The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, according to the above-mentioned contents of the present invention, other modifications, substitutions or alterations can be made without departing from the basic technical idea of the present invention by using the common technical knowledge and the conventional means in the field.

Example 1: (four-foot stand structure)
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, a tetrapod is taken as an example: the device comprises an outer pipe 6, an inner pipe, a telescopic lock device 8 and a connecting sleeve 9; the outer part of the outer pipe 6 is sleeved with a protective glove, the outer pipe 6 is sleeved with an inner pipe, the outer pipe 6 is also the thickest pipe, the inner pipe comprises a lower inner pipe 18 and an upper inner pipe 19, the upper inner pipe 19 is sleeved in the outer pipe 6, the lower inner pipe 18 is sleeved in the upper inner pipe 19, the upper parts of the upper inner pipe 19 and the lower inner pipe 18 are respectively provided with a telescopic lock device 8, and a connecting sleeve 9 is connected with the upper end part of the outer pipe 6 and respectively forms four groups of three-section telescopic pipes; the pressing device further comprises a main connecting piece 11 and a middle telescopic pipe 16, the connecting sleeve 9 is hinged with the main connecting piece 11, the main connecting piece 11 is sleeved with the middle pipe 13, the main connecting piece 11 is sleeved with a pressing piece 17, and a pressing stroke space of about 5 mm is reserved between the pressing piece 17 and the main connecting piece 11.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9 to 11, the retractable lock device 8 further includes a lock body a38, a lock body B39, a U-shaped unlocking member a58, a U-shaped unlocking member B61, an ear tongue 62, and an elastic member, wherein the lock body a38 and the U-shaped unlocking member a58 are disposed in the lower inner tube 18, the lock body B39 and the U-shaped unlocking member B61 are disposed in the upper inner tube 19, steps are disposed at the lower portions of the lock body a38 and the lock body B39, and the body of the lock body a38 and the lock body B39 is matched with the inner wall of the outer tube 6 and the inner wall of the inner tube, so that the lock body B39 of the upper inner tube 19 can slide up and down in the outer tube 6; two bayonets have been seted up to the pipe shaft symmetry of inner tube tip and cup jointed at the step body, and two bayonets are provided with the C type ring 66 of boss 63 and block in the bayonet socket, and it is very convenient to install like this, only needs insert on the step body with the interior 7 that two bayonets were seted up to a tip, then blocks C type ring 66 in the bayonet socket, just can be fixed with inner tube and lock body A38 or lock body B39. The both sides of lock body A38, lock body B39 lower part symmetry have seted up the opening, and two shrinkage pools, the step notch 69 of two guide slots 68 have all been seted up to the front of lock body A38, lock body B39, and flange 73 has been seted up to the side above the lock body A38, and the notch has been seted up to the bottom surface of lock body A38, lock body B39, and the through-hole has all been seted up to the middle part and the edge part of lock body A38, lock body B39, and spacing mouth 77 has been seted up to the. When the device is installed, firstly, the two elastic pieces are placed in the two concave holes, then the guide block 86 of the lug tongue 62 is aligned with the guide groove 68 in the step notch 69 and is placed and pressed, because the two elastic pieces are respectively limited in the two concave holes and the counter bores of the lugs 83 and have certain compression space, then the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 is clamped in the limiting opening 77, because a group of inclined plane blocks 78 of the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 are matched with a group of inclined planes of the lug tongue 62 and are under the action of the two elastic pieces, the U-shaped unlocking piece A3526 can be limited after being loosened, in addition, the two buckles at the bottom of the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 can be provided with the elastic pieces, and the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 can be pressed or pulled back to control the lug tongue 62.
