Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for printing a card based on a printing template, which comprises the following steps: setting the size of a card, adding different types of printing data items to a printing template, and setting the attribute of each printing element in each printing data item to obtain a printing template file; acquiring a printing task request, and analyzing the printing task request to acquire printing data; wherein the print data includes: corresponding printing element information and printing content information; matching the printing element information with printing elements in the printing template file, and embedding printing content information corresponding to the printing element information into the printing template file according to a matching result to obtain a printing file; generating an adaptation format file according to the type of the printing equipment in the printing file; and the different types of printing equipment sequentially call the adaptation format files, and select the corresponding data in the adaptation format files to print so as to finish card printing.

Method and system for printing card based on printing template
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of card printing technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for printing a card based on a print template.
Background
A transfer printer for printing colour cards features use of colour band printing technique and transfer printing principle. A laser etching machine belongs to a card printer, and adopts laser to burn to generate black and white patterns on the surface of a card.
In the current card production, card surface personalized information equipment comprises a transfer printing machine and a laser etching machine. The transfer machine printing and the laser etching machine have respective printing templates, and different template editing tool software is respectively used. The following problems are encountered: 1. during editing, only the picture and character information needing to be processed under a single device (a transfer printing machine/a laser etching machine) can be previewed, and the final printing effect of the whole card surface cannot be previewed. 2. The operation of operating a plurality of template editing tools and repeatedly setting print elements is cumbersome. The method and the system have a common template and support the transfer printing machine and the laser etching machine to use printing and card making at the same time.
Therefore, a method for printing by using different printing devices is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method and a system for printing a card based on a printing template, which aim to solve the problem of how to quickly, simply and conveniently realize printing by using different printing equipment.
In order to solve the above problem, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of printing a card based on a print template, the method including:
setting the size of a card, adding different types of printing data items to a printing template, and setting the attribute of each printing element in each printing data item to obtain a printing template file;
acquiring a printing task request, and analyzing the printing task request to acquire printing data; wherein the print data includes: corresponding printing element information and printing content information;
matching the printing element information with printing elements in the printing template file, and embedding printing content information corresponding to the printing element information into the printing template file according to a matching result to obtain a printing file;
generating an adaptive format file corresponding to the printing file according to the type of the printing equipment in the printing file;
and the different types of printing equipment sequentially call the adaptation format files, and select the corresponding data in the adaptation format files to print so as to finish card printing.

And the printing equipment (a transfer printing machine/a laser etching machine) calls the adapter file, selects the printing data corresponding to the equipment per se to print, and meets the personalized printing card manufacturing process requirement of the card.
The method of the invention adopts the adapter module to automatically adapt between the transfer machine and the laser etching machine, realizes card printing, and solves the problems of intuition and complexity in editing a plurality of sets of printing templates when the transfer machine and the laser etching machine are used in a mixed manner in card production.
