The invention discloses a pressure regulating device for natural gas entering a dual-fuel engine, which comprises a primary pressure regulating unit, a secondary pressure regulating valve and an explosion-proof seal box, wherein the primary pressure regulating valve of the primary pressure regulating unit is supported on the longitudinal side wall of a lower box body through a right-angle bracket, and two ends of the secondary pressure regulating valve are respectively supported in two ends of the explosion-proof seal box through natural gas steel pipes; the natural gas input double-wall pipe and the natural gas output double-wall pipe are respectively fixedly connected with the corresponding natural gas steel pipes in a sealing way. The invention uses the common single-wall pressure regulating valve to replace an expensive single-wall pressure regulating valve for regulating the pressure of the natural gas, has high regulating speed and greatly reduces the regulating cost of the natural gas inlet pressure of the dual-fuel engine. According to the invention, the secondary pressure regulating valve is regulated by nitrogen in the seal box, so that natural gas and air are completely separated, and the safety of the dual-fuel engine is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a natural gas supply device of a dual-fuel engine, in particular to a device for adjusting the pressure of natural gas supplied to the dual-fuel engine, belonging to the technical field of dual-fuel engines.
Background
Along with the rapid increase of energy demand, the utilization of natural gas resources is also increasingly wide, the environmental protection attention degree of all countries in the world is increasingly improved, higher requirements on energy conservation and emission reduction are provided, and a 'gas-oil-replacing' dual-fuel engine project is listed as a national major technical equipment development project. The dual-fuel engine can work in a diesel and natural gas dual-fuel state and can work normally in a pure diesel state, and convenient conversion between diesel and dual fuel can be realized. However, in the gas mode, the dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine are very poor, and the root cause is that the adjustment of the natural gas intake amount is delayed.
At present, natural gas of most dual-fuel engines is mixed with air in an air inlet pipe, the air inflow of the natural gas is determined by the opening time of an injection electromagnetic valve and injection pressure, but the air inlet pressure (namely the pressure in the air inlet pipe) changes along with the change of load, and the pressure in the pipe is increased when the load is increased. If the natural gas feeding pressure is not changed, the injection pressure (the pressure difference between the natural gas feeding pressure and the pressure in the air inlet pipe) is reduced, the injection amount is reduced in the same time, and the normal operation of the dual-fuel engine is influenced, so that the diesel engine feeding pressure needs to be quickly increased when the load of the diesel engine is increased. However, due to the requirements of explosion prevention and leakage prevention, the conventional electronic control pressure regulating valve cannot be directly selected for the pressure regulating valve of the natural gas, so that on one hand, the regulation is slow, and on the other hand, the natural gas explosion can be caused by any electromagnetic control pressure regulating valve. In addition, the existing pressure regulating valves are basically of single-wall structures, and have great risk of leakage. If the pressure regulating valve with the double-wall structure is adopted, the purchase cost of the pressure regulating valve is 5-10 times that of the pressure regulating valve with the single-wall structure, and obviously, the pressure regulating valve cannot bear the cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure regulating device for natural gas entering a dual-fuel engine, which integrates a pressure regulating device meeting the corresponding explosion-proof and leakage-proof standard requirements and being faster to regulate on the basis of the traditional single-wall structure pressure regulating valve.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a pressure adjusting device for natural gas entering a dual-fuel engine comprises a primary pressure adjusting unit, a secondary pressure adjusting valve and an explosion-proof sealing box, wherein the explosion-proof sealing box comprises an upper box cover and a lower box body, a sealing gasket is padded between the upper box cover and the lower box body, and the upper box cover and the lower box body are fixedly connected into a whole through a plurality of bolt and nut assemblies; the primary pressure regulating unit comprises a primary pressure regulating valve and a right-angle bracket, the lower end of the primary pressure regulating valve is supported on the longitudinal side wall of the lower box body through the right-angle bracket, and the two ends of the secondary pressure regulating valve are respectively supported in the two ends of the explosion-proof sealing box through natural gas steel pipes; one end of the natural gas input double-wall pipe is fixedly connected with an input cover plate which is hermetically fixed on the transverse side wall of one end of the lower box body, and one end of the natural gas output double-wall pipe is fixedly connected with an output cover plate which is hermetically fixed on the transverse side wall of the other end of the lower box body; and one end of each natural gas steel pipe is fixedly connected with a corresponding inner flange, and the inner flanges are fixedly connected with corresponding input cover plates or output cover plates respectively.
The object of the invention is further achieved by the following technical measures.
Furthermore, the upper part of one side of the primary pressure regulating valve is fixedly connected with one end of a nitrogen input pipe through a pipe joint, the upper part of the other side of the primary pressure regulating valve is fixedly connected with one end of a nitrogen output pipe through a pipe joint, and the other end of the nitrogen output pipe penetrates through the longitudinal side wall of the lower box body and then is fixed on one side of the secondary pressure regulating valve through a pipe joint.
Furthermore, the end heads of the other ends of the natural gas steel pipes are respectively and fixedly connected with connecting flanges fixed on the upper parts of the two sides of the secondary pressure regulating valve.
