has a closed loop state and an unfolding state; under the condition that the touch control pen is in a closed-loop state, the pen point 10 is at least partially positioned in the accommodating groove 201, the second limiting structure 101 is in limiting fit with the first limiting structure 202, and the pen point 10 and the pen holder 20 are enclosed to form an annular structure; in the case that the stylus is in the unfolded state, the pen point 10 is located outside the accommodating groove 201, so in practical application, in the case that the stylus is in the unfolded state, the pen point 10 is located outside the accommodating groove 201, and a user can hold the pen holder 20 to perform writing and other operations by using the pen point 10; under the condition that the touch pen is in a closed loop state, as the pen point 10 and the pen holder 20 are enclosed to form an annular structure, a user can wear the touch pen on an arm as a bracelet to carry, so that the touch pen can be prevented from being stored on the electronic equipment to occupy the volume of the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment is lighter and thinner, the use of the electronic equipment is convenient for the user, and the electronic equipment is not easy to lose.
In the embodiment of the application, when the pen point 10 is located in the accommodating groove 201, the second limiting structure 101 is in limiting fit with the first limiting structure 202, so that the stability of the pen point 10 in the accommodating groove 201 can be effectively improved, the pen point 10 is prevented from falling off from the accommodating groove 201, and the carrying safety of the touch control pen is effectively improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the first limiting structure 202 may be a limiting hole, the second limiting structure 101 may be a limiting protrusion, and in the case that the stylus is in a closed loop state, the limiting protrusion is embedded in the limiting hole and is in limiting fit with the limiting hole, so that the structure of the pen point 10 in the accommodating groove 201 is more stable, the pen point 10 is prevented from falling off from the accommodating groove 201, and the annular structure formed by enclosing the pen point and the pen holder is more stable. It is understood that the first limiting structure 202 may also be a limiting protrusion, and the second limiting structure 101 is a limiting hole, which may be set by a person skilled in the art according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Of course, the first limiting structure 202 may also be a clamping groove, and the second limiting structure 101 may be a limiting protrusion matched with the clamping groove, which is specifically referred to above for implementation, and the embodiments of the present application will not be repeated.
Optionally, the number of the second limiting structures 101 is multiple, and the second limiting structures 101 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the pen point 10; the number of the first limiting structures 202 is the same as that of the second limiting structures 101, and the first limiting structures 202 are in one-to-one correspondence with the second limiting structures 101.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to further improve the stability of the pen tip 10 in the accommodating groove 201, the number of the second limiting structures 101 may be multiple, and the number of the first limiting structures 202 may be multiple, where each second limiting structure 101 is in limiting fit with one first limiting structure 202 when the pen tip 10 is in the accommodating groove 201. Or the number of the second limiting structures 101 may be smaller than that of the first limiting structures 202, so that the structural stability of the nib 10 in the accommodating groove 201 is not affected even if the nib 10 is not assembled in place or the assembly accuracy deviates during assembly. Of course, those skilled in the art may set the specific number and sizes of the second limiting structure 101 and the first limiting structure 202 according to practical situations, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In practical application, the connection strength of the second limiting structure 101 and the first limiting structure 202 can be improved through interference fit, and the method is simple, convenient and good in operability.
In the embodiment of the present application, the pen holder 20 may be made of a bendable material, for example, the pen holder 20 may be made of a material such as rubber, plastic, or a memory alloy (an alloy with bending properties) with good flexibility and ductility.
In practical applications, the pen holder 20 may also be formed by a plurality of intermediate members 21 connected by hinge. Specifically, the cartridge 20 may include: a plurality of intermediate members 21 and a plurality of rotating shafts 22; the plurality of intermediate pieces 21 are hinged in sequence through a rotating shaft 22; the plurality of intermediate pieces 21 include a first intermediate piece 211 located at a first end of the pen holder 20 and a second intermediate piece 212 located at a second end of the pen holder 20, the pen point 10 is disposed in the first intermediate piece 211, and an accommodating groove 201 is disposed on an end surface of the second intermediate piece 212.
