Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pantyhose production and processing, in particular to a manufacturing method of segmented aerogel heating pants.
Background
Pantyhose, also known as pantyhose, and stockings, are developed from stocking, which is a garment that tightly wraps the body from the waist to the feet, and is generally worn by women, and partly worn by men. The pantyhose are made of a lot of fabrics, such as cotton, chemical fiber, wool blended fabric and the like. Pantyhose appeared in the 1960 s as an alternative lower body garment form to stockings. Pantyhose designed to be worn by women are typically positioned to exhibit a feeling of elegance in the line of the female feet, which is not typically found in pantyhose designed to be worn by men. Pantyhose are a standard outfit in today's world offices where they are considered a professional form of female apparel. Although the direct bare legs are popular among young girls nowadays, socks are still needed in the official occasions needing to wear formal clothing for modesty and reducing the exposure of skin. Some uniformed schools often require that designated socks (some of which are pantyhose or tights) be worn as part of the school uniform. Women often wear cotton, wool, nylon or cotton and wool blended pantyhose in cold weather for keeping warm.
The existing heating trousers are single in structure and function and cannot meet daily application requirements of people, so that a manufacturing method of the segmented aerogel heating trousers needs to be researched.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing segmented aerogel heating trousers, and aims to solve the problems that the conventional heating trousers provided in the background art are single in structure and function and cannot meet daily application requirements of people.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a manufacturing method of a segmented aerogel heating trousers comprises the following production steps: step (1), taking a certain amount of aerogel fibers, cotton yarns, polyester fibers and spandex materials, and enabling the aerogel fibers, the cotton yarns, the polyester fibers and the spandex materials to enter a sock weaving procedure according to a weaving process flow, enabling the raw materials to enter a sock knitting machine to be knitted into a sock blank, selecting 60-count compact spinning raw materials for a surface layer, and carrying out an antistatic and anti-pilling process; step (2), performing toe sewing treatment on the embryo socks, putting the socks qualified by inspection on the embryo socks, entering a sock toe sewing procedure according to a weaving process flow, reversely folding the sock toe part, sewing the sock toe part in the sock cylinder, hiding a sock toe interface, and enabling the sock toe interface to be similar to the overlock of a sock foot; step (3), dyeing the embryo socks with required colors, and simultaneously dyeing antistatic coating on the surfaces of the embryo socks, wherein the dyeing time is 20 minutes, and the dyeing temperature is controlled at 50 ℃; step (4), shaping the embryo socks, fixing the shape of the embryo socks according to the shape of feet by temperature and pressure, controlling the temperature to be 40-55 ℃, the pressure to be 0.7Mpa and the height of a leather collar to be 45cm during shaping, and enabling the shaped socks to flow into a sock checking pairing procedure after being naturally aired for 48 hours; and (5) packaging the embryo socks by adopting an OPP bag and a labeling machine.
Preferably, the content of aerogel fibers is 25%, the content of cotton yarns is 35%, the content of polyester fibers is 25%, and the content of spandex materials is 15%.
Preferably, three layers of the binding belts are prepared and divided into an outer layer binding belt, an inner layer binding belt and a middle layer binding belt, wherein the lower half layer of the inner layer binding belt needs to be in a non-pressure weaving structure, and the inner layer binding belt and the outer layer binding belt are sewn on the welt after being processed according to the shape and the size of the welt.
Preferably, when the sock head is sewn, the obvious horizontal strips formed by the thinner yarns of the sock head are placed into the row aligning plates, the sock blanks are moved to the pricking disk through the rack plates below the row aligning plates, then the sock head is pushed to the sewing teeth of the pricking disk through the comb teeth, and the scissors cut holding horizontal rows along with the rotation of the pricking disk to enable the holding horizontal rows to be parallel and level, and then the sock head is sewn.
Preferably, the sewing of the sock head is carried out in two times, the coil on the disc teeth is sewn through the head sewing mechanism, the coil between the disc teeth is sewn through the rear head sewing mechanism, and the suture is cut off by the scissors after sewing.
Preferably, after the toe, the heel and the body of the processed sock are cut and separated, Velcro is arranged at the connecting part of the body and the heel and the connecting part of the body and the toe, a traceless gluing process is adopted at the foot inlet, and the feeling of zero tightening is caused at the foot treading part.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the pantyhose are made by adopting silver gray NASA edge covering treatment, are fashionable and high-end, 60 compact spinning raw materials are carefully selected on a surface layer, have antistatic and anti-pilling processes, are designed according to human body and by adopting sectional pressure, can perfectly lift leg lines, are comfortable and high in elasticity, adopt American DuPont Lycra spandex, have 500 times of resilience as much as common spandex, and simultaneously have zero-le feeling at foot stepping positions due to a traceless rubberizing process at foot bottom inlets;
(2) adopt the aerogel fibre to suppress, the proportion of aerogel is very light every cubic is between 10KG-30KG, the aerogel yarn has the light-weighted characteristics equally, the finished product surface fabric that the same weaving technology of yarn of same thickness weaves is lighter 18% -21% than ordinary yarn surface fabric, although the aerogel yarn substrate has adopted dacron polyester, the fibre of another kind of unique style has been prepared through special technology, have completely other with dacron polyester, all functional characteristic of this kind of aerogel fibre are the original nature of yarn, do not need any back end processing.
