Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of shield tail sealing grease, and particularly relates to environment-friendly shield tail sealing grease and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Since this century, China has vigorously developed national infrastructure projects, such as tunnels for subways, highways, railways, municipal water and sewage pipelines, hydroelectric power, and river and lake crossing, and a shield method is widely adopted in these constructions. In the shield method, in the tunneling process of a shield machine, because a gap exists between a shield shell and the outer wall of a duct piece, in order to prevent water, silt and the like outside the shield shell from entering the shield, the gap between a shield tail and the duct piece must be sealed. The sealing shield tail brush has friction with the duct piece, the shield tail device is easy to damage due to overlarge friction force, and sealing grease needs to be filled between the shield tail sealing brushes so as to reduce the friction force between the duct piece and the shield tail brush. The shield tail sealing grease is one of the most indispensable materials for shield tail sealing in shield construction.
However, in the use of the shield tail sealing grease, the grease can contact underground water and soil, and the leaked part can exist underground for a long time. With the improvement of the national environmental protection requirement, the national green and environmental protection requirements on biodegradability of the shield tail sealing grease, toxicity to fishes and planktons in water, toxicity to residues in soil and the like are also increasingly improved, for example, the Suzhou municipal department specially studies whether the shield tail grease used in the construction of the subway tunnel shield method reaches the standard in national standard detection indexes such as GB/T21809-2008 earthworm acute toxicity, GB/T21828-2008 daphnia 21-day breeding test, GB/T21807-2008 short-term toxicity test at the fish embryo-yolk sac absorption stage, GB/T21801-2008 fast biodegradation, GB/T21818-2008 inherent biodegradation and the like, and the grease produced by each grease brand in China is processed by mineral raw materials and can not be degraded once entering the nature, and has certain toxicity to soil and water, so the shield tail sealing grease which can meet the normal construction use and meet the detection requirements of environmental protection and the like on the ecological environment is urgently needed in the shield construction engineering at present and even in the future.

s3: adding tackifier into the stirring kettle at constant speed, stirring for 5-6min, and mixing thoroughly;
s4: switching a stirring mode, slowly adding the synthetic fibers into the stirring kettle, and continuously stirring for 1-2 min;
s5: and switching a stirring mode, adding the solid powder into the stirring kettle at a constant speed, and continuously stirring for 35-45min to obtain the environment-friendly shield tail sealing grease.
Further, the stirring mode includes one of a forward rotation stirring mode and a reverse rotation stirring mode.
The environment-friendly shield tail sealing grease is applied to sealing of a shield tail of a shield machine in shield method tunnel construction, and environmental protection performance and physical and chemical performance tests are carried out; the environmental protection performance test comprises one or more of an earthworm acute toxicity test, a daphnia 21-day breeding test, a short-term toxicity test at a fish embryo-yolk sac absorption stage, a rapid biodegradation test and an inherent biodegradation test; the physical and chemical performance test comprises one or more of penetration/temperature, pumping performance and water pressure sealing performance.
Further, the acute toxicity of earthworms in environmental protection performance: 14d-LC >1000 mg/kg; 21-day daphnia breeding test: NOEC >10.0mg/L, short-term toxicity test at fish embryo-yolk sac absorption stage: NOEC >10.0 mg/L; fast biodegradation test: the degradation rate in a 10-day observation period in a 28-day test period is more than or equal to 60 percent; intrinsic biodegradation test: the degradation rate in a test period of 28 days is more than or equal to 60 percent; the penetration/25 ℃ in the physical and chemical properties is 220-240; the pumpability is 30 +/-2 s; the water pressure resistant sealing performance is no water dripping.