In the embodiment of the application, since the pen holder 20 is formed by hinging a plurality of intermediate pieces 21, a user can adjust the number of the intermediate pieces 21 according to the requirement, thereby freely adjusting the length of the pen holder 20. Moreover, when the pen point 10 is arranged in the accommodating groove 201 and the stylus pen is enclosed to form an annular structure, the length of the pen holder 20 is adjustable, so that the caliber of the bracelet can be adjusted according to the wrist size of a user, the stylus pen is not easy to slip off from the wrist when the user wears the stylus pen, and the carrying safety performance and the carrying experience of the user of the stylus pen are further effectively improved.
Alternatively, the length dimensions of the plurality of intermediate pieces 21 may be the same or different. In practical application, the length dimensions of the plurality of middleware 21 are the same, so that the number of parts can be effectively reduced, the assembly difficulty of the plurality of middleware 21 is reduced, and the cost of the touch control pen is further reduced. When the lengths of the plurality of middleware 21 are different, the number of middleware 21 can be selected according to the requirement of a user, so that the length of the pen holder 20 of the touch pen can be adjusted, and the length of the pen holder 20 of the touch pen can be set more flexibly.
In the embodiment of the present application, the plurality of intermediate members 21 are hinged by the rotation shaft 22 in various structural forms. In some embodiments, end face holes may be formed on both end faces of the intermediate pieces 21, and the rotating shaft 22 is inserted into the end face holes of the adjacent two intermediate pieces 21; the shaft 22 is flexible and bendable. In practical application, through setting up pivot 22 to flexible can buckle to the pen-holder 20 that connects into through pivot 22 in a plurality of middleware 21 can be in the closed loop state, so, on the one hand can promote the intensity of pen-holder 20 when the stylus is used, promotes user's hand feeling of holding, on the other hand can reduce the quantity of flexible material, saves the cost of manufacture and the processing degree of difficulty of stylus.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the rotating shaft 22 penetrates the end face holes of the two adjacent intermediate members 21, the rotating shaft 22 may be an elastic connecting member, for example, a spring, and the bending of the rotating shaft 22 is realized by the expansion and the bending of the spring. Because the spring has wide application range and low cost, the spring used as the rotating shaft 22 also has the advantages of easy purchase of parts, simple structure and low cost. Or the shaft 22 may also be an elastic cord, thereby making the shaft 22 less costly. In practical application, the elastic connecting piece is used as the rotating shaft 22, so that the strength of the pen holder 20 of the touch pen in the use process can be improved on one hand, the holding hand feeling of a user is improved, and on the other hand, the touch pen can be automatically retracted from the annular state to the unfolding state by the aid of the retraction force of the elastic connecting piece, so that the touch pen is simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a middleware according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. Referring to fig. 5, a schematic cross-sectional view of the connection of adjacent middleware in an embodiment of the present application is shown.
In another embodiment of the present application, when the plurality of intermediate members 21 are connected by the rotating shaft 22, the specific structure may be as follows: each intermediate piece 21 is provided with a third end and a fourth end which are distributed in opposite directions, the third end is provided with a containing groove 204, the side wall of the containing groove 204 is provided with a first through hole 203, the fourth end is provided with a connecting convex part 210, and the connecting convex part 210 is provided with a second through hole 205; among the two adjacent intermediate members 21, the connection protrusion 210 of one intermediate member 21 is located in the accommodating groove 204 of the other intermediate member 21, the first through hole 203 and the second through hole 205 are distributed oppositely, and the rotating shaft 22 is disposed through the first through hole 203 and the second through hole 205.
In the embodiment of the present application, in two adjacent intermediate pieces 21, since the connection protrusion 210 of one intermediate piece 21 is disposed in the accommodating groove 204 of the other intermediate piece 21, and the rotation shaft 22 penetrates the first through hole 203 and the second through hole 205, it is equivalent to that two adjacent intermediate pieces 21 can be connected in a rotatable manner by the rotation shaft 22, and each intermediate piece 21 can rotate about any rotation shaft 22 at two ends thereof. In practical application, the middleware 21 sequentially rotates by taking the connected rotating shaft 22 as an axis, so that the free switching between the closed loop state and the unfolding state of the touch pen is realized.
