The electric heater of claim 1, wherein: the side walls of the four upright posts (61) are respectively and oppositely provided with two sliding grooves (62), the end parts of moving beams (63) are arranged in the two sliding grooves (62) in a sliding mode, top electromagnets are arranged at the tops of the sliding grooves (62), end part permanent magnets are arranged at the two end parts of the moving beams (63), and the top electromagnets attract the end part permanent magnets after being electrified so as to enable the moving beams (63) to move upwards; and a telescopic isolation net (64) is arranged between the movable beam (63) and the peripheral frame of the clothes drying frame (6), and the telescopic isolation net (64) has elasticity and can be stretched.

The electric heater of claim 7, wherein: the four side walls of the base (1) are provided with child detection integrated windows (13), and a portrait shooting device, an infrared sensing device and an ultrasonic detection device are arranged in the child detection integrated windows (13), and the portrait shooting device shoots the face of the current human body so as to judge whether the face is a child or not and whether the face is a child at home or not; the infrared sensing device detects the outline of a currently moving or static human body so as to judge whether the human body is a child or not; the ultrasonic detection device is used for detecting the distance between the current human body and the base (1).

The electric heater of claim 1, wherein: the center bottom of the base (1) is provided with a rotating mechanism bin (12), a motor and a rotating mechanism are arranged in the rotating mechanism bin (12), and the rotating mechanism drives the workbench (20) to rotate under the action of the motor.
