Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of aquaculture, in particular to an aquaculture tail water treatment agent and application thereof.
Background
With the development of economic society, the demands of people on the quantity and quality of aquatic products are continuously improved, and in recent years, aquatic culture is rapidly developed to high density, intensification and industrialization. Due to the increase of the culture scale, the feeding amount of baits and antibiotics is increased, the discharge amount of excrement is increased, so that the water body pollution is serious, and serious consequences such as oxygen deficiency of the water body, killing of beneficial microorganisms and the like are brought. The aquaculture tail water is directly discharged without being treated by effective measures, and pollutants such as phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and the like in the aquaculture tail water aggravate the eutrophication degree of rivers, lakes and ocean water bodies, cause water quality deterioration, even cause crisis such as red tide and the like, destroy the ecological environment and ensure that the aquaculture industry cannot continuously and healthily develop
Chemical coagulation is an economic and effective method for treating tail water, but the existing flocculating agent can only remove suspended particles, is difficult to complete the transfer process of small molecular pollutants from a water phase to a solid phase, can not remove nitrogen-containing small molecular pollutants from water only by virtue of the adsorption effect, and has long solid-liquid separation time and poor treatment effect.
Therefore, the novel efficient aquaculture tail water treatment agent is developed, the use efficiency of the coagulation agent is improved, the treatment degree of the nitrogen-containing tail water is deepened, and the method is an effective way for quickly reaching the standard of the aquaculture tail water.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved

The invention also aims to provide the application of the aquaculture tail water treatment agent in aquaculture tail water treatment, which has the advantages of short solid-liquid separation time, good treatment effect, and capability of efficiently and quickly removing suspended substances and micromolecular nitrogen-containing pollutants in the tail water and realizing effective separation of mud and water. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
(II) technical scheme
An aquaculture tail water treatment agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 1-2 parts of polyacrylamide and 80-120 parts of covalent bond type flocculant 60-240 parts of magnetic powder.
Further, the covalent bond type flocculant is CBHyC.
The application of the aquaculture tail water treatment agent in treating aquaculture tail water comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing an aquaculture tail water treatment agent according to the proportion;
step two, separating aquaculture tail water into supernatant and concentrated solution;
step three, adding the treating agent in the step one into the concentrated solution, stirring, simultaneously adding a magnetic field, and performing solid-liquid separation by adopting a super-magnetic separation technology;
step four, further carrying out solid-liquid separation on the supernatant to remove solids in the supernatant;
mixing the supernatant liquid after removing the solids and the treated concentrated solution, then carrying out ammonia nitrogen and organic matter dissolution treatment, and carrying out sterilization and disinfection;
and step six, injecting ozone into the sterilized supernatant, and removing residual ozone after a preset time so as to enable the supernatant to become harmless liquid.
(III) advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the method has obvious advantages and beneficial effects, particularly, on the basis of removing suspended particles, the ammonia nitrogen micromolecule pollutants are effectively removed, the solid-liquid separation time is short, the effect is good, and by combining with the ultra-magnetic separation, the suspended substances and the micromolecule nitrogen-containing pollutants in the aquaculture tail water can be efficiently and quickly removed, so that the effective separation of mud and water is realized.
