When in use, polyethylene and required raw materials are conveyed into the stirring box 401 from the feeding hole 403 according to a certain proportion, the stirring rod 406 is driven by the rotating motor 404 to stir and mix the polyethylene and the raw materials in the box, meanwhile, the stirring rod 406 also plays a role of pushing the raw materials, so that the polyethylene and the raw materials are conveyed to the conveying belt 207 from the discharging hole 407, then the mixed raw materials on the conveying belt 207 enter the drying box 301 along with the advancing of the conveying belt 207, at the moment, the circular heater 307 is started to dry and preheat the raw materials passing through, because of the heating mode of the circular heater 307, the bundling plate 308 is arranged at the bottom of the heater, so that the temperature of the circular heater 307 cannot be diffused, the raw materials can be dried and preheated better, other processing work of the raw materials is facilitated, the working efficiency is increased, the raw materials are conveyed out by the conveying belt 207 after being stirred and dried, the raw material conveying work of the refrigerator shelf decorating strip processing production is completed.