Further, the secondary pressure regulating valve is a pilot pressure regulating valve, the pilot pressure regulating valve comprises two input ends and an output end, the two input ends respectively receive the nitrogen output by the primary pressure regulating valve and the natural gas output by the natural gas output double-wall pipe, and the output end is a natural gas output end after secondary pressure regulation. The range of the pressure of the nitrogen output by the primary pressure regulating valve is 0-6 Mpa.
Furthermore, the lower part of the lower box body is also provided with a leakage detecting pipe.
The invention adopts the primary pressure regulating unit outside the explosion-proof sealing box to convey nitrogen into the secondary pressure regulating valve of the single-wall structure in the explosion-proof sealing box to regulate the natural gas pressure output to the dual-fuel engine through the secondary pressure regulating valve, and has compact structure and convenient and quick regulation. The common single-wall pressure regulating valve is used for replacing an expensive single-wall pressure regulating valve to regulate the pressure of the natural gas, the regulation speed is high, and the regulation cost of the natural gas feeding pressure of the dual-fuel engine is greatly reduced. According to the invention, the secondary pressure regulating valve is regulated by nitrogen in the explosion-proof seal box, so that natural gas and air are completely separated, and the safety of the dual-fuel engine is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention includes a primary pressure regulating unit 1, a secondary pressure regulating valve 2 and an explosion-proof sealed box 3, wherein the explosion-proof sealed box 3 includes an upper box cover 31 and a lower box body 32, a gasket 311 is disposed between a circle of flanges of the upper box cover 31 and the lower box body 32, and the upper box cover 31 and the lower box body 32 are fixedly connected into a whole through a plurality of bolt-nut assemblies 312.
The primary pressure regulating unit 1 includes a primary pressure regulating valve 11 and a right-angle bracket 12, the lower end of the primary pressure regulating valve 11 is supported on the longitudinal side wall 321 of the lower case 32 through the right-angle bracket 12, and the two ends of the secondary pressure regulating valve 2 are supported in the two ends of the explosion-proof seal box 3 through the natural gas steel pipes 21, respectively. The range of the pressure of the nitrogen output by the primary pressure regulating valve 11 is 0-6 Mpa.
In fig. 1, the left end of the natural gas input double-wall pipe 4 at the right end is fixedly connected with an input cover plate 33 which is hermetically fixed on the transverse side wall 322 at the right end of the lower box 32, and the right end of the natural gas output double-wall pipe 5 is fixedly connected with an output cover plate 34 which is hermetically fixed on the transverse side wall 323 at the left end of the lower box 32. The end heads of one end of the natural gas steel pipe 21 are respectively and fixedly connected with corresponding inner flanges 35, and the inner flanges 35 are respectively and fixedly connected with corresponding input cover plates 33 or output cover plates 34. The other end of the natural gas steel pipe 21 is fixedly connected with the connecting flanges 22 fixed on the upper parts of the two sides of the secondary pressure regulating valve 2, so that the secondary pressure regulating valve 2 is supported in the lower box body 32 through the natural gas steel pipes 21 on the two sides. The lower part of the lower box body 32 is also provided with a leakage detecting pipe 324 which can be connected with a leakage detector to detect whether natural gas leaks in the explosion-proof sealing box 3, thereby ensuring the safety of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper portion of the right side of the primary pressure regulating valve 11 is fixedly connected to the right end of the nitrogen inlet pipe 13 through a pipe joint 111, the upper portion of the left side of the primary pressure regulating valve is fixedly connected to one end of the nitrogen outlet pipe 14 through the pipe joint 111, and the other end of the nitrogen outlet pipe 14 passes through the longitudinal side wall 321 of the lower case 32 and is fixed to the right side of the secondary pressure regulating valve 2 through the pipe joint 111.
The secondary pressure regulating valve 2 is a pilot pressure regulating valve and comprises two input ends and an output end, wherein the first input end 22 receives nitrogen output by the primary pressure regulating valve 1, the second input end 23 receives natural gas output by the natural gas output double-wall pipe 4, and the output end 24 is a natural gas output end after secondary pressure regulation.
According to the invention, the primary pressure regulating valve 11 conveys the nitrogen regulated to 6Mpa to the secondary pressure regulating valve 2 through the nitrogen output pipe 14, and replaces an electromagnet to change the valve core position of the secondary pressure regulating valve 2, so that the natural gas inlet pressure conveyed to a dual-fuel engine through the natural gas output double-wall pipe 5 meets the working condition requirement of the dual-fuel engine, and the safety of natural gas pressure regulation is ensured. When the load of the dual-fuel engine is increased to 50%, the natural gas inlet pressure needs to be adjusted to 0.32Mpa, so that the natural gas inlet amount is increased. At this time, the primary pressure regulating valve 1 regulates the input nitrogen to 0.32Mpa, and the nitrogen is input into the secondary pressure regulating valve 2 in the explosion-proof sealed box 3 through the nitrogen output pipe 14. The secondary pressure regulating valve 2 regulates the output pressure of the natural gas to 0.32Mpa which is the same as that of the nitrogen gas under the action of a pilot valve and an internal diaphragm. Thereby guaranteeing the natural gas input.
