Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle information display, and particularly relates to a windshield type HUD light path system suitable for a bus.
Background
The bus has the characteristics of higher specific instrument desk, vertical windshield, higher eyepoint and the like, and no windshield type HUD for the bus exists at present; meanwhile, the vertical windshield of buses, trucks and the like is different from the windshield of a common vehicle type; therefore, it is necessary to design a windshield type HUD optical path system suitable for a bus or a truck.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a windshield type HUD optical path system suitable for a bus. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a windshield HUD optical path system suitable for a bus, comprising: the imaging display unit, the curved surface reflector and the windshield are arranged; the formation of image display element is used for the transmitted light, and through curved surface reflecting mirror reflection to windshield department, the windshield rear produces the virtual image, and windshield reflects the received reflected light to user's eyepoint department simultaneously.
Furthermore, the imaging display unit is one of an LCD backlight module, a DLP and an MEMS laser module.
Further, the curved mirror is of a quadratic polynomial surface type in which the multifocal focal lengths in the orthogonal directions are 232mm and 250 mm.
Furthermore, a plane reflector can be added between the imaging display unit and the curved reflector.
Furthermore, the imaging display unit is connected to a central control of the automobile and used for sending image light rays such as navigation and vehicle information.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the scheme ingeniously utilizes vehicle characteristics, develops a new method, flexibly arranges an imaging scheme, and has the characteristics of simple and compact design, small volume, self-adaptive brightness adjustment and the like. As a virtual image display screen, more information can be flexibly configured and displayed, navigation, vehicle speed, station information and the like can be displayed on the windshield, frequent looking-down at the instrument can be avoided, and safe driving and the technological sense of the vehicle are improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, a windshield type HUD optical path system suitable for a bus includes: the imaging display unit 4, the curved reflector 3 and the windshield 1; the imaging display unit is used for emitting light, and the reflection is to windshield 1 department through curved surface reflector 3, and windshield 1 rear produces virtual image 5, and windshield 1 reflects the received reflection light to user's eyepoint 2 department simultaneously.
The imaging display unit 4 is one of an LCD backlight module, a DLP laser module and an MEMS laser module.
The curved mirror 3 is of a quadratic polynomial surface type in which the multifocal focal lengths in the orthogonal directions are 232mm and 250 mm.
As shown in fig. 2, a plane mirror 6 may be interposed between the imaging display unit 4 and the curved mirror 3.
The imaging display unit 4 is connected to a central control of the automobile for transmitting image light of navigation, vehicle information, and the like.
By utilizing the geometric imaging principle, the optical display system can display the vehicle related information right in front of a driver to form a virtual image which is 12 inches away from the human eyes by about 3 meters. The light is emitted by the imaging display unit, reflected by the curved surface reflector, reflected by the windshield and finally reflected to human eyes, and the display picture can be seen clearly.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