Furthermore, both sides of the outer tube 6 are respectively provided with a clamping hole 21, the tube walls of the outer tube 6 and one side of the bottom of the upper inner tube 19 are respectively provided with a lock hole 22, the tube wall at the bottom of the lock hole 22 is symmetrically provided with a locking hole A23, a plurality of openings, external threads and a clamping sleeve 25 with a conical bottom are arranged in the locking hole A23, a locking button 26 with an internal thread and a conical bottom is arranged outside the clamping sleeve 25, and the conical surface of the clamping sleeve 25 is matched with the conical surface of the locking button 26; the two conical surfaces are matched, and the clamping sleeve 25 and the inner pipe are locked by the surface abutting surfaces, so that the locking capacity can be properly improved by surface locking. The outer side of the clamping sleeve 25 is symmetrically provided with a positioning table A27, the positioning table A27 is clamped in a locking hole A23, the pipe wall of the bottom of the lower inner pipe 18 is symmetrically provided with a locking hole B28, the bottom of the lower inner pipe 18 is provided with a threaded sleeve 29 with an inner hole, the outer side of the threaded sleeve 29 is symmetrically provided with a positioning table B32, a positioning table B32 is clamped in a locking hole B28, the bottom of the threaded sleeve 29 is provided with a knob 33 with a step and an inner thread, the periphery of the knob 33 can be fixedly provided with a rubber sleeve, the outer sides of the threaded sleeve 29 and the knob 33 are provided with an adjusting button 36, and the inner sides of the threaded sleeve 29 and the knob 33 are provided with a telescopic foot nail 37 or the bottom; by adopting the structure to adjust the telescopic foot nails 37, not only can the in-situ adjustment of the telescopic or retraction be convenient, but also the appearance is beautiful; and the bottom of the adjusting button 36 is provided with a detachable roller comprising a universal wheel so as to facilitate the movement or the replacement of the telescopic foot nails 37.
A sleeve member 87 is arranged in the pipe above the outer pipe 6, two sides of the sleeve member 87 are provided with positioning platforms C88, a positioning platform C88 is matched with the clamping hole 21, the upper part of the sleeve member 87 is provided with a guide hole 89, the lower part of the guide hole 89 is provided with an opening, one side part of the opening is provided with a limiting hole 91 and a through hole 92, the limiting hole 91 and the through hole 92 are internally articulated with a position changing member 93, one end part of the position changing member 93 is provided with a guide port 96, the lower part of the through hole 92 is provided with a notch, a permanent magnet 97 is arranged in the notch, the other side part of the opening is provided with a notch, two sides of the notch are provided with step clamps 98, one end part of the guide hole 89 is provided with a mouth-shaped press part 99, the other end part of the press part is a cylinder and penetrates through the mouth-shaped middle part, one side part of the press, one end of the pull wire 113 is fixedly provided with a fixing head which is pressed against the upper part of the guide opening 111, the other end of the pull wire 113 is connected with the projection 79 with a notch by passing through the lock body B39 with a through hole in the upper inner tube 19, the bottom of the pressing piece 99 is provided with a positioning hole 116, and the lower inner tube 18 drives the iron rod 82 to retract to the right position and then passes through the positioning hole 116.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, further, four connecting lugs 223 with connecting holes 222 are symmetrically disposed below the periphery of the main connecting member 11, the connecting lugs 223 are inserted into the notches 118, pressing holes 226 with steps are disposed on the upper portions of the connecting lugs 223, elastic members are disposed in the pressing holes 226, the pressing holes 226 are aligned with the guide holes 89, at least three pressing heads 227 are uniformly disposed below the periphery of the pressing member 17, the pressing heads 227 are cylindrical and penetrate through the pressing holes 226, and are flush with the bottom surfaces of the connecting lugs 223 under the action of the elastic members, and the eccentric shaft holes 117 are respectively hinged to the connecting holes 222 through bolts. The bottom surface of the connecting lug 223 is flush so as to open the telescopic tube at an angle, when the telescopic tube returns, the pressing piece 17 is pressed to drive the cylinder below the pressing head 227 to pass through the pressing hole 226, and the bottom surface of the cylinder is rounded.
