Abstract
The invention provides a mechanical movement structure of a watch, which comprises a base plate, a gear power transfer device, a movement and a cover plate, wherein the gear power transfer device is arranged on the base plate and is fixed by using the cover plate; the gear power transfer device comprises an hour hand power gear and a minute hand power gear; the movement is connected with the hour hand power gear and the minute hand power gear; the gear power transfer device also comprises a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear and a fifth gear, wherein the first gear is connected with the hour hand power gear, and the second gear is connected with the first gear; the third gear is connected with the minute hand power gear, and the fourth gear and the fifth gear are respectively connected with the third gear. The mechanical movement structure of the watch provided by the invention realizes that the hour hand, the minute hand and the second hand are respectively displayed at different positions, and can realize various watch designs.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a mechanical movement structure of a watch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base plate 10, a gear power transfer device 20, a movement 30 and a cover plate 40, where the gear power transfer device 20 is disposed on the base plate 10 and fixed by the cover plate 40, and the base plate 10 is fixed to the movement 30; the gear power transfer device 20 comprises an hour hand power gear 210 and a minute hand power gear 220; the movement 30 is connected with the hour hand power gear 210 and the minute hand power gear 220; the gear power transfer device 20 further comprises a first gear 201, a second gear 202, a third gear 203, a fourth gear 204 and a fifth gear 205, wherein the first gear 201 is connected with the hour hand power gear 210, and the second gear 202 is connected with the first gear 201; the third gear 203 is connected to the minute hand power gear 220, and the fourth gear 204 and the fifth gear 205 are connected to the third gear 203, respectively. The movement 30 provides power, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the movement 30 is an ETA2824 movement.
Specifically, the gear power transfer device 20 is fixed on the base plate 10, the cover plate 40 covers the gear power transfer device 20, then the base plate 10 is screwed to form an integrated structure, and then the integrated assembly is screwed to the 2824 movement 30 to be connected and assembled. The mechanical movement structure of the watch further comprises a fly-back second pointer device, the fly-back second pointer device comprises a reset rod 510, a reset spring 520, a shifting fork wheel 530, a third wheel 540 and a cam 550 coaxially connected with the third wheel 540, the cam 550 is S-shaped, and the third wheel 540 is connected with the movement 30; the shifting fork wheel 530 comprises a fixed end 531 and a shifting fork end 532, the fixed end 531 is connected with the axes of the idle wheel 540 and the cam 550, and the shifting fork end 532 is U-shaped and abuts against the edge of the cam 550; when the idler wheel 540 rotates, the cam 550 is driven to rotate, and because the cam 550 is S-shaped, the edge of the cam 550 drives the shifting fork end 532 to rotate so as to drive the reset rod 510 to move; a lantern ring 5101 is arranged at one end of the reset rod 510, the lantern ring 5101 is fixed with the shifting fork wheel 530, and the other end of the reset rod is fixed on the base plate 10 through a reset rod nail 560; a groove 101 is arranged on the substrate 10 opposite to the return spring 520, and the return spring 520 is placed in the groove 101; the reset rod 510 is provided with a protrusion 5102, and when the reset rod 510 rotates, the protrusion 5102 pokes the reset spring 520. The reset spring 520 is U-shaped, the reset spring 520 includes a first side 521 and a second side 522, the first side 521 is shorter than the second side 522, and the second side 522 is longer than the position of the first side 521 to abut against the protrusion 5102. When the reset rod 510 moves, the first side 521 and the second side 522 of the reset spring 520 are driven to be compressed to generate elastic force, and when the second side 522 reaches a certain position, the reset rod is separated from the protrusion 5102 to realize reset; specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the reset occurs every 15 minutes.
A second hand connecting column 2003 is arranged at the axle center of the shifting fork wheel 530.
Referring to fig. 5, the hour hand, minute hand and second hand are displayed at different positions respectively, by connecting an hour hand support 2001, minute hand support 2002 and second hand support 2003 to an hour hand 1001, minute hand 1002 and second hand 1003 respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the mechanical movement structure of the watch provided by the invention has the advantages that the hour hand, the minute hand and the second hand are innovatively displayed at different positions, the design limit of the traditional mechanical watch is overcome, and various watch designs can be realized.

A mechanical movement structure of a watch is characterized by comprising a base plate, a gear power transfer device, a movement and a cover plate, wherein the gear power transfer device is arranged on the base plate and fixed by the cover plate; the gear power transfer device comprises an hour hand power gear and a minute hand power gear; the movement is connected with the hour hand power gear and the minute hand power gear; the gear power transfer device also comprises a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear and a fifth gear, wherein the first gear is connected with the hour hand power gear, and the second gear is connected with the first gear; the third gear is connected with the minute hand power gear, and the fourth gear and the fifth gear are respectively connected with the third gear.

3. A mechanical movement structure for a wristwatch of claim 2, wherein said movement is an ETA2824 movement.

The mechanical movement structure of a watch according to claim 1, further comprising a fly-back second pointer device, wherein the fly-back second pointer device comprises a reset rod, a reset spring, a shifting fork wheel, a third wheel and a cam coaxially connected with the third wheel, the cam is in an S shape, and the third wheel is connected with the movement; the shifting fork wheel comprises a fixed end and a shifting fork end, the fixed end is connected with the shaft centers of the idle wheel and the cam, and the shifting fork end is U-shaped and abuts against the edge of the cam; one end of the reset rod is fixed with the shifting fork wheel, and the other end of the reset rod is fixed on the base plate through a reset rod nail; a groove is formed in the substrate relative to the reset spring, and the reset spring is placed in the groove; the reset rod is provided with a protrusion, and when the reset rod rotates, the protrusion stirs the reset spring.
