Abstract
The invention discloses a subway station expanded end fabricated gantry crane track foundation and a construction method thereof, wherein the track foundation comprises a plurality of combined steel structure components which are sequentially arranged and connected; the combined steel structure component comprises a steel support fixed end arranged on an inclined support at the inner side of the foundation expansion end; the combined steel structure component also comprises a steel purlin beam foundation arranged below the gantry crane track, two ends of the steel purlin beam foundation are respectively erected and fixed on the fixed ends of the steel supports, and the center lines of the steel purlin beam foundation and the non-expanded end track beam foundation are positioned in the same plane; the steel purlin beam foundation is connected with the inner wall of the side wall in the horizontal direction by adopting a transverse connecting piece to form transverse restraint. The invention utilizes the existing structure, does not cause any influence on the foundation construction, can solve the problems of long construction time, complicated steps and large occupied space of the foundation of the expanded end gantry crane, and can also reduce the influence on the construction of subsequent auxiliary structures.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a construction method of a track foundation, in particular to an expanded end assembly type gantry crane track foundation of a subway station and a construction method thereof.
Background
At present, urban rail transit construction is carried out in all big cities in China, and the application of the shield tunnel technology is increasingly popularized and standardized. The reasonable arrangement relationship of the shield tunnel and the originating well is quite close, and the arrangement and design of the gantry crane track beam are key links of the plane arrangement of the shield originating well. Usually, the outer side of a foundation pit is used as a gantry crane foundation, but in order to meet the starting and receiving requirements of a shield machine during design of a subway station, the local expansion of the end well is often caused, and the distance between the foundation pits is increased. The width of the expanded end is used as the track interval of the gantry crane, so that the span of the gantry crane is increased, the economical efficiency is reduced, and the occupied area is larger.
At present, some stations are provided with expanded end track beams, namely, retaining walls are used as bases of gantry cranes, the track beams are arranged at the expanded ends, but reinforced concrete beams are often adopted, and the defects that the structure is complex, the self weight is large, the construction investment is large, the period is long, the post-treatment is complex, the cyclic utilization cannot be realized and the like are obvious.

The invention fully utilizes the existing structure of the subway station, does not cause any influence on the foundation construction, can solve the problems of long construction time, complicated steps and large occupied space of the foundation of the gantry crane at the expanded end of the station, can reduce the influence on the construction of subsequent auxiliary structures, accelerates the construction speed, reduces the manufacturing cost, is convenient for transportation and installation, can quickly carry out field installation, and can realize quick installation and use of a gantry; and all adopt high-strength steel, the structural deformation is little, rigidity and stability are good, long service life. The method has obvious effects on the aspects of construction process, construction period, construction mechanization, land conservation, energy conservation, environmental protection, cost benefit and the like.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the expanded end fabricated gantry crane track foundation of the subway station and the construction method thereof improve the traditional construction method of the gantry crane track foundation in the shield starting well area, and belong to a fabricated and recyclable steel structure gantry crane track foundation and the construction method thereof. seventhly, connecting the I-shaped steel 12 with the beam foundation 9 of the steel purlin by welding, and connecting the other side of the I-shaped steel by welding with an embedded steel plate 14 arranged on the side wall 13;
placing the sleeper 10 at a designed position on the steel purlin beam foundation 9;
and step nine, respectively installing 7-shaped plates 11 on two sides of the sleeper 10 according to a certain distance to fix the sleeper 11.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the gantry crane track foundation has a simple structure, is convenient to mount, dismount and use, and can be dismounted and recycled; and the gantry crane has reasonable strength and strong size adaptability, can be quickly installed on site, and is greatly favorable for the rapid use of the gantry crane in a working range.
