7. The sliding sleeve assembly of claim 1 wherein said outer housing defines a mounting opening on a side thereof adjacent said upper opening, said inner housing being received within said mounting cavity by said mounting opening.

The sliding sleeve assembly of claim 7, wherein a mounting plate is disposed on a side of the inner casing close to the mounting opening, a periphery of the mounting plate protrudes from the inner casing, a mounting pillar is fixed on an inner side wall of the mounting cavity, the mounting pillar faces the mounting opening, a space is formed between the mounting pillar and the side where the mounting opening is located, so as to form an accommodating space, the mounting plate is fixed in the accommodating space, and the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the mounting pillar.

The sliding sleeve assembly of claim 8, wherein the cross section of the installation cavity is rectangular, the number of the installation pillars is four, and the four installation pillars are respectively located at four corners of the installation cavity, two reinforcing ribs are arranged on the side surface of each installation pillar, the reinforcing ribs extend along the length direction of the installation pillar, the two reinforcing ribs of each installation pillar form an included angle of 90 degrees, and the side edge of each reinforcing rib far away from the installation pillar is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the installation cavity.
10. The sliding sleeve assembly of claim 8 wherein said mounting plate has upwardly projecting catches on a top edge thereof, said catches engaging side edges of said upper opening.
11. The sliding sleeve assembly of claim 1 wherein said slot extends vertically through said receptacle, said slot being disposed away from said opening in said side of said housing.

The planting module with the adjustable lamp holder is characterized by comprising an upright post, a plurality of cultivation grooves, the lamp holder and the sliding sleeve assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the cultivation grooves are arranged layer by layer in the height direction of the upright post, the cultivation grooves are fixed with the upright post, the sliding sleeve assembly is positioned between the two adjacent cultivation grooves, the upright post penetrates through an installation channel of the sliding sleeve assembly, the rubber block protruding out of the installation channel clamps the upright post, a boss is arranged on the side edge of the lamp holder, and the boss is matched with a slot of the sliding sleeve assembly.
