Background
With the advent of the ubiquitous screen age, the demand for curved display panels is also increasing. To increase the screen ratio, a hyperbolic bonding technology and a quadric bonding technology are generated.
In the prior art, the preparation of the curved display panel is realized mainly by utilizing the flexible characteristic of the flexible screen. At present, the attaching method of the flexible screen mainly uses a silica gel pad to press the flexible screen to the inner side of the curved cover plate. And pressurizing the curved display panel jig in the bonding process, so that the silica gel pad deforms to fulfill the bonding purpose of the flexible screen and the curved cover plate. When the deformation of the silica gel pad is insufficient, there is a possibility that air bubbles exist between the flexible screen and the curved cover plate.
Therefore, a new curved display panel fixture, bonding apparatus and bonding method are needed.

At present, the bonding method of the flexible screen 12 and the curved cover plate 11 mainly uses a silica gel pad, and the bonding purpose of the flexible screen 12 and the curved cover plate 11 is achieved by utilizing the deformation of the silica gel pad. In the attaching process of the curved cover plate 11 and the flexible screen 12, the shape of the curved surface part 102 causes insufficient deformation of the silica gel, so that bubbles are easily generated in the attaching process between the curved surface part 102 and the flexible screen 12, and the yield of the curved surface display panel 1 is seriously affected.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. In order to better understand the present invention, the following describes the curved display panel fixture, the bonding apparatus and the bonding method according to the embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 13.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, fig. 2 is a side view of a curved display panel fixture 10 according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 3 is a top view of a curved display panel fixture 10 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. Optionally, the number of the second supporting parts 120 is one or more than two. For example, the number of the second supporting parts 120 is one, and the sliding supporting parts 200 are strip-shaped sliding supporting parts 240, and the number of the second supporting parts 120 is three, and the three strip-shaped sliding supporting parts 240 are respectively arranged on the other sides of the first supporting parts 110. In these alternative embodiments, the second support 120 includes two first sub-supports 122 and two second sub-supports 123. In the use process of the curved display panel jig 10, the two first sub-supporting portions 122 may be respectively disposed corresponding to the two first shaped portions 103a, and the two second sub-supporting portions 123 may be respectively disposed corresponding to the two second shaped portions 103b, that is, the two first sub-supporting portions 122 are used for supporting the flexible screen 12 and respectively attaching to each other with the two first shaped portions 103a, and the two second sub-supporting portions 123 are used for supporting the flexible screen 12 and attaching to each other with the two second shaped portions 103b. The two first sub-supporting portions 122 and the two second sub-supporting portions 123 form four yielding gaps 130, and the sliding supporting pieces 200 are respectively arranged in the four yielding gaps 130, so that each sliding supporting piece 200 is respectively arranged corresponding to each corner portion 104, that is, the sliding supporting pieces 200 are used for supporting the flexible screen 12 to be mutually attached to each corner portion 104, and poor attachment between the flexible screen 12 and each different corner portion 104 can be improved.
In other embodiments, the number of the second supporting parts 120 may be not only four, but also two or three. For example, referring to fig. 9 together, fig. 9 shows a boundary between the first support portion 110 and the second support portion 120 in a dotted line. The number of the second supporting parts 120 is two, the two second supporting parts 120 are arranged at two sides of the first supporting part 120 in the X direction, and two elongated abdication notches 130 extending along the X direction are formed between the two second supporting parts 120.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 10, one of the two second supporting portions 120 is formed and arranged on one side of the first supporting portion 110 in the Y direction along the X direction, the other one is formed and arranged on one side of the first supporting portion 110 in the X direction along the Y direction, and the two second supporting portions 120 form a relief notch 130 on the peripheral side of the first supporting portion 110.
