2. A security yarn according to claim 1 wherein the security marking is provided with security information expressed in the form of a bar code, a morse code, a four-way code, a hill code, an affine code or a three-way code.
3. A security yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein the security areas are separated by a fixed spacing of length S which is greater than the length of the interruption area to prevent the interruption area from crossing over both security areas.
4. A security yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein the method of producing the security information comprises the steps of:
generating a separate code for the garment, the code not being repeated with other garments;
extracting anti-counterfeiting information from the code according to a predetermined rule;
determining the position of an overlapping area of the interruption area and the anti-counterfeiting area according to the extracted anti-counterfeiting information;
and cutting off the envelope of the interruption area to expose the anti-counterfeiting mark in the anti-counterfeiting area, wherein the anti-counterfeiting information recorded by the exposed anti-counterfeiting mark is the same as the anti-counterfeiting information extracted from the code according to the preset rule.
5. The anti-counterfeiting yarn according to claim 4, wherein the anti-counterfeiting information is verified by inputting the anti-counterfeiting information on the anti-counterfeiting yarn on the clothing and the code on the clothing tag, and the server passes the anti-counterfeiting authentication by searching whether the code in the database and the corresponding anti-counterfeiting information match the code or not, and passes the anti-counterfeiting authentication if the codes match the codes, and does not pass the anti-counterfeiting authentication if the codes do not match the codes.
6. The anti-counterfeiting yarn according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the core wire is distributed with protruding sharp spines, and the sharp spines are inserted into the covered wire to enable the core wire to be tightly connected with the covered wire.
7. The anti-counterfeiting yarn according to claim 1, wherein the material of the anti-counterfeiting covering comprises the following components in parts by weight:
60 parts of acrylic resin, 10 parts of pentaerythritol, 15 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 3 parts of organic silicon resin, 5 parts of 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide, 3 parts of polyacrylate and 6 parts of decomposition promoting component;
wherein the decomposition promoting component is formed by mixing polyamide fiber and protein fiber.