In practical application, when the pen holder 20 is bent, it may be assumed that the second intermediate piece 212 is fixed, the intermediate piece 21 connected with the second intermediate piece 210 rotates with the rotating shaft 22 connected with the second intermediate piece 210 as an axis, so that the included angle between the second intermediate piece 212 and the intermediate piece 21 connected with the second intermediate piece is changed, and so on, the other intermediate pieces 21 rotate sequentially with the rotating shaft 22 adjacent to the second intermediate piece 212 as an axis, and finally the intermediate pieces 21 are respectively bent into a ring shape through the rotating shafts 22, so that the pen head 10 is arranged in the accommodating groove 201, and the second limiting structure 101 is in limiting fit with the first limiting structure 202, so that the touch pen is in a closed loop state. Of course, the above is only an example, in practical application, the first intermediate member 211 may be set to be fixed, and the other intermediate members 21 respectively rotate sequentially along the rotation axes near the position of the first intermediate member 211, so that the stylus is in a closed-loop state, and the principle is the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment in which the second intermediate member 212 is fixed, which is not repeated in the embodiment of the present application.
It will be appreciated that when the stylus is in the extended state, the angle between the plurality of intermediate members 21 is 180 ° (which may be within a certain error range, for example, an error in the range of ±15°), and the plurality of intermediate members 21 form a straight line, so that the stylus is in the extended state, thereby being convenient for a person to hold. When the stylus is in a closed-loop state, the angle formed by two adjacent intermediate pieces 21 may generally be any value in the range of 60-180. For example, the stylus may be composed of four intermediate pieces 21, where the four intermediate pieces 21 include a first intermediate piece 211 and a second intermediate piece 212, and when the stylus is in a closed-loop state, the length of the first intermediate piece 211 connected to the second intermediate piece 212 is equal to the length of the other two intermediate pieces 21, that is, the four intermediate pieces 21 enclose an equilateral triangle shape when in the closed-loop state, and the angle between two adjacent intermediate pieces is60 °. Or the stylus consists of five intermediate pieces 21, wherein the five intermediate pieces 21 comprise a first intermediate piece 211 and a second intermediate piece 212, when the stylus is in a closed-loop state, the four intermediate pieces enclose to form a square shape, at the moment, the length of the first intermediate piece 211 connected with the second intermediate piece 212 is equal to the length of the other three intermediate pieces, and the included angle between every two adjacent intermediate pieces is 90 degrees.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to enable the annular structure formed by encircling the stylus in the closed-loop state to be more fit with a human hand, and more convenient for the human hand to wear, the number of the intermediate pieces 21 is preferably greater than or equal to five, and the included angle between two adjacent intermediate pieces is 100-135 degrees in the closed-loop state of the stylus. For example, the stylus may further comprise 7 intermediate pieces 21 forming an equilateral hexagon, and the included angle between two adjacent intermediate pieces is 120 °, so that the annular structure formed by enclosing the stylus in the closed loop state may be better matched with a human hand, and the number of intermediate pieces is smaller, so that the assembly man-hour and the cost may be reduced.
Of course, in the closed-loop state of the stylus, the included angle between two adjacent intermediate pieces and the number of intermediate pieces 21, and the lengths of the plurality of intermediate pieces 21 are equal, and the ring radius of the ring structure formed by surrounding the stylus in the closed-loop state is equal, so when the stylus is in the closed-loop state, the included angle between the adjacent intermediate pieces 21 can be set according to the actual situation, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to this.
In the embodiment of the application, the connection mode that two adjacent intermediate pieces 21 are matched with the connection convex part 210 through the accommodating groove 204 is equivalent to the complementary design between the two intermediate pieces 21 and the connection convex part 210 through the accommodating groove 204, so that the influence of the height increase of the connected part on the appearance of the touch pen and the influence on the holding hand feeling of a user can be avoided when the two intermediate pieces 21 are connected.
Optionally, the connection protrusion 210 is further provided with a third limiting structure 206; a fourth limiting structure 207 is further arranged on the side wall of the accommodating groove 204, and the third limiting structure 206 is matched with the fourth limiting structure 207; in the case that the stylus is in the unfolded state, the third limiting structure 206 is in limiting fit with the fourth limiting structure 207.
