Claims (10)

1. A piston position display device, comprising:
mounting the cylinder;
the piston assembly comprises a piston rod which is movably arranged in the mounting cylinder along the vertical direction, and the lower end of the piston rod is used for extending into the gas collecting pipe; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the display device is positioned between the mounting cylinder and the piston and is used for displaying the position of the piston rod relative to the mounting cylinder.
2. The piston position display device of claim 1 wherein said mounting cylinder has a viewing window in an outer surface thereof, said piston rod being at least partially exposed to said viewing window.
3. The piston position display device according to claim 2, wherein the display device includes a scale provided on an outer surface of the mounting cylinder, the scale extending in an up-down direction and being provided corresponding to the observation window.
4. The piston position display device according to claim 3, wherein the piston assembly further comprises an indicating block and a connecting rod, the connecting rod extends in the up-down direction, and the lower end of the connecting rod is used for extending into the gas collecting pipe, the upper end and the lower end of the indicating block are respectively connected with the piston rod and the connecting rod, and the indicating block is exposed to the observation window so as to correspond to the scale.
5. The piston position display device of claim 1, wherein the mounting cylinder is made of a transparent material, and a plurality of scale grooves are formed in the outer surface of the mounting cylinder and are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction.
6. The piston position display device according to claim 1, wherein the display device comprises a displacement sensor and a digital display meter, the displacement sensor is connected with the lower end of the piston rod and used for measuring the movement displacement of the piston rod, and the digital display meter is electrically connected with the displacement sensor and used for displaying the displacement measured by the displacement sensor.
7. The piston position display device of claim 6, further comprising a controller electrically connected to the displacement sensor for controlling the coking process by the amount of displacement of the piston rod.
8. The piston position display device of claim 1, wherein said display device comprises a scale provided on an outer surface of said mounting cylinder;
the display device includes:
the guide groove extends in the vertical direction and is arranged on the outer surface of the mounting cylinder, the guide groove is arranged corresponding to the scale, and a pointer moving in the vertical direction is arranged in the guide groove;
the guide rod is fixedly arranged on the piston rod;
the spring winding drum is arranged on the mounting drum; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the pull rope displacement sensor is positioned on the guide rod, and a pull rope of the pull rope displacement sensor is wound on the spring winding drum and is fixedly connected with the pointer.
9. A carbonization chamber pressure regulation system comprising a piston position display device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A carbonization chamber pressure regulation system as defined in claim 9, further comprising a mount located at the upper end of the mounting tube and a piston drive device comprising a piston drive cylinder disposed on the mount, the piston drive cylinder having a cylinder rod disposed downwardly for connection to the piston rod.
