Abstract
The invention relates to a waterproof sealing device, in particular to a waterproof sealing device for a double-section crawler to pass through a wall, which comprises a connecting disc, a sealing inner rubber ring, a self-tightening sealing rubber ring and a compression nut, wherein the self-tightening sealing rubber ring is arranged on the inner side of the connecting disc; one end of the connecting disc is connected with the compression nut through threads, and the compression nut is used for extruding the sealing inner rubber ring and the self-tightening sealing rubber ring. The invention solves the problems of the prior art that the waterproof effect is related to the wire pressing strength, the structure is complex, the period is long and the price is expensive.

a waterproof sealing device for a wall passing of a double-section crawler comprises a connecting disc, a sealing inner rubber ring, a self-tightening sealing rubber ring and a compression nut, wherein the self-tightening sealing rubber ring is arranged on the inner side of the connecting disc, and the sealing inner rubber ring is arranged on the inner side of the self-tightening sealing rubber ring; one end of the connecting disc is connected with the compression nut through threads, and the compression nut is used for extruding the sealing inner rubber ring and the self-tightening sealing rubber ring.
Further, the connecting disc is made of nickel aluminum bronze.
Further, the self-sealing rubber sealing ring and the sealing inner rubber sealing ring are made of silicon rubber.
Further, one end of the self-tightening rubber sealing ring is of a spiral structure and is used for radially and inwards extruding the cable or the pipe in the connecting disc when the compression nut is extruded. The head of the self-tightening sealing rubber ring is provided with a V-shaped groove, the opening end of the V-shaped groove faces the end face of the head of the self-tightening sealing rubber ring, and the V-shaped grooves are uniformly distributed on the annular end face of the head of the self-tightening sealing rubber ring.
Furthermore, one side of the connecting disc is provided with a flange for connecting the side wall of the carriage; and a flange is arranged on the other side of the connecting disc.
The invention has the advantages that: unlike the conventional approach of using three separate inserts as seals, the bulkhead assembly of the present invention consists of only one structure, namely, a compression nut, a connection plate, a flat gasket, a self-sealing gasket, and a sealing inner gasket. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following preferred embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the waterproof sealing device for the wall passing of the two-section crawler comprises a connecting disc 1, a sealing inner rubber ring 2, a self-tightening sealing rubber ring 3 and a compression nut 4.
The connecting plate 1 is a hollow tubular structure and can be inserted into an opening on the side wall 6 of the carriage, and a hollow tube of the connecting plate can be penetrated by cables or tubes. One end of the connecting disc 1 inserted into the vehicle compartment side wall 6 is provided with a flange extending radially inward, and the other end is provided with a flange extending radially outward. The flange is in contact with the compartment side wall 6, thereby fixing the connection plate 1 to the compartment side wall 6. Specifically, the connection disc 1 is fixed on the compartment side wall 6 by screws, and a flat rubber pad 5 is provided between the connection disc 1 and the compartment side wall 6. The flat rubber cushion 5 is arranged between the connecting disc 1 and the carriage side wall 6, and can play a role in sealing and loosening prevention after being fixedly pressed by screws, prevent liquid such as water, oil and the like from flowing to the other side from one side of the carriage side wall 6 along the outer wall of the connecting disc 1, and increase the stress area to fasten and strengthen the fixed connection between the connecting disc 1 and the carriage side wall 6.
The connecting disc 1 is a key part for connecting the side wall 6 of the carriage with a cable or a pipe, is made of nickel-aluminum bronze, has the advantages of high mechanical property, high strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, no iron and rock property and the like, has good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, fresh water and seawater, and has good cutting performance and strong seawater corrosion resistance; meets the requirements of corrosion resistance and salt mist resistance of the double-section tracked vehicle.
The inner side of the connecting disc 1 is provided with a self-tightening sealing rubber ring 3, and the inner side of the self-tightening sealing rubber ring 3 is provided with a sealing inner rubber ring 2. The sealing inner rubber ring 2 is in direct contact with the cable or pipe in the connection disc 1. An internal thread is arranged in an opening on one side of the connecting disc 1 with the flange and is used for being in threaded connection with the compression nut 4. The flange on one side of the connecting disc 1 is used for bearing the self-sealing rubber sealing ring 3 and the sealing inner rubber sealing ring 2, and the self-sealing rubber sealing ring 3 and the sealing inner rubber sealing ring 2 are prevented from being separated from the range of the connecting disc 1 when being extruded.
When gland nut 4 was installed in connection pad 1, gland nut 4 can extrude sealed interior rubber ring 2 and sealed rubber ring 3 of self-tightening, played the effect of binding off, and then tightly wrapped up cable or pipe, played sealed effect.
The compression nut 4 is the same as the connecting disc 1, and also adopts nickel-aluminum bronze with high corrosion resistance and strength as a main material, the compression nut 4 is in charge of compressing the self-tightening sealing rubber ring 3 and the sealing inner rubber ring 2 in the connecting disc 1, so that the self-tightening sealing rubber ring 2 extrudes a cable and a pipe in the connecting disc 1, the inside of the connecting disc is closed up, the passing cable (pipe) is wrapped, and a sealing effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the tail portion (the side close to the compression nut 4) of the self-sealing rubber ring 3 has a spiral structure, an inclination angle of 5 degrees and a rounded design of side wall, and can be radially and inwardly extruded when being axially extruded. The head of the self-tightening rubber sealing ring 3 is provided with a V-shaped groove, the opening end of the V-shaped groove faces the end face of the head of the self-tightening rubber sealing ring 3, and the V-shaped grooves are uniformly distributed on the annular end face of the head of the self-tightening rubber sealing ring 3.