In the embodiment of the application, when the stylus is in the unfolded state, the third limit structure 206 of one middle piece 21 is matched with the fourth limit structure 207 of the other middle piece 21 in the two adjacent middle pieces 21, so that the stability of the pen holder 20 when the stylus is in the unfolded state can be effectively improved, and the holding of the stylus holder by a user is facilitated.
In practical application, the fourth limiting structure 207 and the third limiting structure 206 can be connected in an interference fit manner, so that stability of the pen holder 20 can be improved under the condition that the stylus is in a unfolded state, and the stylus is convenient to hold by a hand, and processing and assembling of the stylus are simple and convenient.
In the embodiment of the present application, the limit fit of the third limit structure 206 and the fourth limit structure 207 may be the same as that of the first limit structure 202 and the second limit structure 101, that is, one of the third limit structure 206 and the fourth limit structure 207 is a limit hole, and the other is a limit protrusion, and when the stylus is in the unfolded state, the pen holder 20 is in a straight stable structure through the fit of the limit hole and the limit protrusion, so that the holding of the stylus by a hand is facilitated.
In practical application, along the length direction of the middle piece 21, the third limiting structure 206 may be disposed at an interval relative to the second through hole 205, and the fourth limiting structure 207 is disposed at an interval relative to the first through hole 203, so that when the third limiting structure 206 and the fourth limiting structure 207 are in spacing fit, the plurality of middle pieces 21 are on the same axis along the length direction, that is, the stylus is in an unfolding state, and, because the third limiting structure 206 and the fourth limiting structure 207 are in spacing fit, when the stylus is in an unfolding state, the state can be more stable, and writing and other operations can be performed by using a hand to hold the pen holder.
Optionally, a fifth limiting structure 208 is further disposed on a side wall of the accommodating groove 204, and the fifth limiting structure 208 and the fourth limiting structure 207 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 22; in the process of switching the stylus from the unfolded state to the closed-loop state, the third limit structure 206 of one middle piece 21 is in contact fit with the fourth limit structure 207 of the other middle piece 21 and is in limit fit with the fifth limit structure 208 of the other middle piece 21 in two adjacent middle pieces 21.
In the embodiment of the application, the fifth limit structure 208 and the fourth limit structure 207 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the hole of the rotating shaft 22, so that the ring-shaped structure formed by the surrounding of the touch pen is more stable under the condition of the touch pen in a closed ring state, on one hand, the aesthetic property of the touch pen when the touch pen is worn by a user can be improved, and on the other hand, the abrasion of the intermediate piece 21 and the rotating shaft 22 caused by random bending of the touch pen is avoided.
In practical applications, the connection line between the fifth limiting structure 208 and the rotating shaft 22 may form an included angle of 90 ° with the connection line between the fourth limiting structure 207 and the rotating shaft 22 by using the rotating shaft 22 as a center point, so that when the stylus is in a closed-loop state, an included angle of 90 ° is formed between two adjacent intermediate members 21. In the embodiment of the application, when the stylus is in a closed-loop state, the two middle pieces 21 are connected, and the third limit structure 206 of one middle piece 21 is in limit fit with the fifth limit structure 208 of the other middle piece 21, so that the annular structure formed by surrounding the stylus can be more stable. Of course, when the stylus is in a closed-loop state, the angle formed by two adjacent intermediate pieces 21 may be greater than 90 °. In the embodiment of the application, when the stylus is in a closed-loop state, the number of the middleware and the included angle formed by two adjacent middleware are positively correlated, and specifically, the number of the middleware and the included angle formed by two adjacent middleware can be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to the method.
In the embodiment of the application, the fifth limiting structure 208 and the fourth limiting structure 207 have the same structural size, so that the processing difficulty of the middleware can be effectively reduced, and the structural stability of the stylus in a closed-loop state or an unfolded state is improved.
In practical applications, the position of the fifth limiting structure 208 may be a position of the fourth limiting structure 207 after rotating along the first rotating shaft 22 by a preset angle, where the preset angle may be 30 °,45 °,60 °, and so on. In general, the preset angle is equal to the length of the intermediate pieces 21, the number of intermediate pieces 21, and the diameter of the closed loop state of the stylus, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations, which will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of a first intermediate piece of an embodiment of the present application is shown. Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of a second intermediate piece of an embodiment of the present application is shown.