Alternatively, the number of the second supporting portions 120 may be three, referring to fig. 11, two of the three second supporting portions 120 are disposed on one side of the first supporting portion 110 in the X direction, the remaining one is disposed on one side of the first supporting portion 110 in the Y direction, and three yielding notches 130 are formed between the three second supporting portions 120. Alternatively, when the shapes and curvatures of the different shaped portions 130 in the curved cover plate 11 are different, the shapes and curvatures of the first shaped bearing surfaces 210 of the two or more sliding supports 200 are different, so that each sliding support 200 can be adapted to the size of the shaped portion 130.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the sliding support 200 includes two first sliding supports 220 disposed opposite in the X-direction and two second sliding supports 230 disposed opposite in the Y-direction, the X-direction and the Y-direction intersecting; the first contoured bearing surface 210 of the first and second sliding supports 220, 230 is different in size and/or curvature.
For example, the first sliding support 220 is used for bearing the flexible screen 12 and the first profiled portion 103a to be mutually jointed, and the second sliding support 230 is used for bearing the flexible screen 13 and the second profiled portion 103a to be mutually jointed. When the first and second profiled portions 103a, 103b are different in size, the first profiled bearing surfaces 210 of the first and second sliding supports 220, 230 may be different in size. When the curvatures of the first and second profiled portions 103a and 103b are different, the curvatures of the first profiled bearing surfaces 210 of the first and second sliding supports 220 and 230 may be different. When the first and second profiled portions 103a, 103b are different in size and curvature, the first profiled bearing surfaces 210 of the first and second sliding supports 220, 230 may be different in size and curvature. So that the sliding support 200 can be better adapted to the curved cover plate 11.
In some embodiments, the curved display panel fixture 10 further includes: a driving assembly (not shown) for driving the sliding support 200 to move relative to the first support 110.
There are various arrangements of the driving components, for example, when the number of the sliding supports 200 is one, one driving component is used to drive the one sliding support 200 to move. When the number of the sliding supports 200 is more than two, one driving assembly may be used to drive more than two sliding supports 200. Or the number of the driving components is more than two, and each driving component drives each sliding support 200 respectively.
There are various ways of driving the sliding support 200 by the driving assembly, for example, when the number of sliding supports 200 is one, the driving assembly is used to drive the sliding support 200 to move. When the number of the sliding supports 200 is more than two, the driving assembly may drive each sliding support 200 to move synchronously with respect to the first supporting portion 110, or the driving assembly may drive each sliding support 200 to move with respect to the first supporting portion 110.
The main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 are provided with various materials, for example, the main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 are made of silica gel, so that the main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 have certain elasticity, the main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 are prevented from scratching the flexible screen 12, deformation can occur when the main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 are stressed, and poor fit between the curved cover plate 11 and the flexible screen 12 is better improved.
The structural rigidity of the main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 may be set in various manners, and the structural rigidity of the sliding support 200 may be greater than that of the main body support 100, i.e., the sliding support 200 is not easily deformed with respect to the main body support 100; or the structural rigidity of the sliding support 200 may be less than that of the main body support 100, i.e., the sliding support 200 is more easily deformed relative to the main body support 100.
For example, when the curvature of the shaped portion 103 is smaller, the degree of bending of the corner portion 104 is lower, the sliding support 200 is adapted to the shape of the corner portion 104, the structural rigidity of the sliding support 200 is greater than that of the main body support 100, and the sliding support 200 is not easily deformed, so that the sliding support 200 can provide better support for the flexible screen 12, and the poor fit between the flexible screen 12 and the corner portion 104 is better improved.
Or, when the curvature of the shaped portion 103 is larger and the bending degree of the corner portion 104 is higher, and there is a larger deviation between the shape of the sliding support 200 and the shape of the shaped portion 103, the structural rigidity of the sliding support 200 is smaller than that of the main body support 100, the sliding support 200 is easy to deform, and the flexible screen 12 and the corner portion 104 can be better adapted by the deformation of the sliding support 200, so that poor fit between the flexible screen 12 and the corner portion 104 is better improved.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a bonding apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The laminating device is used for laminating the curved cover plate 11 and the flexible screen 12.
