the solid-liquid separator still includes two link, every the one end of link all with the inner wall of recovery tower can be dismantled and be connected, every the other end of link all with the separator can be dismantled and be connected.
5. The continuous solid-liquid separation apparatus for producing waste water of o-toluidine according to claim 4, wherein,
every the link all includes connecting plate, diaphragm, first arc connecting block and second arc connecting block, the connecting plate with the inner wall screwed connection of recovery tower, the diaphragm with connecting plate fixed connection, the one end of first arc connecting block with the one end of second arc connecting block all with diaphragm bolted connection, the other end of first arc connecting block with the other end bolted connection of second arc connecting block.
6. A continuous solid-liquid separation method for o-toluidine industrial wastewater using the continuous solid-liquid separation apparatus for o-toluidine industrial wastewater according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
discharging the o-toluidine production wastewater into the stirring tank, and adding a coagulant from the dosing hopper;
the first motor is utilized to drive the stirring fan blades to fully stir the wastewater and the coagulant in the stirring tank, the stirred mixed solution flows into the standing tank to stand, after solid particles are settled, the valve is opened to convey the mixed solution into the recovery tower, and azeotropic treatment is carried out;
the waste water after azeotropic treatment flows into the collecting hopper and is conveyed into the separator from the feeding pipe;
utilize thereby the helical structure extension of separator subsides the separation time and makes solid particle subside in the recess, liquid upwards utilizes retrieve the liquid level control valve and discharge to retrieve the reboiler and get into subsequent processing to avoid the catalyst in the waste water to deposit in the recovery tower bottom, the jam of the drainage pipe of recovery tower that causes to different extent.
