The device comprises a matching capacitor switching circuit 4, wherein the input end of the matching capacitor switching circuit 4 is electrically connected with the output end of a temperature detection controller 3, and the output end of the matching capacitor switching circuit 4 is electrically connected with a matching capacitor 2.
The temperature detection controller 3 judges whether the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 1 is normal, and controls the matching capacitor switching circuit 4 to switch the matching capacitor 2 if the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 1 is abnormal. It should be noted that, after the matching capacitor 2 is switched, the temperature detection controller 3 continues to detect the output of the temperature sensor 1, and if the output is not normal, the switching is continued until a suitable matching capacitor 2 is found. And if all the matching capacitors 2 are not suitable, sending out alarm information.
In this embodiment, the temperature detection controller 3 may be a CPLD (Complex programmable logic device) chip or an MCU (micro controller Unit) chip to implement detection, judgment and switching.