According to the bonding device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the bonding device includes the curved display panel jig 10 according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, and the curved display panel jig 10 is used for supporting the flexible screen 12; the pressing member 20 has a receiving groove 21 for receiving the curved cover plate 11, and an opening of the receiving groove 21 faces the main body support 100.
In these alternative embodiments, the curved cover plate 11 may be disposed in the receiving groove 21 of the pressing member 20, and then the flexible screen 12 may be disposed on the curved display panel jig 10. Because the above curved display panel jig 10 is selected in the attaching device according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the flexible screen 12 is attached to the curved cover plate 11 through the main body support 100 and the sliding support 200 in the attaching process of the curved cover plate 11 and the flexible screen 12, the sliding support 200 can be further moved to perform fine adjustment, so that the abnormal portion 103 and the corner portion 104 of the flexible screen 12 and the curved cover plate 11 are better attached, and poor attachment between the flexible screen 12 and the curved cover plate 11 is improved.
Optionally, the attaching device further includes a carrier film 30, where the carrier film 30 is disposed on a side of the curved display panel fixture 10 facing the pressing component 20 and is used for carrying the flexible screen 12, and the carrier film 30 is used for carrying the flexible screen 12 to move onto the curved display panel fixture 10. Optionally, the laminating device further comprises a clamping device 40 for clamping the carrier film 30.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic flow chart of a bonding method of a curved cover plate 11 and a flexible screen 12 according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the bonding method includes:
step S01: the flexible screen 12 is placed on the curved display panel jig 10.
The curved display panel jig 10 is the curved display panel jig 10 according to any one of the above embodiments.
In some embodiments, a carrier film 30 may also be disposed between the flexible screen 12 and the curved display panel jig 10, the size of the carrier film 30 being larger than the size of the flexible screen 12. The flexible screen 12 is carried and moved by the carrying film 30, the carrying film 30 can also provide protection for the flexible screen 12, and the flexible screen 12 and the curved surface display panel jig 10 are convenient to separate from each other after the flexible screen 12 and the curved surface cover plate 11 are mutually attached.
The curved cover plate 11 may also be arranged on the press-fit part 20 of the attaching device before or after step S01.
Step S02: the curved display panel jig 10 is driven to drive the flexible screen 12 to be attached to the curved cover plate 11.
Step S03: after the part of the flexible screen 12 located on the first bearing surface 111 is attached to the curved cover plate 11, the sliding support 200 is driven to move towards the curved cover plate 11, so that the part of the flexible screen 12 located on the first special-shaped bearing surface 210 is attached to the curved cover plate 11.
In the method for attaching the curved cover plate 11 and the flexible screen 12 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the flexible screen 12 is first disposed on the curved display panel fixture 10, and then the curved display panel fixture 10 is driven by step S02 to attach the flexible screen 12 to the curved cover plate 11. In step S03, after the portion of the flexible screen 12 located on the first bearing surface 111 is attached to the curved cover plate 11, the sliding support 200 is driven to move toward the curved cover plate 11. The position of the flexible screen 12 on the sliding support 200 can be finely adjusted, so that part of the flexible screen 12 on the first special-shaped bearing surface 210 is better attached to the curved cover plate 11, and poor attachment between the curved cover plate 11 and the flexible screen 12 is improved.
Alternatively, when there are more than two sliding supports 200, in step S03, after the portion of the flexible screen 12 on the first bearing surface 111 is attached to the curved cover plate 11, the more than two sliding supports 200 may be driven to move synchronously toward the curved cover plate 11, so that the portion of the flexible screen 12 on the first profiled bearing surface 210 is attached to the curved cover plate 11.
In these alternative embodiments, more than two sliding supporting members 200 move synchronously towards the curved cover plate 11, so that the mutual attaching time of the flexible screen 12 and the curved cover plate 11 can be saved, and the preparation efficiency of the curved display panel 1 can be improved.
