s4: dyeing, namely dyeing the blank belt of the semi-finished product into various colors by high-temperature dyeing equipment;
s5: manufacturing a suede blank belt, wherein the suede blank belt of the magic tape is dyed, brushed and curled on the suede surface of the color blank belt by a fluffing machine, and then sized by sizing;
s6: making a hook face blank belt, sizing and shaping the hook face of the dyed blank belt, and then uniformly and properly cutting the monofilaments on the surface of the blank belt through an inlet hook cutting machine to form the blank belt with hooks and stickness;
s7: splitting, namely splitting the magic tape blank into required widths of various specifications through an inlet splitting machine, splitting the magic tape blank into required lengths through a rolling device, cutting the required lengths, and rolling the finished product into a box;
s8: and (4) quality detection, namely performing sampling inspection on the produced magic tape and detecting the peeling strength and the shearing strength of the magic tape.
2. The manufacturing process and method of the magic tape according to claim 1, wherein the nylon yarn is subjected to quality detection and strength detection during the material selection in the step S1.
3. The manufacturing process and method of the magic tape according to claim 1, wherein the ventilation treatment is performed before the dyeing in the step S4, and the ventilation time is 10-80 minutes.
4. The manufacturing process and method of the magic tape according to claim 3, wherein the back-to-back magic tape is adjusted to prevent unnecessary damage due to tension and to adjust the inclination of the scraper during the sizing in the step S5.

The manufacturing process and method of the magic tape according to claim 1, wherein in the step S8, when the peel strength is detected, one end of the hook face tape and the loop face tape is aligned, then the hook face tape and the loop face tape are lightly pressed together, the effective length of the hook face tape and the loop face tape is 50mm, then a tensile testing machine is used for setting a clamping distance of 75mm and a tensile speed of 50mm/min, the two stripped ends of the prepared sample are clamped on the upper and lower clamps, the effective closing area of the prepared sample is located between the upper and lower clamps, the sample is stretched until the effective closing area is completely separated, and the average value of the tensile force values is the peel force.
9. The manufacturing process and method of the magic tape according to claim 8, wherein when the shear strength is detected in S8, firstly, cutting 4 groups of samples with the length of (100 +/-5) mm and the effective width of 20mm from a pair of sticking buckle tapes, wherein each group of samples comprises 1 section of hook surface tape and 1 section of loop surface tape, then the dirty side of the hook surface is put on the platform, the hair side of the loop surface is put down on the hook surface belt, the two ends of the hook surface belt and the loop surface belt are staggered and slightly pressed along the long edge direction, the effective width of the sample is 50mm, the sample is rolled back and forth for about 10 times by a roller to prevent the sample from bending, the clamping distance is set to be 75mm by a tensile testing machine, the stretching speed is set to be 100mm/min, the prepared sample is clamped on an upper clamp and a lower clamp, the effective closing area is positioned between the upper holder and the lower holder, the sample is stretched until the effective closing area of the sample is completely separated, and the maximum force is a shearing force.