Unlike metal extrusion, the better elasticity of the self-tightening sealant ring 3 and the sealant inner ring 2 makes the inner cable or tube insufficient to reduce flow by being extruded.
The flat rubber pad 5, the self-tightening sealing rubber ring 3 and the sealing inner rubber ring 2 are all made of silicon rubber, and the silicon rubber has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance and has ozone resistance and weather resistance; the silicon rubber can keep the service performance and various advantages within the range of-70-160 ℃, so the silicon rubber is often used in occasions such as a thermalization structure, a sealing lining ring under a strong light source, a valve pad and the like, and is suitable for the requirement of the service environment of the double-section tracked vehicle.
When the waterproof sealing device for the wall passing of the two-section crawler is used, the connecting disc 1 is firstly installed on the side wall 6 of the carriage by using screws, and then a cable or a pipe penetrates through the connecting disc 1; and the compression nut 4 is screwed on the connecting disc 1 to extrude the self-tightening sealing rubber ring 3 and the sealing inner rubber ring 2, so that a sealing structure is realized.

Claims (6)
1. The waterproof sealing device for the wall passing of the double-section crawler comprises a connecting disc, an inner sealing rubber ring, a self-tightening sealing rubber ring and a compression nut, and is characterized in that the self-tightening sealing rubber ring is arranged on the inner side of the connecting disc, and the inner sealing rubber ring is arranged on the inner side of the self-tightening sealing rubber ring; one end of the connecting disc is connected with the compression nut through threads, and the compression nut is used for extruding the sealing inner rubber ring and the self-tightening sealing rubber ring.

4. The watertight seal of a double-track vehicle passing through a wall of claim 1 wherein one end of said self-sealing grommet is a spiral structure for pressing the cable or tube radially inwardly within said connecting plate upon compression of said compression nut.

The water-tight seal for a two-section crawler belt according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the self-tightening seal bead has a V-shaped groove at the head, the open end of the V-shaped groove faces the end face of the self-tightening seal bead head, and the V-shaped grooves are uniformly distributed on the annular end face of the self-tightening seal bead head.
6. The watertight sealing device for the double-track vehicle passing through the wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein one side of the connecting plate is provided with a flange for connecting the side wall of the carriage; and a flange is arranged on the other side of the connecting disc.