In other alternative embodiments, after the portion of the flexible screen 12 on the first bearing surface 111 is attached to the curved cover plate 11 in step S03, each sliding support 200 may be driven to move toward the curved cover plate 11, so that the portion of the flexible screen 12 on the first profiled bearing surface 210 is attached to the curved cover plate 11.
In these alternative embodiments, each sliding support 200 is driven to move toward the curved cover plate 11, so that fine adjustment can be performed on the flexible screen 12 located on each sliding support 200, and the adhering air bubbles between the flexible screen 12 and the curved cover plate 11 can be eliminated better.
Alternatively, in still other alternative embodiments, when the sliding support 200 includes two first sliding supports 220 disposed opposite to each other along the X direction and two second sliding supports 230 disposed opposite to each other along the Y direction, after the portion of the flexible screen 12 on the first bearing surface 111 is attached to the curved cover plate 11, in step S03, the two first sliding supports 220 may be driven to move synchronously toward the curved cover plate 11, and then the two second sliding supports may be driven to move synchronously toward the curved cover plate 11, so that the portion of the flexible screen 12 on the first profiled bearing surface 210 is attached to the curved cover plate 11. As long as the flexible screen 12 on the first bearing surface 111 can be attached to the curved cover plate 11, the sliding support pieces 200 can be adjusted to move towards the curved cover plate 11 according to the attaching requirement, so that the flexible screen 12 on the sliding support pieces 200 can be attached to the curved cover plate 11 better.

Claims (7)

the sliding support piece is positioned in the second support area and is movably arranged relative to the first support part in the direction perpendicular to the first bearing surface, the sliding support piece is provided with a first special-shaped bearing surface, the second special-shaped bearing surface and the first bearing surface are used for bearing the flexible screen,
and a yielding gap is formed between the adjacent first sub-supporting part and the second sub-supporting part, and the sliding supporting piece is arranged in each yielding gap.
2. The jig for curved display panels according to claim 1, wherein the number of the sliding supports is two or more, and the two or more sliding supports are distributed on the circumference side of the first supporting portion;
the sizes and/or curvatures of the first special-shaped bearing surfaces of the two or more sliding supports are different;
or, the sliding support comprises two first sliding supports oppositely arranged along a first direction and two second sliding supports oppositely arranged along a second direction, the first direction and the second direction are crossed, and the first special-shaped bearing surfaces of the first sliding support and the second sliding support are different in size and/or curvature.
3. The curved display panel jig according to claim 1, further comprising a driving assembly for driving the sliding support to move relative to the first support.

the driving assembly is used for driving each sliding support piece to synchronously move relative to the first support part;
or the driving assembly drives each sliding support part to move relative to the first support part independently.
5. Laminating device, its characterized in that is used for laminating curved surface apron and flexible screen, laminating device includes:
the curved display panel jig of any one of claims 1-4, for supporting the flexible screen;
and the pressing part is provided with a containing groove for containing the curved cover plate, and the opening of the containing groove faces the main body supporting piece.
6. The laminating method of the curved cover plate and the flexible screen is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
placing the flexible screen on a curved display panel jig, the curved display panel jig being the curved display panel jig of any one of claims 1-5;
driving the curved display panel jig to drive the flexible screen to be attached to the curved cover plate;
after the flexible screen on the first bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate, the sliding support piece is driven to move towards the curved cover plate, so that the flexible screen on the first special-shaped bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate.

The method of claim 6, wherein the number of sliding supports is more than two, and after the part of the flexible screen on the first bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate, the sliding supports are driven to move towards the curved cover plate, so that the part of the flexible screen on the first special-shaped bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate:
after a part of the flexible screen on the first bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate, driving more than two sliding support pieces to synchronously move towards the curved cover plate so as to attach a part of the flexible screen on the first special-shaped bearing surface to the curved cover plate;
or after the flexible screen on the first bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate, driving each sliding support piece to move towards the curved cover plate respectively, so that the flexible screen on the first special-shaped bearing surface is attached to the curved cover plate.