Furthermore, the side surface of the connecting sleeve 9 is provided with an eccentric shaft hole 117, the upper surface of the connecting sleeve 9 is provided with a notch 118, the inner side and the outer side of the notch 118 are both provided with a tangent plane 220, the inner side of the periphery of the connecting sleeve 9 is provided with an ear seat 221, the side surface of the ear seat 221 is provided with a screw hole, a screw is arranged in the screw hole, and the connecting sleeve 9 is connected with the outer tube 6 through the screw; when the connection sleeve 9, i.e. the extension tube, is folded, the inner section 220 is pressed against the side surface of the connection lug 223 for limiting, and the outer section 220 can be opened with or printed with a trademark.
The principle and the structure of the extension tube which can extend out quickly and can be positioned automatically are as follows:
by pressing the pressing lug 228, the pressing heads 227 of the four sets of telescopic pipes below the pressing lug 228 are driven to press the pressing piece 99, the iron rod 82 attracted by the permanent magnet 97 in the positioning hole 116 below each set of pressing piece 99 is forcibly moved downwards to be separated, and after the telescopic pipes are lowered to the proper position by using partial pressing force and the gravity of the telescopic pipes below, the lug tongue 62 of each set of telescopic lock device 8 extends out under the action of the elastic piece to be automatically positioned with the lock hole openings 22 of the outer pipe 6 and the inner pipe.
The principle and the structure of the telescopic pipe fast retracting and automatic limiting:
by pressing the pressing lug 228, the pressing heads 227 of the four groups of telescopic pipes below the pressing lug 228 are simultaneously driven to press the pressing piece 99, meanwhile, the cylinder below each group of pressing pieces 99 presses the transposition piece 93 hinged in the sleeve piece 87, one end of the transposition piece 93 is lifted upwards and drives the pull wire 113 to pull back the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 in the lower inner pipe 18, so that the lug tongue 62 is forced to transversely retreat and unlock, then the lower inner pipe 18 of each group is upwards retracted by the main pressing piece 11 by utilizing the reaction of the ground, at the moment, the pull wire 113 basically keeps the original position until the sealed bottom of the retracted lower inner pipe 18 presses one end of the pull wire 113, so that the lower section of the pull wire 113 is forced to bend in the cavity of the lower inner pipe 18, the pull wire 113 is a thin steel wire rope or steel wire, meanwhile, the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 of the lower inner pipe 18 presses the U-shaped unlocking piece B61 of the upper inner pipe 19, so that the lug tongue 62 of the telescopic, for example, if the upper inner tube is changed into the first inner tube and the second inner tube by a plurality of telescopic tubes, the mutual abutting process of the telescopic lock devices 8 can be repeated, so that the telescopic tubes of each group can be retracted simultaneously, in the process, the iron rod 82 fixed on the U-shaped unlocking piece A58 in the lower inner tube 18 retracts to the right position, the iron rod 82 penetrates into the positioning hole 116 to be mutually attracted with the permanent magnet 97 on the positioning hole, namely, the lower inner tube 18 is attracted on the sleeve member 87 to be automatically limited.
Furthermore, four pressing piece lugs 228 in petal shape in top view are symmetrically arranged on the side surface of the periphery of the pressing piece 17, four step lug seats 229 in petal shape in top view are arranged between the side surface of the periphery of the main connecting piece 11 and the connecting lugs 223 and matched with the pressing piece lugs 228, and four locking buttons 336 of the locking head 333 are arranged below the main connecting piece 11 and the middle pipe 13; when the locking button 336 rotates clockwise during folding, the four locking heads 333 and the four ear seats 221 are utilized, and the locking surfaces of the locking heads 333 and the ear seats 221 are provided with inclined surfaces and are locked more and more tightly, so that the four telescopic pipes are tightly matched and integrated with each other. In addition, the quadruped frame of the two telescopic pipes can be conveniently held transversely.
At least two locking strips 337 are arranged on the main connecting piece 11, the lug seat 221 is matched with the locking head 333, and the bottom of the periphery of the locking button 336 is pressed against the upper surface of the inner peripheral part of the pressing piece 17, so that the pressing pieces are mutually pressed without limitation, and the limitation of pressing and returning between the pressing piece 17 and the main connecting piece 11 is ensured. When the pressing lug 228 moves downwards, the outer side and the bottom surface of the step lug seat 229 are limited, when the pressing lug 228 moves upwards, the pressing piece 17 is limited, and when the pressing lug 228 presses, four elastic pieces in the pressing hole 226 are matched with the four pressing heads 227 to compress and return.
The upper surface of the locking button 336 is provided with a locking button 338 with at least two inclined surfaces on the inner periphery, the lower surface of the locking button 338 is provided with at least three buckles which are clamped with the inner periphery of the main connecting piece 11, two locking strips 337 are matched with the two inclined surfaces, the middle pipe 13 can be locked by slightly rotating the locking button 338 clockwise, and the locking button 338 can be unlocked by slightly rotating the locking button 338 anticlockwise; the middle pipe 13 is clamped or point-pressed with a plurality of opening and threaded pressing sleeves 339, the locking button 338 is provided with a locking handle 666 which is matched with the pressing sleeves 339 to lock the middle telescopic pipe 16, the middle telescopic pipe 16 comprises the middle pipe 13, the bottoms of the pressing sleeves 339 and the locking handle 666 are conical surfaces, the conical surface of the pressing sleeves 339 is matched with the conical surface of the locking handle 666, two conical surfaces are adopted to be matched, the pressing sleeves 339 and the inner pipe are both surface abutting surfaces to be locked, the locking handle 666 can be rotated clockwise to lock the middle telescopic pipe 16, and the locking handle 666 can be rotated counterclockwise to unlock.
A connecting button 667 connected with the middle telescopic pipe 16 is arranged on the lock handle 666, internal threads are formed in the connecting button 667, a connecting head A668 is connected with the internal threads, external threads with the diameter of 3/8 inches are formed in one end portion of the connecting head A668, external threads with the diameters of 3/8 inches and 1/4 inches are formed in the other end portion of the connecting head A668, a lock head handle 777 sleeved with a step concave hole 669 and the internal threads with the diameter of 3/8 is arranged on the connecting button 667, and the lock head handle 777 can lock the connecting head A. Namely, one end of the connector A668 is 3/8 inches and 1/4 inches and is connected with the connecting button 667, then the connector A668 is locked clockwise by the locking knob 777, and the other end of the connector A668 is 3/8 threads and can be connected with the cloud deck; conversely, the locking knob 777 may be rotated counterclockwise, the connector a668 may be removed and replaced by turning it upside down, and the locking knob 777 may be locked by rotating it counterclockwise, at which time the 1/4 inch connector a668 may be connected to the camera. The rubber pad for protecting the connecting equipment is fixedly arranged on the lock head handle 777.
Further, a connecting seat 778 and a connecting cover 779 are arranged below the middle pipe 13, the connecting seat 778 is fixedly connected below the middle pipe 13 in a point pressing manner, the connecting seat 778 is connected with the connecting cover 779 through at least one screw, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the connecting seat 778 and the connecting cover 779, a connecting head B886 is arranged in the threaded hole, and the connecting head B886 can be connected with a holder; the periphery of the middle pipe 13, the connecting seat 778 and the connecting cover 779 is symmetrically provided with four, the joint part of the connecting seat 778 and the connecting cover 779 is provided with four, the middle upper part of the outer pipe 6 is provided with a hinged locking ring 889, the hinged part of the locking ring 889 is respectively provided with four openings and four shaft seats 888 which are internally provided with four connecting rods 999 which are mutually connected and can rotate; when the middle telescopic tube 16 moves up and down, the four connecting rods 999 can be linked and drive the four groups of telescopic tubes to synchronously open outwards and also synchronously close inwards.
The principle and the structure that four groups of extension tubes are opened at any angle simultaneously:
the middle pipe 13 is driven by the pull-out lock handle 666 or the lock head handle 777, at the same time, the four-bar linkage 999 with one end pivoted below the middle pipe 13 also moves upwards, meanwhile, the connecting sleeve 9 positioned and hinged on the upper part of each group of outer pipes 6 and the four-bar linkage 999 with the other end hinged with the locking ring 889 are synchronously opened at an outward angle, and the outer pipes 6 of each group can be driven and controlled to be opened at any angle within the normal use range according to the pulling amount and the pulling amount of the middle pipe 13.
Example 2: (tripod construction)
Basically, the principle is the same, the tripod is not greatly different from the structure of the tetrapod, and as shown in fig. 12, the tripod is changed to the tripod according to the embodiment 1. The rest is basically the same as embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
Example 3: (Another Structure of a tripod and a tripod Telescopic tube)
On the basis of example 1, the following were changed: the connecting sleeve 9 is connected with the inner pipe, namely the thinnest pipe, the pull wire 113 is changed into a pressed iron wire or a carbon fiber rod which directly presses the telescopic lock device 8, and the structure is simpler. The rest is basically the same as embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
Example 4: (Another Structure of a tripod and a tripod stay 113)
On the basis of example 1, the following were changed: the periphery of the main connecting piece 11 is provided with a cavity, a conversion piece is arranged in the cavity, the conversion piece is connected with a pull rope or a pull wire 113 which can control the lug tongue 62 or the unlocking piece, namely, the button 17 is pressed to drive the conversion piece and the pull wire 113 to retract and unlock the lug tongue 62 of the telescopic lock device 8; in addition, since the wire 113 can be bent, the bellows can be opened at an angle.
Example 5: (Another structure of the Lock device 8 for the tripod and the tripod extension tube)
On the basis of example 1, the following were changed: the inner pipe and the outer pipe of each group 6 do not need to be provided with the locking hole 22, the inner side of the inner pipe is provided with a rack, the end part of the lug tongue 62 is provided with at least one tooth groove matched with the rack, and the pressing piece 17 is required to be pressed all the time during operation until the required position is reached, and the hand can be loosened for positioning. The rest is basically the same as embodiment 1, and is not described herein again.
Example 6: the tetrapods are used on uneven ground:
as shown in fig. 5, the tetrapod of the present invention can also adjust the telescopic pin 37 under a certain set of telescopic tubes like a tripod and also can release the locking button 26 under the outer tube 6, adjust the length of the inner tube of the telescopic tube as required, and then lock the locking button 26, so as to realize that the tetrapod is suitable for various uneven ground.
The function and operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention are as follows;
1. the four-foot stand extension tube is opened at any angle:
referring to fig. 3, if the lock button 336 is opened by folding and rotating the lock, the lock handle 777 is pulled out to drive the lock handle 666 or pull the lock handle 666 arbitrarily, so as to open the four sets of telescopic tubes at the same time and at the same time.
2. The automatic extension and automatic positioning of the four-foot-frame extension tube:
referring to fig. 2, the petaloid step ear bases 229 are held by both hands, the thumb of both hands symmetrically presses the petaloid pressing piece ears 228, and the tetrapods are lifted up, so that each set of telescopic tubes is lowered to the right position by partial pressure and gravity of the telescopic tubes.
3. The automatic stretching, automatic positioning and angle opening of the four-foot stand extension tube are as follows:
referring to fig. 4, if the lock button 336 is opened by folding and self-locking, the lock head 777 is pulled out to drive the lock handle 666 or pull the lock handle 666 arbitrarily to open the four sets of telescopic tubes at the same time and at the same angle, based on the above 2.
4. The four-leg telescopic tube is extended out and the telescopic tube opened at an angle is retracted rapidly and limited automatically:
